Mrs. Dana Ajaj
Pre-Kindergarten 1 Lead Teacher

Mrs. Dana is a wonderful addition to our pre-kindergarten classroom, but she is certainly no stranger to teaching and nurturing young minds. With more than seven years of dedicated experience teaching pre-kindergarten, along with extensive experience working with children of all ages, Mrs. Dana brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education to our Primrose family.

Since joining our school, Mrs. Dana has already formed meaningful connections with many of our students and their families. Her warm personality, nurturing spirit, and dedication have made her a trusted and valued member of our community. She believes that when children feel safe, loved, supported, and valued, they are empowered to learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential.

Mrs. Dana is passionate about creating a classroom environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while being encouraged to explore, ask questions, discover new things, and develop a lifelong love of learning. One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching children gain confidence, master new skills, and experience the joy that comes with accomplishing something for the first time.

Her educational background includes Early Childhood Education, as well as a diploma in Technology and Security. Her years of experience have helped her develop a thoughtful and individualized approach to teaching, allowing her to recognize and celebrate each child’s unique personality, interests, strengths, and developmental journey.

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Dana enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her children. She speaks English, Arabic, and Spanish and enjoys celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Eid with her family.

We are so grateful to have Mrs. Dana as part of our Primrose family. Her kindness, experience, and heartfelt love for children are evident in everything she does. We are excited to see the lasting relationships she continues to build with our students and families and are proud to have her helping our children learn, grow, and thrive each day.
