Mrs. Peaches Rocheford
Mrs. Peaches Rocheford serves as the President for the Primrose School of Burlington, Primrose School of Chelmsford, and Primrose School of Woburn. In this role, she plays an integral part in ensuring each school operates efficiently and effectively for parents, children, faculty, and leadership teams, delivering the premium experience that defines Primrose Schools.
Mrs. Rocheford began her career with the Primrose School of Burlington in 2014, just six months after the school first opened its doors. In those early years, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing new systems, practices, and policies to support the school’s rapid growth while ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction among families, children, and staff. She later transitioned into an Executive Director of Marketing and Recruitment role, where she successfully led community outreach initiatives and hired exceptional early education professionals who continue to shape the culture of our schools today.
In early 2019, Mrs. Rocheford assumed the role of Principal at the Burlington location, where she continued to strengthen faculty performance, parent engagement, and program excellence, all while maintaining her leadership in recruitment and community relations.
Then in August 2022, with over a decade of leadership experience, Mrs. Rocheford become President. She is a trusted source of knowledge and guidance for our teams. She is deeply committed to ensuring that children receive the highest quality care, faculty are supported and empowered in their roles, and parents feel confident in the outstanding education and care their children receive every day.

Mrs. Caitlin Salvo
Mrs. Caitlin Salvo brings years of dedication and leadership to her role as Principal at the Primrose School of Chelmsford. She began her journey with Primrose Schools in 2017 as a Preschool teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. Her passion for early education and commitment to excellence led her to join the leadership team in 2020 as the Client and Faculty Coordinator. Mrs. Salvo later played an instrumental role in opening the Primrose School of Woburn, further solidifying her expertise in school operations and team development. In February 2024, she proudly joined the Chelmsford campus as Principal.
In her current role, Mrs. Salvo collaborates closely with the leadership team and faculty to foster an exceptional school environment—one that supports both the developmental needs of children and the aspirations of educators. Known for her unwavering dedication to family partnerships and faculty support, she remains focused on upholding the highest standards in early childhood education. Mrs. Salvo is driven by a clear vision: to provide the best preschool experience in New England, where every child can thrive and every family feels part of a community dedicated to love, care, and learning.

Ms. Paige McCrary
Ms. Paige McCrary joined our Pre-K team during the challenging times of the pandemic, and she has since become an integral part of our school community. In July of 2024 she moved into a leadership role in the school as our Director of School Operations.
Ms. McCrary brings a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to her role as Director of School Operations. With a bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Lesley University and a master’s degree in Social Emotional Learning from Endicott College, she exemplifies the spirit of a lifelong learner, recognizing the profound impact her own growth has on the experiences she provides for her students.
Ms. McCrary understands the collaborative nature of education and appreciates the opportunity to work together to help each child reach their fullest potential. Notably, she possesses expertise in Social Emotional Development, enabling her to guide her students in developing healthy, positive, and prosocial skills that will serve them well as they progress through various academic and personal milestones. Ms. McCrary’s dedication to nurturing her students’ social and emotional well-being ensures a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Mrs. Courtney Fitzgerald
Courtney Fitzgerald serves as the Client and Faculty Coordinator at Primrose School of Chelmsford. She began her journey with Primrose in 2018 as an Assistant Teacher in the Infant Department and quickly became a beloved part of our community. Through her passion for early childhood education, Courtney pursued further education and certification, eventually earning lead teacher and director certifications.
Throughout her years at Primrose, Courtney has demonstrated unwavering dedication and care for both children and families, consistently creating an environment where children can thrive, develop, and reach their milestones with joy. Her organizational skills, combined with her enthusiasm for helping others excel in their careers, contribute to fostering a culture of support and collaboration within our school.
Courtney’s commitment to continuous learning and her ability to build strong relationships with both families and faculty alike make her a valuable member of the leadership team. Her nurturing and approachable nature further enhances the welcoming environment at Primrose, where children and families feel supported every step of the way. Courtney is dedicated to ensuring that every child’s journey at Primrose is an enriching and fulfilling experience.

Mrs. Heidi Kiley
Ms. Heidi Kiley serves as the Faculty Development Coordinator and CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports teachers and children across all age groups. With 17 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Kiley combines classroom leadership, child development expertise, and educator coaching to help create consistent, relationship-based learning environments throughout the school. She graduated from Rivier University in 2015 with bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Human Development-Psychology.
Ms. Kiley holds professional qualifications including EEC Teacher certification for infants, toddlers, and preschool, Lead Teacher certification for infants/toddlers and preschool, Director I and Director II certification, and Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor certification. Her experience ranges from infant care through third grade, giving her a broad understanding of children’s developmental needs at every stage. In both classroom teaching and faculty support roles, she emphasizes hands-on, play-based learning, sensory exploration, outdoor experiences, emotional regulation, and individualized support strategies that help children build confidence and independence.
In addition to supporting children, Ms. Kiley enjoys mentoring teaching teams and helping educators strengthen their classroom practices through observation, collaboration, and responsive guidance. Families appreciate her thoughtful communication style and her belief that strong partnerships between home and school help children thrive. Outside of school, Ms. Kiley enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs, and continuing to explore new approaches that support both children and educators.

Mr. Dan Moriarty
Mr. Dan Moriarty is an esteemed chef who joined Primrose School of Chelmsford in July 2018. His passion for cooking ignited while attending Lowell High School and continued through his time at UMass Lowell, where he studied Community Health Education. Mr. Moriarty’s culinary journey includes diverse experiences in restaurants and nursing homes.
In his role as School Chef, Mr. Moriarty significantly contributes to the overall well-being of our students by fostering a positive relationship with food and promoting a healthy lifestyle. His culinary expertise, coupled with his genuine care for the children, makes Mr. Moriarty an invaluable member of our educational community.
Outside of work, Mr. Moriarty enjoys teaching his daughter and son how to cook, passing down cherished family recipes from their Irish and Greek heritage. He has a 9-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son, who was born completely deaf, so the family is learning ASL together.
Mr. Moriarty is excited to bring his culinary skills to Primrose School of Chelmsford, focusing on preparing healthy meals and enriching the school’s community through his expertise.

Ms. Annie Phan
Ms. Annie Phan is an Infant Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports infants through responsive caregiving, individualized routines, and relationship-based learning experiences. With eight years of experience working with children from infancy through kindergarten, Ms. Phan brings a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of building trust during a child’s earliest years. She is EEC teacher certified in Infants through Kindergarten and is also CPR and First Aid certified. Ms. Phan focuses on creating a calm, engaging classroom where infants feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
In the classroom, Ms. Phan follows each child’s individual routine while supporting development through sensory play, early communication, and everyday interactions that help infants build confidence and connection. She values strong partnerships with families and believes consistent communication plays an essential role in helping children thrive both at school and at home. Ms. Phan especially enjoys watching infants’ personalities emerge over time and finds joy in the small but meaningful milestones that happen throughout each day.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Phan has a strong interest in the beauty industry and enjoys the creativity and self-expression it encourages. She hopes to continue exploring her passion for beauty while helping others feel confident and cared for.

Ms. Kamari Cruz
Ms. Kamari Cruz is an Infant teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford with four years of early childhood education experience. She maintains CPR and First Aid certification and has completed ECE/EEC trainings and certifications. Ms. Cruz’s background includes a kindergarten teacher aide internship as well as experience at Bright Horizons working with children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. She now specializes in supporting infants during some of the most important stages of early growth and development.
In the Infant classroom, Ms. Cruz focuses on creating a nurturing, engaging environment centered around exploration, sensory play, milestone development, and building self-soothing skills. She believes confidence starts developing early and works closely with each child to help build a strong foundation for future learning and social-emotional growth. Ms. Cruz values strong communication and trust with families and believes parent-teacher relationships play an essential role in helping children thrive both in and out of the classroom.
One of Ms. Cruz’s favorite parts of working with infants is watching children grow more confident while also seeing families become comfortable and connected throughout the year. Outside the classroom, Ms. Cruz enjoys spending time with her daughter, who she describes as the center of her world and one of her greatest motivations both personally and professionally.

Ms. Elaine Reyes
Ms. Elaine Reyes is an Infant Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports infants through responsive care, consistent routines, and relationship-based learning experiences. With seven years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Reyes brings a strong background in both infant and toddler care, including previous roles as a Toddler Teacher and nanny. She is Infant/Toddler Teacher Certified through EEC & CPR and First Aid Certified.
Ms. Reyes creates a calm and engaging classroom environment where infants can explore, build trust, and grow at their own pace. Her daily classroom practice includes sensory experiences, responsive interactions, individualized support, and routines that help infants feel secure and connected throughout the day. She focuses on supporting each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while maintaining strong communication and partnerships with families. Ms. Reyes especially enjoys helping young children gain confidence as they try new skills, express themselves, and engage with the world around them.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Reyes enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with her three poodle mixes, and watching television shows with family and friends. She is also bilingual in Spanish and English, which helps her build meaningful connections with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Ms. Anna Bellemore
Ms. Anna Bellemore is an Infant teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports infants through responsive care, communication, and relationship-based learning during the earliest stages of development. Ms. Bellemore is CPR and First Aid certified and has two years of experience working in early childhood education. Before joining Primrose, she worked with children ages 13 months through Pre-Kindergarten, strengthening her understanding of developmental needs across multiple age groups and classroom settings.
In the classroom, Ms. Bellemore focuses on helping infants build communication skills through songs, movement activities, individualized support, and consistent daily interactions. She enjoys creating opportunities for children to explore their environment, develop trust with caregivers, and build early social connections. Ms. Bellemore values strong relationships with children and families and believes communication and consistency are key to helping infants feel supported and engaged throughout the day.
One of Ms. Bellemore’s favorite parts of working with young children is watching their growth from one stage to the next and seeing their personalities emerge over time. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors on her family’s farm with goats, pigs, and chickens.

Ms. Jen-Yun Shih
Ms. Jen-Yun Shih is an Infant Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she helps create a responsive and engaging environment for infants during their earliest stages of development. She brings nearly two years of early childhood experience and has completed Primrose training, First Aid/CPR training, and EEC Essentials 2.0 training. Ms. Shih is also continuing her professional development through coursework focused on early child growth and development. Before joining the infant program, she taught art enrichment classes for children ages 8–10 at a private Chinese school, giving her experience supporting creativity and communication across age groups.
In the classroom, Ms. Shih uses interactive songs, movement activities, and pretend play to encourage connection, imagination, and early social development. She enjoys learning what interests each child and helping infants feel familiar and comfortable in their environment. Families appreciate her calm, attentive approach, especially during moments when children experience big emotions. Ms. Shih focuses on sitting with children, comforting them, and helping them co-regulate as they build trust and confidence.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Shih enjoys drawing, painting, arts and crafts, karaoke, and playing volleyball.

Ms. Finny Chrim
Ms. Finny Chrim is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she creates a supportive, engaging classroom environment focused on helping young children build confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills. She is teacher certified and CPR and First Aid certified, with six years of experience in early childhood education. Ms. Chrim brings a calm, encouraging presence to the toddler classroom and values helping children feel secure as they learn through exploration, routines, and daily interactions.
Ms. Chrim joined Primrose School of Chelmsford in 2020 as a School-Wide Support Teacher, working across multiple classrooms and age groups. During that time, she discovered a strong connection to the toddler program and transitioned into a Toddler Teacher role in 2022. In her classroom, Ms. Chrim focuses on fostering independence while providing consistent guidance and support. She encourages children to complete tasks, solve problems, and navigate transitions with growing confidence while helping them develop social, emotional, and early academic skills through hands-on learning experiences and positive relationships.
Families appreciate Ms. Chrim’s caring communication style and her commitment to building strong partnerships between home and school. She especially enjoys watching toddlers gain confidence in themselves as they discover new skills and experiences each day. Outside of school, Ms. Chrim enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, creating memories together, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.

Ms. Allaiza Uy
Ms. Allaiza Uy is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings five years of early childhood experience and a thoughtful, relationship-based approach to working with young children. She focuses on helping toddlers build confidence, communication skills, and independence through consistent routines, hands-on exploration, and play-based learning. Before joining Primrose, Ms. Uy worked with children across multiple age groups, from infants through school-age programs, experiences that strengthened her ability to support each child’s individual developmental needs. She is CPR/First Aid certified and Early Childhood Teacher certified.
In the classroom, Ms. Uy creates engaging daily routines that help toddlers build confidence, communication skills, and independence through play-based learning. She incorporates sensory activities, story time, art projects, music, and hands-on exploration to support children’s social, emotional, and language development. She also focuses on helping toddlers practice self-help skills such as handwashing, cleaning up after themselves, feeding themselves, and following simple routines. Ms. Uy values patience, consistency, and positive guidance, and she works closely with families to support each child’s individual growth and development.
Outside of school, Ms. Uy enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, exploring new places, camping, and taking road trips.

Ms. Aneiry Charles
Ms. Aneiry Charles is a teacher in the toddler program at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she creates engaging classroom experiences that support curiosity, communication, and growing independence. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings both professional and personal childcare experience to her role. Ms. Charles is also CPR and First Aid certified. Before joining Primrose, she worked as an Art Teacher Assistant with middle school students, supporting classroom activities and hands-on creative projects.
In the classroom, Ms. Charles plans sensory activities, art projects, music and movement experiences, and outdoor exploration that encourage toddlers to investigate and problem-solve through play. She also helps children build practical self-help skills such as hand washing, cleaning up, using utensils, and following daily routines independently. Ms. Charles values individualized support and works closely with children at their own developmental pace while helping them strengthen communication and confidence.
Families appreciate Ms. Charles’ patient and consistent approach, along with her focus on strong communication and partnership with parents. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, exploring bookstores, trying new restaurants, dancing, traveling, and learning new things.

Ms. Sarika Dee
Ms. Sarika Dee is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports young children during an important stage of early development through hands-on learning and consistent daily routines. Ms. Dee is CPR and First Aid certified and brings both personal caregiving experience and professional classroom experience to her work with toddlers. Over the past year in early childhood education, she has focused on helping children build confidence, communication skills, and social-emotional awareness through patient and responsive care.
In the classroom, Ms. Dee creates engaging learning experiences through sensory play, art projects, songs and movement activities, and hands-on exploration. She values learning through play and encourages toddlers to express themselves creatively while developing early social and communication skills. Ms. Dee also prioritizes building trust with children by maintaining a calm, respectful, and supportive classroom environment where children feel comfortable participating, exploring, and forming connections with others. She believes strong relationships and consistent communication with families are an important part of supporting each child’s growth.
Ms. Dee especially enjoys watching children’s personalities and confidence develop over time and finds it meaningful to support their early milestones. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Mimi, whose care has strengthened the patience, consistency, and attentiveness she brings into the classroom each day.

Ms. Gabrielle Salvatore
Ms. Gabrielle Salvatore is an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children in the Early Preschool program. She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with concentrations in Psychology and Education and is EEC teacher certified. Ms. Salvatore is also CPR and First Aid certified. Her educational background, combined with her early childhood experience, helps her support children during a stage of rapid social, emotional, and language development.
Before joining Primrose School of Chelmsford, Ms. Salvatore worked at a summer camp with children of all ages, leading hands-on science experiments and interactive activities. She also spent much of her life babysitting, experiences that strengthened her ability to build strong relationships with children and families. In the classroom, Ms. Salvatore focuses on helping children build self-help skills and independence through play-based learning and child-led exploration. She incorporates art projects, movement activities, songs, dance, and yoga into the day to help children stay engaged while supporting creativity, communication, and emotional regulation.
Ms. Salvatore especially enjoys watching children’s communication and social skills develop during the early preschool years and values building positive, consistent relationships with families. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and reading.

Mrs. Jennifer Pender
Ms. Jennifer Pender is a Classroom Teacher in the Early Preschool program at Primrose School of Chelmsford. She is EEC teacher certified and has completed CPR and First Aid training along with early childhood coursework focused on supporting young children’s development. Although this is her first position in a childcare center, Ms. Pender brings a strong personal commitment to early childhood education and a thoughtful understanding of how children grow socially, emotionally, and academically during the preschool years.
In the classroom, Ms. Pender creates hands-on learning experiences that keep children actively engaged through movement, music, and interactive play. One of her favorite activities is Harmony and Heart, where children explore body movements, sing songs, and build confidence through group participation and self-expression. She enjoys watching children expand their vocabulary, develop friendships, and become more confident communicators throughout the year. Ms. Pender also values maintaining open communication with families so parents feel connected to their child’s progress both academically and socially.
Outside of school, Ms. Pender enjoys spending time with her large blended family of eight children, whose ages range from 8 to 29. Her experiences as both a parent and educator continue to shape the patience, flexibility, and perspective she brings into the classroom each day.

Ms. Jessica DuBose
Ms. Jessica DuBose is an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she helps young children build confidence, independence, and early academic skills through play-based learning. She holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Psychology and is CPR and First Aid certified. With seven years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. DuBose brings a thoughtful, energetic approach to supporting children during an important stage of social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Before joining Primrose School of Chelmsford, Ms. DuBose worked with toddlers and early preschool-aged children at The Learning Experience and supported children under age five in a gym daycare setting. Her classroom approach is hands-on, child-centered, and rooted in exploration. She creates engaging learning experiences that encourage children to build academic, social, and problem-solving skills through dramatic play, creative projects, movement activities, and real-world connections. Ms. DuBose especially enjoys watching children’s curiosity and personalities develop as they gain confidence in themselves and their relationships with others.
Families appreciate Ms. DuBose’s supportive communication style and her focus on creating an engaging classroom environment where children feel encouraged to participate, explore, and try new things. Outside of school, she enjoys camping, attending live music events, reading mystery books, crafting, playing video games, and spending time with her dog, Little Bear.

Ms. Madison LaFleur
Ms. Madison LaFleur brings heartfelt enthusiasm and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds to the Primrose School of Chelmsford. While new to the field, her eagerness to learn and unwavering dedication to making a difference set her apart.
With a deep-seated desire to pursue a career in education, Ms. LaFleur is embarking on courses this fall to further develop her skills and knowledge. Drawn to Primrose for its supportive environment and strong sense of community, she is excited to grow alongside her students and colleagues.
Coming from a large family, Ms. LaFleur has experienced both the joys and challenges of caring for children, equipping her with adaptability, resilience, and a nurturing spirit—key qualities for meeting the dynamic needs of young learners.
Her commitment to learning and her natural affinity for working with children make her a valued addition to our team. We are thrilled to support her growth and look forward to the positive impact she will have on the children she teaches.

Ms. Naomi Rivera
Ms. Naomi Rivera is an enthusiastic educator with a passion for working with young children. With one year of experience in early education, she brings energy and dedication to the Primrose School of Chelmsford. She appreciates Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum, which complements her hands-on teaching style and supports the holistic development of every child.
As a valued member of our Early Preschool department, Ms. Rivera is committed to fostering meaningful relationships with children and their families. Known for her respectful, friendly, and interactive approach, she creates an engaging and nurturing learning environment. Her dedication to the well-being and growth of her students shines through in everything she does, making her an integral part of the Primrose community.

Ms. Ashley Martinez
Ms. Ashley Martinez is an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children ages 1.9–2.9 years old. With 14 years of early childhood education experience, Ms. Martinez brings a warm, hands-on approach focused on helping young children build confidence, independence, and curiosity through everyday learning experiences. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential through Middlesex Community College and is Lead Teacher certified, as well as CPR and First Aid certified. Her background in early childhood education began at Greater Lowell Technical High School and has continued through years of classroom experience working with young children.
In the classroom, Ms. Martinez creates engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development. She incorporates small-group literacy activities, sensory play, music and movement, art projects, outdoor exploration, and early math activities into daily routines. She also focuses on helping children develop self-help skills such as handwashing, cleaning up, and following routines, while providing individualized support to help each child feel confident, supported, and included.
Ms. Martinez especially enjoys watching children discover new skills, build friendships, and express their unique personalities through play and exploration. She values strong partnerships with families and believes open communication and consistency help create the best experience for every child. Outside of school, she enjoys caring for animals, creating crafts with her Cricut machine, and designing handmade projects in her free time.

Ms. Cassandra Bello
Ms. Cassie Bello is an Early Preschool teacher at Primrose Schools’s Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she has worked with young learners in Room 7 since 2022. With four years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Bello creates a classroom environment that helps preschool children build independence, communication skills, and confidence through consistent routines and hands-on learning experiences. She is EEC teacher certified and also holds CPR and First Aid certifications.
Ms. Bello’s classroom combines structured learning with purposeful play. She leads small-group literacy activities, sensory exploration, songs and movement, early math games, art projects, and outdoor play designed to keep children actively engaged throughout the day. One of her favorite classroom activities is open-ended art projects that encourage children to explore materials, experiment with colors and textures, and express their ideas in their own ways. She also focuses on helping children develop practical self-help skills, including handwashing, feeding, and classroom cleanup, while encouraging social growth through sharing, communication, and collaborative play. Ms. Bello values strong partnerships with families and maintains ongoing communication through daily updates and conversations tailored to each child’s development and individual needs.
One of Ms. Bello’s favorite parts of teaching is watching children gain confidence, reach new milestones, and develop lasting friendships with their peers. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, going on walks and runs with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Rachel Hunt
Ms. Rachel Hunt is an Early Preschool faculty member at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings eight years of childcare experience to the classroom. Ms. Hunt earned her Associate Degree from Middlesex Community College in 2021 and is EEC certified. She enjoys helping young children build confidence, reach developmental milestones, and discover new interests through hands-on learning and positive daily interactions.
In the Early Preschool classroom, Ms. Hunt incorporates small-group learning activities that encourage curiosity and engagement. One of her favorite classroom experiences is the butterfly learning project, where children observe caterpillars transform into butterflies while practicing observation and discussion skills together. She values strong communication with families and believes building relationships with parents helps her better support each child’s growth, personality, and individual needs. Ms. Hunt also focuses on creating a classroom environment where children feel comfortable, excited to learn, and happy to connect with their teachers and peers.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Hunt enjoys drawing, spending time with family and friends, and following soccer with her niece. One of her favorite children’s books is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch, and she is currently learning to speak Portuguese.

Ms. Destiny Waite
Destiny Waite is a Preschool Pathways faculty member at Primrose School of Chelmsford with six years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. She holds CPR and First Aid certification and is EEC certified. Before transitioning into early childhood education, Ms. Waite worked in healthcare support roles, where she gained additional certifications and experience supporting individuals with a variety of needs. In the Preschool Pathways classroom, Ms. Waite creates engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support each child’s growth, independence, and readiness for preschool. She incorporates literacy activities, sensory play, dramatic play, music and movement, outdoor exploration, and fine motor activities into the daily routine. Children practice important self-help and preschool readiness skills such as putting on jackets and shoes independently, following routines, tracing letters, counting, sorting, and participating in group activities. Ms. Waite also focuses on social-emotional development by helping children build communication skills, confidence, and positive peer relationships in a supportive classroom environment.
Ms. Waite especially enjoys watching children gain confidence, discover new interests, and express their unique personalities throughout the school year. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, creating memories with her children, and being outdoors. Her experiences supporting family members with autism have also strengthened her understanding of the importance of individualized support and adapting learning styles to meet each child’s needs.

Mrs. Kiran Badola
Ms. Kiran Badola is a Faculty Support Member at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports Preschool Pathways and Kindergarten classrooms. With 10 years of experience in education, Ms. Badola brings a patient, relationship-focused approach to helping children build confidence, independence, and strong social skills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, is EEC teacher certified, and has completed coursework in child growth and development. She is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED safety training. Prior to joining Primrose, Ms. Badola worked in elementary school settings with children from kindergarten through fourth grade, providing instructional support, implementing behavior plans, and working with students in both small-group and one-on-one settings.
In the classroom, Ms. Badola uses small-group literacy and math activities, sensory play, songs, and movement experiences to help children stay engaged and supported in their learning. She values individualized instruction and works closely with each child’s unique learning style and developmental needs. Ms. Badola also encourages independence by helping children practice problem-solving, make choices confidently, follow routines, and develop self-help skills throughout the school day.
Ms. Badola especially enjoys children’s curiosity, creativity, and energy, and she finds it rewarding to help them feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. She believes strong communication between teachers and families creates the best environment for children’s growth and development. Outside of school, Ms. Badola enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and going on trails.

Ms. Daviana Andrade
Ms. Daviana Andrade is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings experience supporting children in both educational and healthcare settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health science and has worked with children of varying ages and abilities through inclusive sports programs and child-centered support roles. Her background includes working with Inclusion Sports, where she adapted activities to support participation and teamwork, as well as experience at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she supported children and families in a healthcare environment. These experiences strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and ability to create supportive learning environments for young children.
In the classroom, Ms. Andrade creates engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore, problem-solve, and build confidence. She incorporates small-group literacy activities, storytelling, sensory play, art projects, music and movement, and outdoor exploration into daily routines to support social, emotional, and academic development. She also focuses on helping children build independence through routines, self-help skills, and individualized support that reflects each child’s learning style and personality.
Ms. Andrade especially enjoys watching children grow more confident as they develop new skills and begin expressing themselves independently. She values strong partnerships with families and believes open communication helps create consistency and support for every child’s growth and well-being. Outside of school, she enjoys coloring, creative projects, spending time with her two cats, and exploring the creativity and storytelling that inspire her love of early childhood education.

Mrs. Fanta Ganama
Ms. Fanta W. Ganama Gnegne is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings three years of early childhood education experience and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to preschool learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a CDA credentialed teacher, EEC teacher certified, and CPR and First Aid certified. Prior to joining Primrose, Ms. Ganama Gnegne worked at the James Houlares Center, where she supported children’s development in a preschool setting while maintaining classroom compliance, partnering with families, and helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
In the classroom, Ms. Ganama Gnegne incorporates teacher-led small-group literacy and math activities that support early reading, writing, counting, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills. She also uses dramatic play, sensory centers, songs, movement activities, and outdoor play to encourage creativity, language development, coordination, and social-emotional growth. Her classroom approach emphasizes active participation, meaningful interactions, and hands-on exploration to help children stay engaged and confident in their learning.
Ms. Ganama Gnegne especially enjoys watching young children grow and thrive as they build new skills and relationships throughout the school year. She values strong partnerships with families and believes children learn best through supportive interactions, independent play, and consistent encouragement from both teachers and parents. Outside of school, she is fluent in French, which helps her connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Ms. Stephanie Muise
Ms. Stephanie Muise is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with preschool children ages 3 to 4. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and is EEC teacher certified as well as CPR and First Aid certified. With more than eight years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Muise brings a relationship-focused, hands-on approach to helping children build confidence, independence, and early academic skills.
Before joining Primrose School of Chelmsford, Ms. Muise participated in Future Educators of America during high school, where she worked directly with Pre-K through second grade students and gained early classroom experience supporting reading, math, and daily learning activities. She later worked as a teacher assistant in Pre-K before earning her own classroom as a lead preschool teacher. In her classroom today, Ms. Muise creates engaging centers and hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore new materials, strengthen self-help skills, and build independence while still feeling supported when they need guidance. She values strong communication with families through both verbal updates and Procare communication and works to create a classroom community built on trust, consistency, and compassion.
Ms. Muise especially enjoys watching children gain confidence in themselves, take pride in their accomplishments, and make meaningful connections with the world around them. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and reading. One of her favorite childhood books was Jack and Annie Magic Tree House: Titanic.

Ms. Katie Crandall
Ms. Katie Crandall is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children ages 3–4 in a play-based preschool classroom. She brings three years of early childhood experience along with a background in special education support at Lura A. White, where she worked with students in grades 3–5. In that role, she supported data tracking, individualized curriculum planning, and one-on-one learning support. Ms. Crandall is CPR/First Aid certified and EEC teacher certified.
In the classroom, Ms. Crandall focuses on small-group learning experiences that connect directly to children’s interests and current classroom topics. She incorporates books, hands-on manipulatives, sensory materials, and rotating learning centers to keep activities engaging and interactive. She also enjoys extending learning outdoors whenever possible, giving children opportunities to explore concepts through movement and play.
Ms. Crandall especially enjoys helping young children build new skills and confidence throughout the school year. She values strong communication with families and works to build genuine relationships with both parents and children. Outside of school, she enjoys making sourdough, cooking, baking, hiking, and spending time with her large family.

Ms. Megan Robinson
Ms. Megan Robinson is a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children ages 4–5. With 11 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Robinson brings both academic training and hands-on classroom experience to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Rivier University and has been involved in the field since high school through early childhood education programs and preschool teaching opportunities. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, and Pre-K students.
Ms. Robinson believes play is an essential part of how young children learn and grow. In her classroom, she focuses on creating a positive and engaging environment where children feel encouraged to build confidence, independence, and social skills. She especially enjoys watching students’ growth throughout the school year and helping them prepare for their transition into their next classroom experience. Her approach emphasizes trust, consistency, and strong communication with families to support each child’s development both at school and at home.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Robinson enjoys photography, hiking, camping, going to the beach, and attending Zumba classes. She also has a dog named Ellie and enjoys sharing her favorite children’s book, Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, with young readers.

Ms. Lonna Brandt
Ms. Lonna Brandt is a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher in Chelmsford, where she brings five years of early childhood experience to the Pre-K classroom. Her background includes teaching at summer camps, working as a dance teacher for four years, and providing childcare through eight years of babysitting experience. Ms. Brandt has completed the Penn Foster Early Childhood Development Course and holds CPR/First Aid certification, supporting her hands-on and developmentally informed approach with young children.
In the classroom, Ms. Brandt focuses on building independence and self-confidence in Pre-K students. She encourages children to advocate for themselves, try new challenges, and develop the confidence to work through tasks independently. Throughout the day, she reinforces problem-solving, communication, and persistence, helping children recognize what they are capable of accomplishing. Her experience teaching dance also brings an energetic, movement-based perspective to classroom interactions and group activities.
Ms. Brandt values strong communication and believes early education works best when teachers and families work together closely. She makes space for open conversations with parents and approaches concerns as collaborative problem-solving opportunities. Outside of school, Ms. Brandt enjoys painting and drawing and has even painted furniture and sold some of her artwork.

Mrs. Lynne Zawada
Ms. Lynne Zawada is a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings more than 40 years of experience in education and early childhood care to the classroom. Ms. Zawada holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lesley University and is EEC teacher certified for infants through kindergarten. She is also CPR and First Aid certified. Her extensive background includes teaching third grade and first grade, working as a family daycare provider for more than 30 years, and serving as a child care center teacher for 13 years, primarily in Pre-K programs.
Ms. Zawada creates a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners. She differentiates instruction to support children at varying developmental levels while helping students build problem-solving and self-help skills through everyday classroom experiences. She especially enjoys watching children grow academically and socially throughout the school year and values the excitement children show when mastering new concepts and sharing their ideas. Ms. Zawada also believes strong parent-teacher communication is essential and values family partnership as an important part of each child’s success.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Zawada enjoys spending time with her family, including her children and grandchildren. She also loves visiting the ocean, taking long beach walks, and relaxing by the water.

Ms. Emily Carney
Ms. Emily Carney is a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford with five years of early childhood education experience. She is EEC certified and maintains CPR and First Aid certification. Ms. Carney began her career as an assistant toddler teacher before becoming a certified toddler teacher with her own classroom, bringing valuable experience in supporting young children’s growth, independence, and early learning development.
In her classroom, Ms. Carney creates hands-on, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and active participation. Her classroom includes sensory play, small-group activities, music and movement, art projects, and opportunities for children to explore both indoors and outdoors.Ms. Carney focuses on helping children build independence through self-help skills while creating an environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to explore their interests. She also believes strong communication and trust with families are essential to helping children feel successful both in and out of the classroom.
Ms. Carney especially enjoys watching children develop new skills, grow in confidence, and form their own unique personalities throughout the school year. Outside the classroom, she volunteers with the Pancreatic Cancer Network, where her family has helped raise funds to support pancreatic cancer research.

Mrs. Kusum Garg
Ms. Kusum Garg is a Pre-K Support Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings eight years of early childhood education experience to the classroom. Ms. Garg holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Siliguri College of Commerce in West Bengal, India, and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential through North Shore Community College. She is EEC teacher certified, CPR and First Aid certified through the Red Cross, and has completed additional ECE training focused on health, safety, and child development. Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali, and Bengali, Ms. Garg values building strong connections with children and families from a variety of backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Ms. Garg has worked in preschool, kindergarten support, and pathway classrooms, with experience supporting children of different learning styles and developmental needs, including children with autism. In the classroom, she creates a warm, structured, and hands-on learning environment where children feel comfortable exploring through play, routines, and daily activities. She leads circle time, supports early literacy and math activities, and encourages children to build independence through everyday routines such as cleaning up, putting on coats, and participating confidently in group activities.
Ms. Garg especially enjoys watching children’s curiosity grow and seeing the pride they feel when they master new skills independently. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family and sharing her favorite children’s book, Curious George, which reflects her appreciation for curiosity, exploration, and learning through discovery.

Mrs. Ellen Socha
Ms. Ellen Socha is a Teacher in the Kindergarten program at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings nine years of early childhood education experience and a creative, child-centered approach to learning. Ms. Socha holds a BS in Communications Media and is EEC teacher certified for infants/toddlers and preschool. She is also CPR and First Aid certified. Before transitioning into classroom teaching, she worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor, teaching water safety and swimming skills to children of all ages. She later joined the YMCA of Central Massachusetts as a preschool assistant teacher, where she gained experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and supporting multiple age groups. After joining Primrose School of Chelmsford in 2023, she worked in Preschool Pathways before moving into the Kindergarten classroom in 2024.
In the classroom, Ms. Socha emphasizes creativity, independence, and active participation in learning. She incorporates arts and crafts, music, dramatic play, and hands-on activities to help children stay engaged and build confidence. She especially enjoys helping children learn to read and loves seeing the excitement that comes with those “aha” moments as children grow from non-readers into confident learners. Ms. Socha also encourages self-help skills and gives children opportunities to make choices and take ownership in their classroom community.
Outside of school, Ms. Socha enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.

Ms. Nicole St.John
Ms. Nicole St. John is the Kindergarten teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings more than 22 years of early childhood education experience to the classroom. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is Director 1 and Director 2 certified, along with CPR and First Aid certification. Throughout her career, Ms. St. John has worked in a variety of preschool and pre-kindergarten teaching roles, including lead teacher positions at Little Sprouts, Here We Grow, A Place to Grow, and Next Generation.
In the Kindergarten classroom, Ms. St. John creates engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to participate, build confidence, and strengthen social-emotional skills. She believes children learn best when they are actively involved in classroom activities and supported through positive relationships with both teachers and peers. Ms. St. John values strong partnerships with families and works closely with parents to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally during this important stage of development.
One of Ms. St. John’s favorite parts of teaching is seeing the excitement on a child’s face when they accomplish a new task or master a new skill. Outside the classroom, she enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and caring for her many pets. As a parent of two boys who have attended Primrose School of Chelmsford, she also brings a parent’s perspective to her work with families.

Mrs. Diane Shea
Ms. Diane Shea is part of the school-wide support team at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children from infancy through kindergarten. With 15 years of experience in education and childcare, Ms. Shea brings a broad teaching background that includes elementary education, art instruction, and early childhood classrooms. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Lesley University and also holds an associate degree in Graphic Design from Hesser College. In addition, she completed the Master Gardener certificate program through the UNH Cooperative Extension, combining her interest in education with hands-on learning experiences connected to nature and gardening. Ms. Shea is CPR and First Aid trained and has completed more than 1,000 hours of professional development training.
Before joining Primrose, Ms. Shea taught art at the high school level and later transitioned into early childhood education, where she discovered a passion for supporting young learners through play-based and hands-on experiences. In the classroom, she incorporates music, movement, songs, and instruments to encourage participation and engagement while supporting children’s different learning styles. She especially enjoys watching children build confidence as they learn new skills and reach meaningful milestones throughout the year.
Outside of school, Ms. Shea enjoys swimming, visiting the White Mountains, spending time at the beach, and being with her husband and seven grandchildren.

Mrs. Deanna Berard
Mrs. Deanna Berard is part of the school-wide support team at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children across all age groups. With 30 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare, Mrs. Berard brings a calm, steady presence and a practical understanding of how children grow and learn from infancy through the school-age years. She has maintained CPR and First Aid certification for more than three decades and regularly completes professional development trainings to stay current on health, safety, and classroom practices.
Over the course of her career, Mrs. Berard spent 15 years at each of two daycare and preschool centers, working with children ranging from infants to 12 years old. Her daily responsibilities shift based on the needs of each classroom, but she consistently focuses on creating engaging, age-appropriate activities while helping children feel capable and supported throughout the day. She guides children through routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, and transitions between activities, while also encouraging social-emotional growth, independence, and positive peer interactions. Families value her dependable communication style and the genuine joy she takes in celebrating children’s milestones, whether it is learning a new skill, trying something for the first time, or gaining confidence in themselves.
Outside of school, Mrs. Berard enjoys reading, watching sports, and spending time with her family. She has been married for 20 years and is the proud parent of two children, experiences that continue to shape the patience, teamwork, and dedication she brings into her work with children each day.

Ms. Dalila Terrero
Ms. Dalila Terrero is part of the school-wide support team at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works across the Primrose program supporting children throughout the school day. As someone beginning her first role in childcare, Ms. Terrero brings steady energy, flexibility, and a strong interest in early childhood development to her work with young children. Her background includes a high school diploma, and she is especially interested in continuing her education in neonatal nursing.
Throughout the classroom, Ms. Terrero helps wherever children need support, from outdoor play and movement activities to reading books and joining in songs with students. She enjoys being involved in many parts of the day and values creating positive moments that help children feel comfortable communicating and participating. Families can expect a teacher who is approachable, attentive, and focused on helping children express themselves clearly and confidently.
Outside of school, Ms. Terrero enjoys dancing, speaks Spanish, and is currently learning Chinese. Growing up with four siblings helped shape her comfort working with children and busy group environments.

Mrs. Spoorthi Sadhu
Ms. Spoorthi Sadhu serves as School Wide Support at Primrose School of Chelmsford, working with children from infants through kindergarten. She holds a master’s degree and is CPR and First Aid certified, with additional training through Primrose School professional development courses. Ms. Sadhu brings experience tutoring children and caring for her own child, experiences that strengthened her patience, communication skills, and ability to support children’s daily learning and development in thoughtful, practical ways.
In the classroom, Ms. Sadhu focuses on hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore, communicate, and build confidence. She incorporates storytelling, songs and movement, sensory activities, art projects, and simple learning games to support early language, social, and cognitive development. She also values outdoor activities and self-help routines that help children practice independence while learning through everyday experiences. Ms. Sadhu works closely with families and believes consistent communication helps children feel supported both at school and at home.
Outside of school, Ms. Sadhu enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and learning new languages. She speaks Telugu and Hindi and is currently learning basic Spanish, which reflects her interest in connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
