Our Early Preschool Classroom

Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more.

Their health & safety. Our top priority.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
  • Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

Early Preschool Teacher

My name is Cait Wooten, and I am so excited to get to know your child this year! I earned my English degree at Eastern University in 2020 and have spent three years working in childcare. One of my favorite aspects of working with children is watching them grow and learnthe moment when they finally grasp a topic they may have been struggling with is so special. I also love reading with and to my students. My all-time favorite kids’ books are Winnie the Pooh books (and Beatrix Potter!). In my free time I love reading and writing fantasy literature, spending time with my friends, and playing legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I can’t wait to see what this year holds for us here at Primrose!

Hello! My name is Miss Lianna and I am so excited to care for and teach your children. I am a junior at West Chester University, pursuing a career in Special Education. I’ve been working in childcare for two years, and my favorite part of this job is watching the children grow and learn every day. One of my all-time favorite children’s books is We’re Going on a Bear Hunt! My favorite holiday is Chinese New Year, which is a special time for my family as we celebrate together with traditions, food, and fun. At home, I have a sweet dog named Pepper and in my free time, I enjoy sitting on my deck and coloring, as well as going to the gym. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey this year.
