Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Jada
Hi! My name is Jada and I have over six years of experience working in a professional childcare setting and a strong passion for early childhood education. My journey began in high school, where I interned at an in-school childcare center, and continued at Nashville State, where I studied Early Childhood Education. I love helping shape young minds and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive. One of my favorite children’s books is Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney, and my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, which reflects my love for family and togetherness. I especially enjoy gathering with extended family during the holidays to celebrate and make lasting memories. In my free time, I care for my three children, and we enjoy spending time outdoors together, whether at the park or on nature walks.

Margo
Hi! My name is Margo, and I am so excited to begin my journey with Primrose. I have spent most of my life babysitting, and I’m thrilled to bring that experience into a childcare setting. One of my favorite parts of working with children is sharing laughter—I love making up silly songs and seeing their joyful reactions. Those moments are truly the best!My favorite book to read with children is Put Me in the Zoo, and I especially love celebrating holidays together. Easter is my favorite time of year, as my church holds services throughout the entire week leading up to Easter morning, making it a very meaningful and special season for me.I also enjoy baking Greek bread and pastries with my mom, especially during Christmas and Easter. In my free time, you can usually find me outside, enjoying nature. And of course, coffee and homemade treats are my love language!

Taryn
Hi, I’m Taryn and I am so excited to grow my childcare experience! Before working here, I was babysitting for about 6 months. While babysitting, I realized I wanted to do more with childcare and that is what led me here! My favorite thing about working with children is that not only do I get to see them grow up and learn new things, but that there is no other love like a child’s love! Their hugs make my day. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, and one of my favorite traditions is going to Michigan every year. At home I have three cats, Evie, Luna, and Zoey. I also have one dog and her name is Mya. In my personal time, I like to do puzzles, shop, go for drives, and hangout with my grandparents!
