Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Kiran Badola
Ms. Kiran Badola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and brings over five years of valuable experience in education. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for creating enriching learning environments where children can thrive. Ms. Badola is drawn to Primrose School of Chelmsford for its welcoming atmosphere and its dedication to fostering both student growth and teacher development.
In her previous roles, Ms. Badola has been a patient and compassionate educator, committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential. She is particularly excited about the opportunity to engage with students at Primrose, guiding them along their learning journey with care and collaboration. Her ability to connect with students and encourage their growth makes her a wonderful addition to our team.
Our community will find that Ms. Badola is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to the success and well-being of each child she teaches, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Mrs. Ellen Socha
Mrs. Socha is a passionate and dedicated member of our Kindergarten team at Primrose School of Chelmsford, having joined us in August 2023.
She has been working with children since she was 17 years old, starting as a lifeguard teaching swim lessons. Mrs. Socha’s academic journey led her to study Communications Media, where she graduated as the valedictorian of her class. Her professional career in early childhood education spans seven years, during which she advanced through various roles and ultimately became a lead teacher in a Pre-Kindergarten classroom.
Mrs. Socha loves getting to know new children and watching them learn and grow throughout the year. She finds immense joy in witnessing their “ah-ha” moments, which make every challenge worthwhile. Her commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment ensures that each child feels supported and encouraged.
Mrs. Socha is thrilled to be a part of the Primrose School of Chelmsford and looks forward to meeting the children and learning more about their families. We are excited to have her on our team and anticipate the positive impact she will have on our community.

Ms. Nicole St.John
Ms. St. John is a dedicated member of our Pre-Kindergarten team at Primrose School of Chelmsford, having joined us in October 2017 when the school first opened. She brings a wealth of experience and passion for early childhood education to our community.
Ms. St. John began her educational journey at Nashoba Valley Tech, where she participated in the Early Childhood Program and graduated in 2008. She then continued her education at Middlesex Community College, earning her Associate’s Degree.
Ms. St. John is excited to be part of the Primrose team and looks forward to forming meaningful relationships with the children and their families. She is eager to contribute to the growth and development of each child and can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.
