Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Kirstin Jackson –Early Childhood Educator

Kirstin Jackson is a degreed Early Childhood Educator and our exceptional Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School. A valued member of the Primrose team since 2022, she also serves as a trusted Mentor for the Konrad Schools Ownership Group.
Kirstin’s greatest strengths lie in academic excellence and behavioral development. She is dedicated to preparing her students for lifelong success by fostering strong foundational skills, encouraging critical thinking, and promoting positive character development. Through structured instruction, consistency, and compassionate guidance, she creates a supportive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Her leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment to student growth make her an inspiring educator and a treasured member of the Primrose and Konrad Schools communities.

Madison Mayhue
Ms. Madison Mayhue – Teacher
Primrose Team Member Since 2023
Ms. Madison Mayhue is a dedicated and degreed teacher at Primrose School, bringing experience working with children across all age groups. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
Throughout her time in the classroom, Ms. Mayhue has built a strong foundation in supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development. Her experience across multiple age groups allows her to meet each child where they are and guide them with intention and care.
Ms. Mayhue is currently growing into a Kindergarten Lead role, where she is excited to continue developing her leadership skills while preparing students for their next academic steps. She is committed to partnering with families and fostering a love of learning in every child, making her a valued member of the Primrose team.
