Our Preschool Classroom

Your 3-year-old is opening up their world, developing special friendships, learning new words and forming new ideas every day. Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Hi friends and families, my name is Genesis Quezada. I am 23 years old and I am currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at the University of Rutgers. I have been a Preschool teacher for about 3 years and have worked with the Primrose franchise for several years. I have recently relocated from Florida and am adjusting to the cold weather. I am the youngest of 2 children, even though I am the youngest, my mom has always treated us equally, which I have appreciated. She has encouraged me to be the person I am today. I love working with children and helping the, achieve their life goals/skills. I am excited to be working at Primrose School of West Orange and can’t wait to meet all the new families this upcoming year.

My name is Ms. Gen, and I grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey, where I attended Old Bridge High school. During my senior year, I started working at my first daycare, which led me into the field of early childhood education. I love working with children because they express themselves freely and are always learning and experiencing new things. I came into this field knowing how important it is for children to have advocate. As a child, I needed that kind of support but never had it, which motivates me even more as an adult. I strive to be what I once needed for kids – a mentor, a guide and a safe space. I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to 6 years old. I have also worked with children with special needs and am passionate about helping every child feel seen, supported and valued.

Our family would love to meet yours.
