Franchise Owners
Cynthia Facemire and Rebecca Frizzell
We are honored to be the owners of this private preschool. Rebecca Frizzell and Cynthia Facemire purchased the school in the winter of 2015. Rebecca discovered Primrose Schools as a parent in the spring of 2012. Two years later, after learning more about the Primrose Balanced Learning Philosophy, she decided to pursue her first love…. working with children. Rebecca previously spent 10 years in the construction industry helping manage commercial building projects. Her experiences taught her to value teamwork and respect the knowledge and opinions of others as every role is important in constructing a safe and functional building. At Primrose, Rebecca combines her love for organizational management and teamwork with her passion for children. Cynthia’s background is in nutrition, healthcare education and management. She brings a business operations and education background combined with a love of children of all ages. Cynthia will continue her full time employment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She provides support for Rebecca and the Leadership team and is onsite whenever possible or for scheduled events.
