Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Fanta Ganama

Ms. Fanta W. Ganama Gnegne is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings three years of early childhood education experience and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to preschool learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a CDA credentialed teacher, EEC teacher certified, and CPR and First Aid certified. Prior to joining Primrose, Ms. Ganama Gnegne worked at the James Houlares Center, where she supported children’s development in a preschool setting while maintaining classroom compliance, partnering with families, and helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

In the classroom, Ms. Ganama Gnegne incorporates teacher-led small-group literacy and math activities that support early reading, writing, counting, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills. She also uses dramatic play, sensory centers, songs, movement activities, and outdoor play to encourage creativity, language development, coordination, and social-emotional growth. Her classroom approach emphasizes active participation, meaningful interactions, and hands-on exploration to help children stay engaged and confident in their learning.

Ms. Ganama Gnegne especially enjoys watching young children grow and thrive as they build new skills and relationships throughout the school year. She values strong partnerships with families and believes children learn best through supportive interactions, independent play, and consistent encouragement from both teachers and parents. Outside of school, she is fluent in French, which helps her connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Ms. Stephanie Muise

Ms. Stephanie Muise is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with preschool children ages 3 to 4. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and is EEC teacher certified as well as CPR and First Aid certified. With more than eight years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Muise brings a relationship-focused, hands-on approach to helping children build confidence, independence, and early academic skills.

Before joining Primrose School of Chelmsford, Ms. Muise participated in Future Educators of America during high school, where she worked directly with Pre-K through second grade students and gained early classroom experience supporting reading, math, and daily learning activities. She later worked as a teacher assistant in Pre-K before earning her own classroom as a lead preschool teacher. In her classroom today, Ms. Muise creates engaging centers and hands-on learning experiences that encourage children to explore new materials, strengthen self-help skills, and build independence while still feeling supported when they need guidance. She values strong communication with families through both verbal updates and Procare communication and works to create a classroom community built on trust, consistency, and compassion.

Ms. Muise especially enjoys watching children gain confidence in themselves, take pride in their accomplishments, and make meaningful connections with the world around them. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and reading. One of her favorite childhood books was Jack and Annie Magic Tree House: Titanic.

Ms. Katie Crandall

Ms. Katie Crandall

Ms. Katie Crandall is a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she works with children ages 3–4 in a play-based preschool classroom. She brings three years of early childhood experience along with a background in special education support at Lura A. White, where she worked with students in grades 3–5. In that role, she supported data tracking, individualized curriculum planning, and one-on-one learning support. Ms. Crandall is CPR/First Aid certified and EEC teacher certified.

In the classroom, Ms. Crandall focuses on small-group learning experiences that connect directly to children’s interests and current classroom topics. She incorporates books, hands-on manipulatives, sensory materials, and rotating learning centers to keep activities engaging and interactive. She also enjoys extending learning outdoors whenever possible, giving children opportunities to explore concepts through movement and play.

Ms. Crandall especially enjoys helping young children build new skills and confidence throughout the school year. She values strong communication with families and works to build genuine relationships with both parents and children. Outside of school, she enjoys making sourdough, cooking, baking, hiking, and spending time with her large family.
