Christina Barker
Christina Barker is the Pennsylvania Regional Director. Christina graduated Cum Laude from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary Education. She has over 25 years of experience in education teaching both elementary and preschool age children. Christina has been happily married to her husband, Adam, for 25 years and they have 3 children. Her oldest daughter, Caitlin, is senior in college and an intern at the Penn Vet Working Dog Center. Her son, Gavin, is a freshman in college and is an avid soccer player. Her youngest daughter, Paige, is a junior in high school and is looking forward to her senior year. When not at Primrose, Christina enjoys spending time with her rescued German Shepard – Gunner, her English Labrador – JJ and her Czech German Shepard – Tilly.
I am beyond excited to be a part of the leadership team at the Primrose School of Devon. I truly believe in the Primrose vision – “To deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for children.” The Primrose principles of service and proprietary Balanced Learning Curriculum along with passionate owners, leaders and teachers encourage children to develop curiosity, creativity, competence and compassion through a day of purposeful play and nurturing guidance.
I look forward to helping the Primrose School of Devon become a part of its surrounding communities.

Brittany Allison
I am thrilled to serve as the School Director of Primrose School of Devon. My journey with Primrose began as a passionate Pre-K teacher at the Primrose School of Exton, where I nurtured young learners and fostered a love for education. Over the past year, I transitioned into my leadership role, bringing my deep-rooted experience in early childhood education to guide our school community.
I studied Special Education and Early Childhood Education at Penn State University, gaining valuable experience across various facets of the education field. My experience extends to supporting children with special needs, particularly in behavioral and mental health, ensuring that every child receives the individualized care they deserve.
At Primrose, I am committed to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where children thrive. The Balanced Learning approach resonates deeply with my vision of developing the whole child—fostering curiosity, creativity, competence, and compassion through purposeful play and thoughtful guidance.
I am truly passionate about the work I do, and I feel privileged to be part of your child’s learning journey. I look forward to meeting your family and contributing to your child’s growth and development.

Francois Guillonneau
Hi, my name is Francois! I was born in France. My wife and I raised two children, one boy and one girl. They are now grown-ups. I graduated from high school and cooking school in France.
I then came to the USA in 1986. My favorite dish is Quiche Lorraine, I like to make mine with ham, cheese, and mushrooms, and I also like to make my own dough.
My favorite weekend activity is to go kayaking on a lake with my wife, and we sometimes take our dog with us. My favorite book is “The Little Prince” by Saint-Exupéry.

Ms. Erin
Hi, I’m Ms. Erin! I have over 15 years of experience working with children, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My favorite part of working with children is seeing their smiles and giggles each day. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my daughter, Willow. This school year, I’m excited to make new friends and help them learn and grow.

Ms. Sydney
Hi, I’m Ms. Sydney! I have been working with children in church, daycare, nannying, and school settings since 2017. My favorite thing about working with children is the ability to help them learn about their emotions and express them in a healthy way. In my personal time, I like to do my nails, play video games, attend church events, and spend time with my dad. This year, I am very excited to discover new experiences!

Ms. Alyssa
Hi, I’m Alyssa! I have 5 years of experience working with infants and toddlers, as well as a degree in Liberal Studies and Elementary Education from West Chester University. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them learn new things. Plus, their smiles and laughter! This school year, I’m most excited to get to know everyone and watch my little students grow!

Hi, I’m Ms. Selah! I have 4 years of childcare experience and my CDA certification. My favorite thing about working with children is being able to watch them grow and discover new things each day. In my personal time, I love to read. What I’m most excited about this year is getting to know my students, building strong relationships with them, and being a part of their learning journey!

Hi, I’m Ms. Lexi. I have childcare experience across many fields, from babysitting and nannying to serving as an Infant Care Specialist. I am also currently in school for Elementary Education. My favorite thing about working with children is developing close relationships and creating a positive and safe environment. In my personal time, I like to hang out with friends and watch movies. This school year, I’m excited to grow as a teacher and see the children grow and thrive!

Ms. SueEllen
Hello! My name is SueEllen, and I am so happy to welcome your family to Toddler 1! I have been working in childcare for over 25 years and it is a privilege to be part of your child’s early learning journey. One of my favorite parts of working with children is watching them discover new things each day. I love celebrating their accomplishments, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them build confidence as they develop new skills. My goal is for every child to feel a sense of belonging and know that they are valued just as they are. I believe that strong relationships with families are an important part of helping children feel secure, confident, and ready to learn. You know your child best, and I value your insights, questions, and communication. Outside the classroom, I love to spend time with my family, travel, scrapbook, crochet, and cook. My favorite part of working with children is watching them grow into their personalities and seeing their academic progress. In my personal time, I love spending time with my family and friends. Hi, I’m Ms. Morgan. I have worked over 10 years in childcare, and I have my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. My favorite thing about working with children are those light bulb moments when I see children progressing in their milestones! My favorite children’s book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? In my personal time, I love reading, going on trail walks, and cooking! I am very excited about meeting new families and friends!

Hi, I’m Ms. Chelby! I bring 9+ years of experience to this role, as well as an educational background in early childcare. My name is Cait Wooten, and I am so excited to get to know your child this year! I earned my English degree at Eastern University in 2020 and have spent three years working in childcare. One of my favorite aspects of working with children is watching them grow and learn—the moment when they finally grasp a topic they may have been struggling with is so special. I also love reading with and to my students. My all-time favorite kids’ books are Winnie the Pooh books (and Beatrix Potter!). In my free time I love reading and writing fantasy literature, spending time with my friends, and playing legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I can’t wait to see what this year holds for us here at Primrose!

Hello! My name is Miss Lianna and I am so excited to care for and teach your children. I am a junior at West Chester University, pursuing a career in Special Education. I’ve been working in childcare for two years, and my favorite part of this job is watching the children grow and learn every day. One of my all-time favorite children’s books is We’re Going on a Bear Hunt! My favorite holiday is Chinese New Year, which is a special time for my family as we celebrate together with traditions, food, and fun. At home, I have a sweet dog named Pepper and in my free time, I enjoy sitting on my deck and coloring, as well as going to the gym. Hi, I’m Ms. Hannah! I am a Support Teacher at Primrose School of Devon, and I previously taught Pre‑K here as well. I began my Primrose journey at the Exton location, and I hold my BSED in Education from Cabrini University. My favorite thing about working with children is how curious they are and how much joy they bring to each day. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, friends, and boyfriend. Hi, I’m Ms. Danielle! I have been working with children for twenty years. I have taught preschool all the way through fifth grade! I have a Bachelor’s degree from West Chester and a Master’s in Education from Widener University. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow throughout the school year. Hi, I’m Ms. Staci. I have spent 20 years in the classroom teaching preschool through third grade. I hold dual certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education in Pennsylvania and New York. Opening Spring of 2025, Primrose School of Devon will be the sixth Primrose school in Pennsylvania and will feature the exclusive Balanced Learning system for children ages six weeks to 5 years old. Developed by and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools, Balanced Learning blends teacher-directed and child-initiated activities with a special emphasis on character development in the schools. The goal of shaping young people who are prepared for success in learning and in life also filters into the Primrose Explorers after-school program for students up to age 12. Primrose Schools is The Leader in Early Education and Care, and we are committed to delivering the best possible experience when it comes to your child’s education.
