LIMITED BUILDING ENTRY

Touchless drop off and pick up procedures outside the school.

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.

No one enters our building without passing a health check.

Only students, staff and essential vendors are permitted entry.

Our tours are either virtual or limited schedule on the weekends.

HEALTH CHECKS

Staff are required to self-screen including taking temperatures prior to reporting to work each day.

Parents/guardians are required to screen their students for symptoms each day prior to sending their student to school.

Mandatory temperature check of all staff and students upon check-in & entry via our Meridian Temperature Screening Kiosk.

Teachers trained on common signs of illness in children and visual reminders are placed throughout the school and in every classroom to keep symptoms of illness top of mind.

Healthy hygienic behavior is practiced - frequent hand washing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and in daily staff protocols.

Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly.

Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys.

Discontinued use of items, such as the sensory table, that are difficult to minimize the risk of spreading germs.

Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification.

Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access.
