Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Jennifer Barron
Meet Ms. Jennifer Barron
Preschool Teacher | Primrose School of Breckinridge Park
Mentor Teacher for the Konrad Schools
Ms. Jennifer Barron brings warmth, patience, and joy to our Preschool classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2023, she has created a loving and engaging environment where our 2.5–3-year-olds can learn, grow, and build confidence every day. Jennifer is passionate about helping young children develop independence, communication skills, and positive friendships during these important early years.
Her classroom is filled with hands-on learning, imagination, music, and movement. Whether they are singing songs during circle time, exploring sensory activities, or practicing classroom routines together, Jennifer encourages her students to learn through play, curiosity, and meaningful connections. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and celebrated as they reach new milestones.
As a Mentor Teacher for the Konrad Schools, Jennifer also shares her knowledge and passion for early childhood education with fellow teachers, helping inspire growth throughout our school community.

Serving children ages 2.5 years-3 year | Joined in 2025
Ms. Jacqueline Barron brings kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication to our Preschool Pathways classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2025, she has created a caring and engaging environment where 24- to 36-month-olds can learn, grow, and flourish.
Passionate about early childhood education, Ms. Barron delights in the special moments that come with teaching, whether it’s a first word, a new friendship, or a giggle during circle time. Her classroom is a safe and welcoming place where toddlers are encouraged to explore, discover, and build confidence through hands-on learning and meaningful connections.
We are so proud to have Ms. Barron as part of our team. Her positive spirit and love for teaching make a lasting impact on our students and school community each day.
Nidhi Dahiya
Ms. Nidhi Dahiya – Venture Teacher
Primrose Team Member Since 2024
Ms. Nidhi Dahiya joined the Primrose School of Breckinridge Park family in 2024 and has spent the past two years building meaningful relationships with our youngest learners in the Primrose Wonder Program. Her experience with infants and young children has helped her develop a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of creating a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.
This year, Nidhi is excited to begin a new chapter in our Primrose Venture Program, where she will continue growing her teaching skills while working alongside one of our experienced Mentor Teachers. She is eager to learn, gain new classroom experience, and bring the same kindness, patience, and dedication she has shown in the Wonder Program to our older students.
We are excited to support Nidhi as she continues to grow as an educator and look forward to seeing all she brings to our Venture classrooms and students.
Swetha Chitrala

Serving Children Ages 3–4 Years
Ms. Swetha Chitrala is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who leads our Preschool 2 classroom with a passion for fostering a love of learning in every child. She creates a nurturing and engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for future success.
Swetha brings a thoughtful balance of structure and creativity to her classroom, helping children strengthen their social, emotional, language, and early academic skills through hands-on activities, purposeful play, and meaningful daily routines. Her calm, caring approach ensures that every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
We are honored to have Ms. Chitrala as part of our team. Her dedication, warmth, and commitment to early childhood education make a positive and lasting impact on our Preschool 2 students and their families every day.
Elsie Fajardo
Ms. Elsie Fajardo – Preschool Teacher
Primrose Team Member Since 2024
Ms. Elsie Fajardo has been part of the Primrose family for two years and is excited to begin a new chapter at Primrose School of Breckinridge Park. She brings valuable experience from her time with Primrose and a genuine passion for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment for young children.
As a member of our Preschool team, Elsie enjoys helping children build confidence, develop independence, and discover the joy of learning through hands-on experiences. She believes that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.
