Mrs. Peaches Rocheford serves as the President for the Primrose School of Burlington, Primrose School of Chelmsford, and Primrose School of Woburn. In this role, she plays an integral part in ensuring each school operates efficiently and effectively for parents, children, faculty, and leadership teams, delivering the premium experience that defines Primrose Schools.

Mrs. Rocheford began her career with the Primrose School of Burlington in 2014, just six months after the school first opened its doors. In those early years, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing new systems, practices, and policies to support the school’s rapid growth while ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction among families, children, and staff. She later transitioned into an Executive Director of Marketing and Recruitment role, where she successfully led community outreach initiatives and hired exceptional early education professionals who continue to shape the culture of our schools today.

In early 2019, Mrs. Rocheford assumed the role of Principal at the Burlington location, where she continued to strengthen faculty performance, parent engagement, and program excellence, all while maintaining her leadership in recruitment and community relations.

Then in August 2022, with over a decade of leadership experience, Mrs. Rocheford become President.  She is a trusted source of knowledge and guidance for our teams. She is deeply committed to ensuring that children receive the highest quality care, faculty are supported and empowered in their roles, and parents feel confident in the outstanding education and care their children receive every day.

Mrs. Taylor Healy serves as the Principal of the Primrose School of Burlington. Her journey with Primrose began in 2021 as an Early Preschool teacher, and she now returns in a leadership role, bringing with her a strong sense of purpose, compassion, and a clear vision for building an inclusive and inspiring school community.

With a deep belief in the power of partnership, Mrs. Healy is dedicated to fostering a school culture where faculty feel supported and empowered, and where families are actively connected to their children’s educational journey. Her leadership philosophy centers around care, clarity, and collaboration—ensuring that every member of the school community feels respected and valued.

Mrs. Healy is committed to creating a joyful and nurturing environment where children thrive, educators are celebrated, and families feel a true sense of belonging. She strives to lead by example, showing up consistently, advocating for her team, and championing the growth and success of both students and staff.

She believes that a great school is one that feels good to walk into each day—a place where everyone is proud of the work they do and the people they do it with.

Mrs. Shana Chacon began her journey with Primrose School of Burlington from opening day back in April 2014. Shana earned her B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology in 2011 and since dedicated her career to educating young minds.

During her years at Primrose, Shana has successfully worked with all ages from infancy to kindergarten to become an expert in curriculum implementation, classroom management, classroom organization, and parent partnerships.

Shana has successfully trained over 85 faculty members. As the Faculty Development Coordinator, Shana is producing new opportunities for faculty which include helping them move from the daycare tradition to becoming a professional early childhood educator. Since becoming the Faculty Development Coordinator in January of 2021 she has trained countless faculty and helped them produce new skills and competencies. Mrs. Chacon’s ultimate ambition is to oversee all future Faculty Development Coordinators of the Van Emon schools and continues to learn and strive to be the best offer of help to all faculty.

Kaylee Fahey serves as the Client and Faculty Coordinator on the Management Team, bringing six years of childcare experience with children across all age groups. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Salem State University, a background that supports her thoughtful approach to working with children, families, and educators. In her leadership role, Kaylee helps strengthen the daily experience of the school by supporting teachers, guiding communication, and contributing to a well-organized, caring environment for students.

Kaylee especially enjoys mentoring teachers and helping them grow in confidence and skill. She works closely with faculty members, with particular focus on those teaching infants and toddlers, to ensure that young children receive attentive, responsive care throughout the day. Her work includes helping teachers reflect on classroom needs, support children’s development, and create consistent routines that help students feel known and cared for.

Kaylee also plays an important role in planning engaging school events for students and families. She values opportunities that bring people together and help create a strong sense of community across the school.

With 42 years of experience in the food service industry, Chef Michael brings deep knowledge, consistency, and care to kitchen services and daily operations at PSOB.

Before joining PSOB, Chef Michael spent 26 years as First Cook at New England Deaconess, where he built a strong foundation in meal preparation, kitchen organization, and dependable food service. Since becoming part of the PSOB community, he has brought that same steady expertise to our kitchen, supporting thoughtful menu planning and meals that help make each school day run smoothly.

Outside of the kitchen, Chef Michael is a proud husband, father, grandfather, and dog dad. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, golfing, cheering on his favorite football team, and cooking meals that bring people together.

At PSOB, Chef Michael’s experience continues to support our ongoing efforts to improve and enhance our menus wherever possible. His background, practical insight, and care for good food are valued parts of our school community.

Ms. Sakina Pashayeva holds a Master’s Degree in American Literature and is inspired by how Primrose fosters diversity and inclusion in the classroom. She values creating an environment where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

Sakina is known for her empathy, kindness, patience, and persistence, qualities she brings into her teaching every day. Her goal is to be the best teacher she can be, guiding her students with care and dedication. Above all, Sakina loves her students and is committed to helping them learn, grow, and succeed in a nurturing environment.

Ms. Usha Rani Mishra brings patience, empathy, and a deep love for education to her role as an Infant Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She chose Primrose because of its high standards and the culture of nurturing, compassion, kindness, and respect that is at the heart of the school community.

With a strong commitment to helping children learn and succeed, Ms. Mishra creates a classroom environment where infants feel safe, supported, and cared for as they begin their earliest stages of growth. She is passionate about fostering children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Ms. Mishra is excited to continue building her own skills and learning alongside her students. One of her proudest accomplishments is being recognized as Teacher of the Month in her previous teaching role, an honor that reflects her dedication and impact as an educator.

Outside of the classroom, she enjoys photography, capturing moments that inspire joy and creativity. With her warmth, patience, and commitment, Ms. Mishra is a valued part of the Primrose team and a trusted partner in each child’s early education journey.

Ms. Sandra Hansen is a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Burlington, where she works with young toddlers and brings approximately 10 years of childcare experience to the classroom. She has completed early childhood coursework, and her years of experience have shaped a practical, attentive approach that supports toddlers as they build communication skills, independence, and confidence.

Ms. Hansen incorporates hands-on experiences throughout the day, including art exploration and projects, reading and literacy activities, outdoor and nature exploration, songs, dancing, and movement. She especially enjoys helping children learn new skills and seeing their excitement as they discover new experiences. She also places a strong emphasis on helping young children communicate with others and begin learning how to manage big feelings.

Communication with families is an important part of Ms. Hansen’s approach. She works closely with parents to support each child’s growth and learning throughout the year. Outside the classroom, Ms. Hansen enjoys spending time with her two dogs, taking nature walks, exploring her community, reading, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys trips to the beach and camping.

Ms. Sharon Navarro brings patience, empathy, and compassion to the youngest learners in our community. She chose Primrose because she shares the school’s values of providing children with a strong educational foundation while helping them feel confident, secure, and good about themselves.

With years of experience working with children, Ms. Navarro has developed strong skills in patience and problem-solving, allowing her to thoughtfully support each child’s unique needs. She is dedicated to helping infants reach important developmental milestones and to providing meaningful early experiences that support their growth.

Her proudest achievement is being a mom, a role that deepened her understanding of how important nurturing care and family partnership are during the early years. Ms. Navarro looks forward to building trusting relationships with families and creating a warm, supportive classroom where every child can thrive.

Ms. Sage Doherty is a Support Teacher at Primrose School of Burlington, where she works with infants and toddlers. With five years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Doherty brings a strong understanding of child growth and development to her classroom. Her training in child growth and development, along with her CPR and First Aid certification, supports her ability to respond thoughtfully to young children’s needs and provide individualized support as they grow and learn.

Ms. Doherty especially enjoys creating hands-on experiences that encourage infants and toddlers to explore and engage with their surroundings. She loves sensory play and art projects and takes particular care to provide individualized support based on what each child is ready to practice. She finds it especially rewarding to watch children develop over time and see their personalities begin to take shape. Ms. Doherty cares for the children in her classroom as she would her own and wants families to know that she always has their child’s growth and well-being in mind.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Doherty enjoys cheerleading and currently cheers with Cheer Sport Sharks. She also has a Golden Retriever named Waylon and loves spending time with her two-year-old niece, Eleanor.

Ms. Lillian Bartlett became a member of the Primrose School of Burlington in August 2023, taking on the important role of a school-wide support faculty member and quickly transitioned into the role of one of our infant teachers, and now a toddler teacher. Drawn by the shared values and ethics of Primrose, Ms. Bartlett embraced the opportunity to contribute to a community that resonates with her personal beliefs.

A graduate of UVM with a BA in Food Systems, Ms. Bartlett’s academic background is a testament to her commitment to holistic well-being. This dedication aligns perfectly with Primrose’s approach to nurturing not only academic growth but also social, emotional, and physical development.

Ms. Bartlett’s choice to join Primrose is a reflection of her alignment with the school’s philosophy. Her decision was influenced by the school’s dedication to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Her passion for supporting children’s growth and her desire to contribute positively to their development make her a natural fit within our Primrose community.

In her role as an infant faculty member, Ms. Bartlett’s patience and understanding stand out as some of her most valuable qualities. Her ability to connect with both children and colleagues creates an atmosphere of warmth and cooperation that fosters a sense of belonging for everyone.

Mrs. Marelize Botes is one of our toddler teachers at Primrose School of Burlington, where she brings more than 12 years of early childhood experience to the classroom. Before joining Primrose, Mrs. Botes worked with children from infancy through age five, building a strong understanding of early development across multiple stages. She holds a GED and has spent more than a decade helping young children build confidence, routines, and independence during their earliest learning years.

In the toddler classroom, Mrs. Botes enjoys watching children become more self-sufficient and seeing their personalities emerge through everyday interactions and milestones. She values creating strong relationships with both children and parents and believes communication and consistency help children feel secure as they grow. Her approach focuses on supporting toddlers as they develop social skills, independence, and curiosity through hands-on learning and daily routines.

Outside the classroom, Mrs. Botes enjoys animals and has four pet tarantulas as pets, and also loves dogs just as much

Ms. Suzanne Fairfield brings creativity, dedication, and a love for music and children to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and chose Primrose because it allows her to combine her passion for working with children with her desire for new and meaningful experiences.

Known for her strong communication skills, hardworking nature, and joy in being around kids, Ms. Fairfield creates an environment where children feel encouraged, supported, and inspired to learn. Among her proudest accomplishments are recording two CDs, graduating from college, and having the opportunity to share her love of music through teaching.

Her ultimate goal is to continue growing in the field of education while finding ways to integrate her degree in music to enrich children’s learning experiences. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with friends, singing karaoke, and expressing her creativity in new ways.

Ms. Fairfield considers herself both highly creative and an excellent communicator, qualities that help her connect with students and families alike. She is excited to watch her students grow, learn, and discover their own talents and passions throughout the school year.

Ms. Eliot Luu brings energy, kindness, and a strong passion for working with children to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. She recently graduated from high school in Lexington and is excited to begin building her experience in early childhood education.

Eliot has a natural love for working with kids and enjoys creating positive, supportive environments where children feel comfortable and cared for. Her experience with babysitting and customer service has helped her develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to stay organized and attentive in busy settings.

Ms. Luu is excited to bring her positive attitude, reliability, and passion for children into the classroom. She looks forward to building connections with students and supporting their learning and growth each day.

Ms. Jillian Fitzgerald brings valuable experience from her work in ABA therapy and a deep passion for supporting children’s growth and development. She chose Primrose because of her love for working with children and her desire to make a meaningful impact in their early learning experiences.

Jillian is known for being supportive, strong, caring, and respectful—qualities she brings into the classroom each day. She is most excited to contribute to helping Primrose become the best preschool it can be, while creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and grow. Outside of the classroom, Jillian enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends.

Mrs. Chloe Cormier serves as the Early Preschool Teacher in Room 6 at Primrose School of Burlington. With six years of experience working with young children and a background in elementary education and special education, she brings a thoughtful understanding of how children learn, communicate, and grow. Her experience spans classrooms from age two through middle school, including work in physical education, health, science, and special education settings. Mrs. Cormier is also CPR and First Aid certified.

In the classroom, Mrs. Cormier creates learning experiences that encourage movement, creativity, and active exploration. She believes children build confidence through hands-on discovery and meaningful opportunities to try new things. Whether children are developing social skills, practicing communication, or gaining independence, she focuses on helping each child feel capable and engaged. Her approach reflects her belief that every day offers new opportunities for growth and learning.

Mr. Connor Daws brings dedication, compassion, and a strong passion for early childhood education to his role as a Preschool Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies and has always had a clear goal of becoming a preschool teacher and being the best educator he can be.

Known for his caring, patient, and compassionate nature, Mr. Daws is committed to supporting children’s growth in a warm and nurturing environment. He believes in meeting children where they are and helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

One of his most valued accomplishments is graduating from college, an achievement that reflects his commitment to education and personal growth. Mr. Daws is excited to meet and work with new students, families, and colleagues, and he looks forward to continuing to grow as an educator while making a positive impact in the classroom.

Ms. Sophie Powell brings dedication, knowledge, and a strong commitment to children’s development to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. Ms. Powell has achieved an important personal milestone by earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, reflecting her commitment to education and lifelong learning. Ms. Tina Colbert is a Preschool Pathways faculty member at Primrose School of Burlington. She brings a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus on Child and Family Services, along with more than 14 years of experience caring for seniors in assisted living communities. In that role, Ms. Colbert supported residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, developing strong skills in empathy, communication, attentive care, and understanding individual needs—qualities she now brings into the early childhood classroom.

As both a mother and educator, Ms. Colbert values hands-on learning, outdoor play, and helping children build independence through everyday experiences. She focuses on creating a classroom environment where children feel comfortable exploring new skills, practicing self-help routines, and learning through play and positive guidance. Ms. Colbert especially enjoys watching children gain confidence as they discover new abilities and celebrate milestones at their own pace.

Outside of school, Ms. Colbert enjoys painting and creating inspirational artwork for friends and family. She believes art can encourage confidence, connection, and a sense of purpose, and she enjoys bringing that creativity into her work with children as well.

Ms. Pramila Gautam brings years of experience and a genuine love for teaching to her role as a Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She has spent much of her career working with young children, helping them grow into confident and curious learners.

Ms. Gautam chose Primrose because of its kind and supportive culture, as well as its research-based curriculum that aligns perfectly with her passion for early education. She finds great joy in watching her students learn new skills, explore their creativity, and develop a love for learning each day.

Known for her warmth, patience, and dedication, Ms. Gautam creates a classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed. She is excited to continue inspiring her students and watching them grow throughout the school year.

Ms. Gabriela Perez brings warmth, patience, and a strong passion for supporting children’s learning to her role as a School-Wide Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she values communication, connection, and creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Gabriela has meaningful experience working with students on the autism spectrum and has supported behavioral plans, classroom routines, and individualized strategies that help children feel understood and successful. Her compassionate approach and calm presence allow her to meet children where they are while guiding them through social, emotional, and developmental growth.

One of her strengths is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment which is something she takes great pride in, knowing it helps children feel comfortable and confident throughout their day.

With her positive attitude, kind nature, and dedication to helping children learn, Ms. Perez is excited to support classrooms across the school and build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.

Ms. Aalliyah Plass serves as a Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Burlington.. Her broad experience across age groups allows her to step into classrooms with confidence while building meaningful relationships with children, families, and teaching teams. Ms. Plass completed a two-year early childhood education program in high school and has continued her studies through early childhood coursework at Kent State University. Her background also includes four years as a teacher at an early childhood summer camp, internships in K–12 classrooms, and experience providing music lessons to children.

Ms. Plass believes children learn best when they feel known, heard, and encouraged. She enjoys being actively involved in the classroom, using music, movement, and songs to engage children while creating opportunities for them to build confidence and independence. She values listening carefully to children, helping them work through challenges, and using positive affirmation to strengthen trust and self-belief.

With a background in music education, Ms. Plass is a strong advocate for incorporating music and the arts into early childhood learning. She believes creative experiences help children develop meaningful life skills, self-discipline, and healthy ways to express themselves. For Ms. Plass, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing the unique perspectives children bring each day and the lessons adults can learn alongside them.

Ms. Sabrina Poole is our Preschool support staff member at Primrose School of Burlington, bringing four years of experience as a middle and high school teacher to her work with young children. With a background in creative writing and broadcast journalism, along with CPR/First Aid training and early childhood coursework, Ms. Poole brings strong communication and classroom-management skills to the preschool classroom. Her experience teaching older students gives her a thoughtful perspective on building the early skills children will carry with them as they grow.

In the Preschool classroom, Ms. Poole focuses on creating opportunities for children to be challenged while receiving the individual support they need to make progress. She believes children learn best when teaching is responsive to where they are developmentally, and she works to provide experiences that encourage children to participate, explore, and build confidence in their abilities. She also places a strong emphasis on relationships, taking time to build trust with children and open communication with their families.

Ms. Poole values the opportunity to see children grow through their everyday experiences at school and takes pride in giving her best effort each day. Outside of school, she is a proud dog mom to two toy poodles, Bella and Zoey, who keep her busy and entertained.

Mrs. Christie Chrisosthomme joined our Early Pre-School Wing as a dedicated Room 6 teacher in January of 2023. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UMass Boston and previous experience as a behavioral therapist for children aged 2-10, Mrs. Chrisosthomme brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. It was the strong sense of community she discovered that drew her to Primrose as she embarked on a career change.

Driven by her deep interest in child development, Mrs. Chrisosthomme is committed to understanding each child as a unique individual. She recognizes the importance of tailoring her instruction to meet the specific needs and abilities of her students. By differentiating her teaching approach, she ensures that each child receives the necessary support to be challenged and empowered on their individual journey toward becoming the best version of themselves.

In her classroom, Mrs. Chrisosthomme fosters a love for learning by creating an engaging and nurturing environment. She understands that education is a collaborative process and empowers her students to take an active role in their own learning. By cultivating their curiosity and instilling a sense of ownership, she helps her students develop a lifelong passion for exploration and discovery.

Mrs. Chrisosthomme’s dedication to her students and her unwavering commitment to their growth and development make her an invaluable asset to our team. Ms. Paige Cohen is a Pre-K teacher in Room 13 who brings both professional experience and genuine connection to her work with young children. With experience teaching Pre-K students, additional experience as a nanny, and coursework in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Cohen focuses on helping children build confidence, independence, and strong foundational skills. She maintains CPR and First Aid certification and is committed to supporting children’s growth during these important early years.

In the classroom, Ms. Cohen uses small-group literacy instruction and differentiated learning activities to meet children where they are and support their individual growth. She believes strong relationships are at the heart of a successful school experience and makes it a priority to connect with each child one-on-one every day. By learning what makes each student smile, what motivates them, and what support they need, she creates meaningful learning experiences that address both academic and social-emotional development. She also enjoys bringing elements of nature into the classroom and building partnerships with families throughout the school year.

What Ms. Cohen enjoys most about early childhood education is the joy, curiosity, and energy young children bring each day. She finds it especially rewarding to play a positive role in a child’s early years and help them recognize their own abilities. Outside of school, Ms. Cohen has lived in five countries and traveled to 18, including a memorable trip to Tanzania where she helped build an elementary school. Whenever possible, she enjoys spending time near the beach.

Ms. John brings patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children to her role as an Early Preschool teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and chose Primrose because she enjoys supporting young learners during their early stages of development.

In the classroom, Ms. John creates a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel comfortable learning, exploring, and growing. She is dedicated to helping children build confidence while supporting their social and emotional development. In her free time, Ms. John enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring new places.

Ms. John is excited to continue learning and growing in her role while gaining confidence as an educator and building meaningful connections with the children in her care. She looks forward to supporting each child as they develop new skills and reach important milestones.

Mrs. Kateryna Hanulia became a member of the Primrose School of Burlington community in October 2023, taking on the role of Pre-K support. Her decision to join Primrose was driven by the school’s policies and the sense of belongingness it fosters within its community.

With a strong academic background, Mrs. Hanulia holds a BA in Philology and an MA in Language and Literature. Her educational qualifications, coupled with her extensive experience of almost 8 years working with children, contribute to her wealth of knowledge in language development and literature.

Mrs. Kateryna Hanulia’s rich background in language and literature, combined with her passion for working with children, makes her a valuable addition to the Primrose team. Her commitment to enhancing her skills and contributing to the educational journey of students aligns with the school’s mission of fostering a love for learning and providing a strong foundation for children’s future success. The Primrose School of Burlington is excited to have Mrs. Hanulia on board.

Ms. Sydney Giardina is a Pre-K Support Teacher at Primrose School of Burlington, where she brings six years of experience in both elementary and early childhood education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in Elementary Education and certification in elementary education. Before joining Primrose, Ms. Giardina taught kindergarten for two years at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School and spent two years teaching English to primary school students in Spain, experiences that strengthened her ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.

In the classroom, Ms. Giardina enjoys helping young learners build early literacy skills through small-group instruction and hands-on activities. She incorporates games and movement into daily learning to keep children engaged while supporting their academic growth. She values building genuine relationships with each child by learning about their interests, creating a foundation of trust that helps children gain confidence and participate with enthusiasm.

One of Ms. Giardina’s favorite parts of working with young children is watching them become more confident as they discover new skills. Outside of school, she loves to travel and has visited more than 30 countries, bringing a broad perspective and appreciation for different cultures into her work with children and families.

Ms. Kaitlin Carter is a new addition to the Primrose School of Burlington community, having joined in April 2024 as one of the Kindergarten Teachers. Her decision to join Primrose was influenced by the wonderful environment for both learning and teaching that the school provides.

With a BA in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Carter is well-equipped to guide and support her students as they embark on their educational journeys. She is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the start of the students’ educational journeys and looks forward to making a positive impact on their lives.

Ms. Carter’s dedication to early childhood education and her commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment make her a valuable asset to the Primrose community. Her enthusiasm for teaching will surely inspire her students to learn and grow throughout the school year.

Ms. Tess O’Regan is a School Wide Support at Primrose School of Burlington, where she supports children during an important stage of independence, communication, and social growth. She is EEC Certified in all ages and holds CPR/First Aid certification. Ms. O’Regan’s experience with young children began early: she started as a mother’s helper at age nine, began babysitting at twelve, and joined Primrose School of Burlington in April 2018 at age nineteen.

In the classroom, Ms. O’Regan works with children through individualized and small-group activities that help her meet different developmental needs throughout the day. She is comfortable supporting curriculum across age groups, with a special focus on helping Early Preschool children participate, practice new skills, and build confidence through consistent classroom routines.

Ms. O’Regan especially enjoys the different personalities, needs, and moments of growth each child brings to school. She values strong parent partnerships and wants families to see the progress their children make each day. Outside of school, Ms. O’Regan is a big hockey and sports fan and loves going to games.

Ms. Chloe MacNeill is part of the school-wide support team at Primrose School of Burlington, where she works with children ranging from six weeks to six years old across a variety of classrooms and programs. As a School-Wide Support Staff, she helps create positive, engaging classroom experiences through games, crafts, and hands-on activities that encourage children to feel comfortable participating and learning. Chloe is CPR certified, bringing an added level of preparedness and attentiveness to her role supporting young children throughout the school day.

Chloe especially values building strong relationships with children and helping them feel secure as they adjust to new routines, classrooms, and experiences. She understands that children open up and learn at their own pace, and she approaches each interaction with patience, kindness, and encouragement. Her calm and supportive presence helps children feel more confident exploring new skills and connecting with others.

Growing up, Chloe always felt drawn to helping people in meaningful ways, whether through emotional support, encouragement, or practical help. She is excited to build a career centered around making a positive impact in children’s lives each day.

Ms. Kayla Martinez is School-Wide Support Staff at Primrose School of Burlington, bringing experience working with children from early childhood through elementary school. She holds an Associate degree in Arts, an esthetician license, and training as a chiropractic assistant, where she worked with children and helped them complete exercises before adjustments. Before joining Primrose, Ms. Martinez worked as a first-grade instructional assistant in Arizona, helping organize classroom materials, prepare learning centers, and support daily activities. She also spent a summer working with children from kindergarten through sixth grade.

As School-Wide Support Staff, Ms. Martinez enjoys connecting with children across age groups and supporting their learning through small-group literacy activities, storytime, songs and movement, and creative art projects. She approaches her work with patience, kindness, and understanding, giving children space to explore while offering support when they need it. Ms. Martinez especially enjoys watching children discover how they think and learn—and seeing those rewarding moments when something finally clicks.

Originally from California, Ms. Martinez moved to Arizona in 2021 and recently relocated to Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing and painting, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors. She especially loves hiking and exploring new places in nature.
