Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Preschool Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Brooke Papineau
Ms. Brooke Papineau is a Preschool Faculty Member at Primrose School of Woburn. She has spent the past eight years working in early childhood education and joined Primrose in 2025, drawn by the school’s professionalism, dedication to children, and welcoming community. She is EEC Teacher Certified.
In this role, she leads consistency in daily routines, learning experiences, and classroom transitions while building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow faculty members. She brings empathy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills to her work, helping children feel supported as they learn, grow, and gain confidence.
Ms. Papineau is especially passionate about supporting children’s development and creative expression. Her love of hands-on learning experiences encourages children to explore materials, share ideas, and engage thoughtfully with the world around them.

Ms. Jessica Lopes
Ms. Jessica Lopes is a Preschool teacher at Primrose School of Woburn. She joined the team in 2024 with extensive experience teaching preschool and toddler-age students, giving her a strong understanding of how children grow from early language and self-help skills into more complex classroom participation. She is EEC teacher certified.
Ms. Lopes places special importance on building trusting relationships with children. In the preschool classroom, those relationships help students feel ready to explore new skills, try unfamiliar activities, and ask for help when they need it. Her experience with both toddlers and preschoolers allows her to support children through different developmental stages, from early routines and communication to cooperation, imagination, and problem-solving.
Known for being bubbly, patient, and deeply caring, Ms. Lopes brings both energy and steadiness to her work. She understands that children learn best when classroom expectations are clear, consistent, and matched to their developmental stage.

Ms. Madison Blais
Ms. Madison Blais is a Preschool teacher at Primrose School of Woburn. Since joining the team in 2023, Ms. Blais has focused on helping children use imagination, ask questions, and build curiosity through the experiences they have each day in the classroom. She is EEC teacher certified.
Ms. Blais is also actively working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education, a commitment that reflects her desire to keep strengthening her teaching practice. In the preschool classroom, she is known for her willingness to help and for the welcoming tone she brings to the school day. She supports children as they try new ideas, participate with peers, and practice the skills that help them become more independent learners.
At Primrose School of Woburn, Ms. Blais brings dedication, approachability, and a sincere respect for the role early educators play in children’s lives. Her continued study supports the practical work she does with students each day.

Ms. Megan Walsh
Ms. Megan Walsh is an Preschool teacher at Primrose School of Woburn. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Texas and has more than ten years of experience working with children as both a public school teacher and a gymnastics coach.
Ms. Walsh brings a strong understanding of instruction, child development, and confidence-building to the classroom. Her public school background helps her plan with learning goals in mind, while her gymnastics coaching experience strengthens the way she encourages persistence, body awareness, and step-by-step progress. Most recently, Ms. Walsh worked at a Primrose School in Texas, where she connected with the school’s approach to supporting children through thoughtful teaching and daily encouragement.
At Primrose School of Woburn, Ms. Walsh helps Early Preschool students build classroom confidence, independence, and readiness for the next stage of learning. She brings the perspective of an experienced educator who understands both academic growth and the personal skills children develop through consistent guidance.

Ms. Rose Russell
Ms. Russell is a preschool teacher at Primrose School of Woburn with three and a half years of experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten children. She is EEC teacher certified for infants, toddlers, and preschool, as well as CPR and First Aid certified.
Ms. Russell enjoys watching children grow, explore new things, and reach important milestones. She connects with children at their level and approaches each child with love and respect, providing the same thoughtful care she would want for her own family. As a Primrose parent herself, Ms. Russell connects well with families and understands the importance of ongoing parent partnership.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Russell enjoys photography, journaling, and scrapbooking.

Ms. Gemma Monsky
Ms. Gemma Monsky is a Pre-K teacher at Primrose School of Woburn, where she works with children ages four to five. Ms. Monsky holds a master’s degree in art, is CPR and First Aid certified, and is currently working toward EEC teacher certification. She brings four years of classroom experience, including work as an art teacher for children from Pre-K through fifth grade and as a preschool and Pre-K teacher. This background helps her combine creative expression with practical preparation for kindergarten.
In the classroom, Ms. Monsky encourages children to try new things, ask questions, and build independence through everyday routines and hands-on learning. She keeps an open line of communication with families so they understand what their child is working on and how classroom experiences support growth. Her goal is for children to develop confidence in their abilities and leave Pre-K prepared for their next step.
Ms. Monsky finds the greatest meaning in helping children learn and watching them discover something new. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and making art, interests that complement the creativity she brings to her teaching.
