Ms. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University and brings several years of early childhood experience, including serving as both a Lead Teacher and Program Lead at a similar school.

Amanda has a strong background in classroom leadership, curriculum implementation, staff coaching, and parent communication. In her previous role, she conducted classroom observations, supported teachers with constructive feedback, and helped maintain smooth daily operations; skills that align closely with Primrose’s commitment to high‑quality education and balanced learning.

As our Education Coach, Amanda will partner closely with teachers to support lesson planning, ensure fidelity to the Primrose curriculum, and help maintain a nurturing, consistent learning environment across all classrooms. She is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering professional growth, and creating a positive experience for children and families.

Ms. Bradi Johnson is a passionate early childhood educator with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Grand Valley State University. She specializes in infant care and currently leads our Infant 2 classroom, where she creates a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6–9 months. Bradi is certified in Infant CPR & First Aid and brings several years of experience supporting young learners in both school and childcare settings.

Ms. Kayla is a warm, nurturing, and dedicated early childhood professional who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. Her experience as a private nanny and as a Psychiatric Technician working with children and adolescents has provided her with a strong understanding of child development, positive behavior guidance, and creating supportive environments where children feel safe and valued.
Kayla enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families and believes in fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning through engaging experiences and compassionate care. She is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work, is CPR and First Aid certified, and is committed to supporting each child’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
