Our After School Care

Our Explorer program is designed to nurture Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts® in children starting at five years old. Your child can relax, make friends, get homework help and continue to learn while having fun as they explore creative expression, sports, technology, drama, music, games and more.

Health & Safety

Their health & safety. Our top priority.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
  • Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

🌟 Meet Ms. Brandi 🌟

Ms. Brandi is originally from Joplin, Missouri, and brings a wealth of experience caring for and supporting children. As a mom of three boys and with over 20 years of experience in a school setting, she understands just how special each stage of a child’s growth can be. She is also continuing her college education in the health field.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Brandi loves spending time with her boys, watching anime, and enjoying her favorite Italian foods—especially lasagna, pasta, and pizza!🍕 Her favorite children’s books include If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and the Goosebumps series. The Primrose Friend she relates to most is Erwin®, because she values friendship.

This school year, Ms. Brandi is most excited about watching her students learn, grow, make new friends, and discover just how capable they are. She looks forward to creating a classroom filled with encouragement, meaningful relationships, and lots of wonderful memories! 💛📚✨
