Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield

As a newly single Dad, it was important for me to find a place where my toddler daughter would feel comfortable, be safe and, as an added bonus, develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually. I hit the jackpot when I found Primrose Deerfield. I felt the warmth and passion from the first phone call with the owner Jamie, and I knew from that moment this school was a special place. The staff are incredible, and my daughter is happy and thriving in ways that I never imagined. She loves going to school. She has made friends and has learned her numbers, ABCs, colors, days of the week and countless other things at an incredible pace. I also know when she is there, she is cherished, treasured, and protected. In fact, I trust the staff as if they were my own family. This is a scary time for everyone, and I am incredibly impressed with how the school has handled the challenges. They have gone above and beyond to implement strict protocols to ensure everyone is safe. As a new parent, I have truly found peace of mind with Primrose Deerfield; they have my heart!

This school is a dream come true! The owners are extremely involved and the staff love our children like their own. With Covid, Primrose has taken every possible precaution. They replaced their cleaning crew with one that specializes in medical facilities. They take temps at dropoff & throughout the day. They have teachers spray down shoes before coming in the building. They enforce masks for all teachers & no parents in the building. They even invested in a new specialized ion HVAC that kills viruses! They spray down the playground equipment y'all! I know this is the cleanest safest environment in the entire DFW area! I have amazing peace of mind knowing my children are here learning and growing. Best decision we ever made getting our kids in at this Primrose!

There is no one else I would entrust our kids to. Our daughter started at Primrose after we tried another daycare and the difference was immense. Her language skills, comprehension, vocabulary and even her confidence were through the roof. When she was ready to go to public school, I knew she was ready. Her teachers told us that not only was she reading way about her level, but that she was polite and kind as well. When we had our second baby, there was no question about where he would go. At 3 months I dropped him off, knowing he would be loved and cared for as if he was their own. 4 years later, I feel the same and am willing to drive 11 miles out of my way to drop him off because of his care. Thank you Primrose for years of amazing care. From staff to teachers, to the owners, it is obvious they put their heart and soul in all they do.

I genuinely feel like my daughter is learning something every second of every minute she’s here at Primrose.

My husband and I really try to have a culture of loving to learn at home, but since she started at Primrose, I feel like actually it’s our daughter that’s been bringing that energy into our house.

If I had to tell somebody why to choose Primrose, I would use the word perfection. You can’t get any better than this environment. There is such a trust level that they establish, the curriculum is very enriching, it’s very well-rounded, the teachers are very warm. So you feel like it’s a family environment.

I never thought I would feel this good about where I bring my children every day. I have a great peace of mind knowing that they’re in good hands and that they’re getting the best education they can.

Our daughters (5 and 19mo) started Primrose Plano at Deerfield Feb 2014 and it was the best decision we ever made. From the moment I walked in the door to view their facility I knew it was the place from them. The entire staff is welcoming and always there to answer questions or concerns. Our oldest will be starting Kindergarten in August and couldn't be more prepared. I am amazed everyday by the things she learns (Ms. Smith is amazing)! Our youngest started out not really talking, after only four months she has not only learned more words but also sign language (her teachers are beyond caring and the best). The facility is always clean and the kids love the menu items (a plus considering one child is very picky). I could go on and on about how much we as a family love Primrose Plano at Deerfield but I urge you to check them out, you will not be disappointed!
