We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Annie Phan
Ms. Annie Phan is an Infant Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she supports infants through responsive caregiving, individualized routines, and relationship-based learning experiences. With eight years of experience working with children from infancy through kindergarten, Ms. Phan brings a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of building trust during a child’s earliest years. She is EEC teacher certified in Infants through Kindergarten and is also CPR and First Aid certified. Ms. Phan focuses on creating a calm, engaging classroom where infants feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
In the classroom, Ms. Phan follows each child’s individual routine while supporting development through sensory play, early communication, and everyday interactions that help infants build confidence and connection. She values strong partnerships with families and believes consistent communication plays an essential role in helping children thrive both at school and at home. Ms. Phan especially enjoys watching infants’ personalities emerge over time and finds joy in the small but meaningful milestones that happen throughout each day.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Phan has a strong interest in the beauty industry and enjoys the creativity and self-expression it encourages. She hopes to continue exploring her passion for beauty while helping others feel confident and cared for.

Ms. Finny Chrim
Ms. Finny Chrim is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she creates a supportive, engaging classroom environment focused on helping young children build confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills. She is teacher certified and CPR and First Aid certified, with six years of experience in early childhood education. Ms. Chrim brings a calm, encouraging presence to the toddler classroom and values helping children feel secure as they learn through exploration, routines, and daily interactions.
Ms. Chrim joined Primrose School of Chelmsford in 2020 as a School-Wide Support Teacher, working across multiple classrooms and age groups. During that time, she discovered a strong connection to the toddler program and transitioned into a Toddler Teacher role in 2022. In her classroom, Ms. Chrim focuses on fostering independence while providing consistent guidance and support. She encourages children to complete tasks, solve problems, and navigate transitions with growing confidence while helping them develop social, emotional, and early academic skills through hands-on learning experiences and positive relationships.
Families appreciate Ms. Chrim’s caring communication style and her commitment to building strong partnerships between home and school. She especially enjoys watching toddlers gain confidence in themselves as they discover new skills and experiences each day. Outside of school, Ms. Chrim enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, creating memories together, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.

Ms. Allaiza Uy
Ms. Allaiza Uy is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she brings five years of early childhood experience and a thoughtful, relationship-based approach to working with young children. She focuses on helping toddlers build confidence, communication skills, and independence through consistent routines, hands-on exploration, and play-based learning. Before joining Primrose, Ms. Uy worked with children across multiple age groups, from infants through school-age programs, experiences that strengthened her ability to support each child’s individual developmental needs. She is CPR/First Aid certified and Early Childhood Teacher certified.
In the classroom, Ms. Uy creates engaging daily routines that help toddlers build confidence, communication skills, and independence through play-based learning. She incorporates sensory activities, story time, art projects, music, and hands-on exploration to support children’s social, emotional, and language development. She also focuses on helping toddlers practice self-help skills such as handwashing, cleaning up after themselves, feeding themselves, and following simple routines. Ms. Uy values patience, consistency, and positive guidance, and she works closely with families to support each child’s individual growth and development.
Outside of school, Ms. Uy enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, exploring new places, camping, and taking road trips.

Ms. Aneiry Charles
Ms. Aneiry Charles is a teacher in the toddler program at Primrose School of Chelmsford, where she creates engaging classroom experiences that support curiosity, communication, and growing independence. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings both professional and personal childcare experience to her role. Ms. Charles is also CPR and First Aid certified. Before joining Primrose, she worked as an Art Teacher Assistant with middle school students, supporting classroom activities and hands-on creative projects.
In the classroom, Ms. Charles plans sensory activities, art projects, music and movement experiences, and outdoor exploration that encourage toddlers to investigate and problem-solve through play. She also helps children build practical self-help skills such as hand washing, cleaning up, using utensils, and following daily routines independently. Ms. Charles values individualized support and works closely with children at their own developmental pace while helping them strengthen communication and confidence.
Families appreciate Ms. Charles’ patient and consistent approach, along with her focus on strong communication and partnership with parents. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, exploring bookstores, trying new restaurants, dancing, traveling, and learning new things.
