Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts

Keisha Reid Belnavis
Hello, I’m Ms. Keisha, and I’d love to tell you a little about myself!
I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica, and I am proud to bring my warm and welcoming spirit to Primrose. For more than 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I had the opportunity to care for and connect with people visiting the island. I’m now excited to focus my time, energy, and passion on something I believe is even more important—the future of our children and babies.
I’m a big sports fan and have enjoyed playing volleyball for many years. In my free time, I also love watching movies and relaxing whenever I get the chance. Of course, relaxing can be a little challenging when my granddaughter is around and ready to give me a makeover! I also enjoy Italian and Oriental cuisine.
When asked which Primrose Character I relate to the most, my answer would have to be ALL of them! I truly love the concept of teaching children not only academics, but also important character development skills. I believe these skills help lay a strong foundation for children as they learn how to be kind, confident, caring, responsible, and respectful, traits we all strive to have!
I’m so excited to be part of the Primrose family and to have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships with our students and families.

Tranique Moore
Hello, my name is Tranique Moore, and working in childcare has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, watching movies, and trying different types of food. However, Hispanic food truly has my heart! I’m always excited to discover a new favorite dish.
I truly enjoy helping children grow, learn, and build confidence as they discover the world around them. One of my greatest joys is creating a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I love celebrating their accomplishments, encouraging them through challenges, and watching them reach new milestones.
I’m excited for all the new experiences to come and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of children while growing alongside such a passionate team.

Jennifer Garcia
Hello, I’m Ms. Jennifer, and I’m excited to share a little about myself!
I am a proud native Houstonian and joined the Primrose family in August 2024. I have been happily married for 21 years, and I am blessed with five beautiful children. Family is incredibly important to me, and in my free time, I love working out and planning family vacations.
I have the pleasure of serving as the Toddler B Lead Teacher, and I truly enjoy creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for my students. You’ll often find me actively engaging with the children during Circle Time, small-group learning, and Harmony & Hearts. I believe establishing consistent routines and strong relationships helps children feel confident, secure, and ready to learn. My goal is to build a strong foundation that supports each child as they grow and continue on their Primrose journey.
I am so excited to work alongside our Primrose families and have the opportunity to watch your children learn, grow, and reach new milestones each day!

Noelia Pacheco
Hello, my name is Ms. Noel, and I would love to tell you a little more about myself!
A few things I enjoy outside of Primrose are baking sweet treats and making things from scratch. I also love meeting new people, so if you see me around the school, don’t be afraid to say hello!
I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work with children and be part of their early learning experiences. I am grateful for the opportunity to help my students learn and grow while building the skills that will help shape their future. I hope to provide them with the same type of warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment that I experienced from the moment I walked through the doors of Primrose.
To all of our Primrose families, thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your child’s life. It truly is a pleasure, and I look forward to creating memories with your little ones!
