Franchise Owner
Georgia Wiley
Georgia Wiley is the proud owner of The Primrose School of Haymarket. She and her husband are parents to three children — twin sons, Kalen and Breslin, and their daughter, Alexa.
Georgia earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Old Dominion University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Before pursuing her lifelong dream of owning her own business, she spent 16 years at United Parcel Service (UPS) in Operations and Engineering and 10 years at Hewlett-Packard as an Engineering Project Manager.
For years, the Wiley family faced challenges finding quality child care for their children. When Georgia began exploring the idea of opening a child care center, she knew exactly what she was looking for — and when she discovered Primrose Schools, she immediately recognized that it embodied the nurturing, high-quality early education experience she had always wanted for her own children.
Primrose offers a Balanced Learning Curriculum that blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance and academic excellence. Beyond academics, the program emphasizes social-emotional development, music, and physical growth, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for every child.
As the owner, Georgia is deeply involved in the daily operations and quality of the school’s programs. She is passionate about maintaining a safe, nurturing, and healthy environment for children, while also cultivating a supportive and inspiring workplace where educators can thrive in their passion for teaching young learners.
“I love coming to the school every day and watching the children learn and grow. Hearing their laughter, watching them take their first steps, listening to the stages of their language development, and seeing them blossom into confident young people ready to take on the world is truly rewarding.”
