Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Erin Heneghan
Ms. Erin Heneghan is a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose School of Woburn. She joined the team in 2024 and brings broad experience to her role, along with a kind, steady approach to working with young children. She is EEC teacher certified.
Ms. Heneghan is committed to creating a positive and engaging classroom experience for children preparing for kindergarten. In practice, that means helping students participate in group activities, follow multi-step directions, communicate with peers, and build confidence with early academic and social expectations. Her belief in each child’s potential shows through the way she notices effort, responds patiently, and helps children keep practicing when a skill is still developing.
At Primrose School of Woburn, Ms. Heneghan contributes a calm and caring presence to the Pre-Kindergarten program. She understands that children at this stage benefit from consistent adults who can guide routines, support problem-solving, and encourage the independence they will need for kindergarten.

Ms. Lay Jacinto
Mrs. Lay Jacinto is a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose School of Woburn. She joined the team in 2024 with a background in early childhood education, experience in the public school system, and focused coursework in early childhood education. She is EEC teacher certified.
Mrs. Jacinto’s background supports her work with children preparing for kindergarten, where academic readiness, independence, and social confidence all matter. In the Pre-Kindergarten classroom, she helps children strengthen communication, follow classroom routines, participate in group learning, and practice the problem-solving skills they will need in the next stage of school. Her public school experience gives her a helpful perspective on what children are working toward as they grow.
Mrs. Jacinto brings dedication and a steady classroom presence to the Primrose School of Woburn faculty. Her early childhood coursework and school experience help her provide thoughtful learning experiences that support Pre-Kindergarten children as they build confidence, responsibility, and readiness.
