Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Jada
Hi! My name is Jada and I have over six years of experience working in a professional childcare setting and a strong passion for early childhood education. My journey began in high school, where I interned at an in-school childcare center, and continued at Nashville State, where I studied Early Childhood Education. I love helping shape young minds and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive. One of my favorite children’s books is Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney, and my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, which reflects my love for family and togetherness. I especially enjoy gathering with extended family during the holidays to celebrate and make lasting memories. In my free time, I care for my three children, and we enjoy spending time outdoors together, whether at the park or on nature walks.

MacKenzie
Hi, I am MacKenzie! While this is my first school setting, caring for children has always been a part of my life. I have been babysitting for families in my neighborhood since I was young, and I have always loved building connections with children and being someone, they can laugh, learn, and grow with. I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, which has helped me develop a love for storytelling, communication, and creativity. One of my favorite things about working with children is making them laugh. There is nothing better than seeing a child’s smile, hearing their giggles, and helping create happy emmories that make each day special. When I am not at school, you can usually find me curled up with a good romance or young adult book. I cannot wait to get to know each child, fill our classroom with laughter, and create a year full of meaningful memories, new friendships, and exciting adventures together!
