That’s why each Primrose School is staffed with a chef who follows a balanced menu plan from our National Nutrition Expert to provide fresh meals and healthy snacks. It’s a vital feature of our Healthy Bodies Program, so you can rest assured that your little one is eating well throughout the day.

Breakfast
Oatmeal with diced apples
Whole grain oats are rich in immune-boosting minerals. Plus, they make for a hearty breakfast with crunchy diced apples.
A.M. Snack
Yogurt with fruit and milk
Everyone knows oranges are rich in vitamin c, minerals and fiber, but did you know that oranges are also full of anti-oxidants?
Lunch
Chicken soft tacos, seasoned black beans, pineapples and milk
Packed with protein, B-vitamins and soluble fiber, black beans are as nutritious as they are tasty with tacos.
P.M. Snack
Fresh vegetables with hummus
Steamed baby carrots offer a big dose of antioxidants like beta-carotene that help support eyesight and strengthen the immune system.
