Amber Rhodes
Amber Rhodes
Regional Director

Hi! My name is Amber Rhodes, and I am the Regional Director at Primrose School of Atascocita, Primrose School at Balmoral, and Primrose School of Eagle Springs. I have been part of the Primrose family since August 2013, when I started my Primrose journey as an Early Preschool teacher.

Over the years, my role has grown, but my love for Early Education has only grown stronger. I quickly discovered that my passion goes beyond teaching children, I truly enjoy teaching, mentoring, and supporting the educators and leaders around me. I love helping teachers grow in their confidence, develop their skills, and reach their goals within their education careers. Primrose provides such a strong foundation for future educators, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to play a part in their journey. Leading, supporting, and encouraging the people around me is truly what I love to do best!

Outside of Primrose, I am a mom to my daughter, Addisyn, and my newest little addition, Davis! Addisyn attended Primrose for most of her childhood and now loves to dance, which means I spend a lot of my free time being a proud Dance Mom and watching her do what she loves most. With a new baby at home, life is definitely busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I truly love being part of the Primrose family and feel so lucky to spend my days surrounded by such wonderful staff, children, and families. I look forward to getting to know each of you and continuing to grow together!

I love being a part of this Primrose Family and spending my days with our wonderful staff and families!

Hello, I’m Ms. Keisha, and I’d love to tell you a little about myself!

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica, and I am proud to bring my warm and welcoming spirit to Primrose. For more than 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I had the opportunity to care for and connect with people visiting the island. I’m now excited to focus my time, energy, and passion on something I believe is even more important—the future of our children and babies.

I’m a big sports fan and have enjoyed playing volleyball for many years. In my free time, I also love watching movies and relaxing whenever I get the chance. Of course, relaxing can be a little challenging when my granddaughter is around and ready to give me a makeover! I also enjoy Italian and Oriental cuisine.

When asked which Primrose Character I relate to the most, my answer would have to be ALL of them! I truly love the concept of teaching children not only academics, but also important character development skills. I believe these skills help lay a strong foundation for children as they learn how to be kind, confident, caring, responsible, and respectful, traits we all strive to have!

I’m so excited to be part of the Primrose family and to have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships with our students and families.

Hi, I’m Ms. Kayla, and I am the Preschool 2 Assistant Teacher!

I was born in Beaumont, Texas, and grew up in the church with my five siblings. Some of my favorite childhood memories are the many moments we spent together with our grandparents. Outside of Primrose, I love watching comedic and scary movies and shows, as well as documentaries. I also love to read, especially book series. If the summary catches my attention, there’s a good chance I’ll be reading it!

Working with Preschool students has shown me that children are eager to learn when they are given the opportunity to explore and discover things for themselves. I love watching their personalities shine as they learn new skills, ask questions, and make connections with the world around them. I especially enjoy sharing my love of reading with my students. During OG Story Time, we begin building early reading comprehension skills while making books fun and engaging. Hello, I’m Ms. Dolores, and I’m so excited to be joining the wonderful Primrose family!

With years of experience preparing meals, I truly enjoy creating food that helps support growing minds and healthy bodies. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I take pride in preparing meals that are not only nutritious, but also enjoyable for our students.

Primrose is especially meaningful to me because 3 of my grandbabies have been attending Primrose School at Balmoral for several years. It makes me so happy to be part of their everyday lives and to now have the opportunity to help care for their Primrose friends too. One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to “feed all of their friends’ bellies” with delicious and nutritious meals each day!

I believe mealtime is about more than just food, it’s an opportunity to create a welcoming environment, encourage healthy habits, and help children develop positive relationships with food. I look forward to bringing my love of cooking to Primrose and making mealtimes a special part of each child’s day.

Franchise Owner

Matt and Anne Evers
Welcome to Primrose School of Balmoral!
We’re Matt and Anne Evers, proud Franchise Owners and parents who know firsthand how meaningful it is to find a trusted early learning environment for your child. Today, both of our boys, Cooper (12) and Cannon (10), continue to grow with Primrose in the Explorers Program.
Our Primrose journey began in 2015, when we were searching for the best childcare option for our first child. During that search, we were inspired by the exceptional care, nurturing environment, and high-quality curriculum we found at Primrose Schools. The more we experienced with Primrose Schools, the more our appreciation grew. Ultimately, this led us to open a school of our own to create this experience for more families in our community.
The core philosophy of Primrose Schools is the belief that who children become is as important as what they know. This is the foundation of our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach which blends purposeful play with thoughtful guidance from teachers to help children grow in curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. It is more than a curriculum—it is a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
The dedicated team at the Primrose School of Balmoral is committed to creating a safe, loving, and high-quality educational experience for every child. From infant care through after-school programs, we strive to be the most trusted choice for families throughout the Balmoral, Fall Creek, Humble and Atascocita area. If you are looking for an exceptional childcare option where your family feels like part of ours, we invite you to consider our school.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of these important years in your child’s life. We look forward to welcoming your family!
