Our Transitional Kindergarten Classroom Teachers & Staff

Cassandra V.-H.
Hi! I’m Cassandra and I’ve always had a passion for teaching since I was a young girl. My Mother and Grandmother were both educators and I wanted to follow in their footsteps. So, I started my teaching career in 2002. Since then, I taught at two different preschools and I also volunteered at various Elementary Schools. I recently just came back to teaching in a school setting, because I took time off to stay home and bond with my new baby.
Education Background: De Anza College and SJSU, Fully Qualified Preschool Teacher
Favorite food: Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and Soul Food
Favorite weekend activity: Spending time with my husband and two children. We love to take family adventures together which consist of visiting parks, Disneyland, beaches, going to church, and traveling to visit family.
Favorite children’s book: Corduroy By Don Freeman, and any Eric Carle books.
Primrose character I most relate to: Billy because I love music! I love to sing and make up my own songs.
What I’m most excited about this school year: I am excited to use my teaching experience to help each student in my class grow and reach their developmental goals. I also want to instill a passion for learning in each student.

Ms. Shweta S.
My name is Shweta Supe, and I am a dedicated Transitional Kindergarten Teacher at the Primrose School of Cupertino, with four years of experience in early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Pravara Engineering College in India (2001), along with Montessori Teaching credentials, providing me with a strong foundation in child development and early learning practices.
I am passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environments that support young children’s social, emotional, and academic growth. I enjoy incorporating music, movement, and interactive activities into my lessons to make learning fun and meaningful. Outside the classroom, I stay active by playing badminton. My goal as an educator is to build trusting relationships with both students and their families, ensuring a positive and impactful educational experience.

Ms. Shazia A.
Hello! My Name is Shazia.
Teaching has been my passion since I was ten years old, and even after more than twenty-five years in education, that passion continues to thrive. I have been fortunate to work with respected institutions such as Challenger School, Innoventures Education in the UAE, and Rocketship Public Schools, where I focused on creating meaningful and lasting impacts in students’ lives.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics and have been a fully qualified preschool teacher for over 20 years.
As a Positive Discipline Classroom and Parent Educator, I am dedicated to nurturing self-confidence, mutual respect, and social-emotional development in every child. I strongly believe that authentic partnerships with parents are essential to student success, and I work closely with families to build healthy, respectful relationships that empower children to thrive.
It is truly a pleasure to be part of Primrose, whose philosophy aligns closely with my mission and values as an educator.
