I’ve called Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield home since 1997, which means I’ve spent 25+ years celebrating every milestone, giggle, and “aha!” moment with our kiddos. 🌱🎉

I grew up in Chicago, Illinois 🌆, and my Midwest roots keep my heart warm and welcoming. My mom inspires me every day, and my dad is my lifelong hero 💖🦸‍♂️. Watching children’s eyes light up as they master something new—especially those triumphant potty‑time victories—reminds me why I love this work. 💡✨

I earned my GED 🎓, and my favorite story to share is Charlotte’s Web 🐷🕸️—a timeless tale of friendship and courage. Outside the classroom, you’ll find me laughing with friends, soaking up good company, and recharging for another day of magic with your little ones. 🤗

My name is Ms. Casey, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey! I was born in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Plano when I was 14 years old. I love exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and expressing my creativity through art.

I’m currently attending college and working toward a degree in Journalism because I’m passionate about sharing meaningful stories and giving people a voice through fair, thoughtful reporting. I hope to one day work in news or humanitarian journalism, making a positive impact through honest storytelling. My values of professionalism, empathy, and kindness guide me both in and out of the classroom.

Creativity is one of my favorite ways to connect with children. I enjoy painting, drawing, crafting, wood-burning projects, and trying just about any artistic activity I can find. 🎨✨ I also love traveling, hiking, discovering great food, and spending time with my wonderful friends, who mean so much to me.

Although my childcare experience has come through babysitting, I’ve discovered that I truly enjoy spending time with children. Family is very important to me, and I love spending time with my family and friends. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking for my loved ones, and I especially enjoy spending time with my sister. In my free time, you’ll often find me reading a good book or staying active at the gym. 📚💪

I attended Grand Canyon University and am currently continuing my education in Surgical Technology. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
