Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Meet Ms. Jennifer Barron
Early Preschool Teacher | Primrose School of Breckinridge Park/Mentor Teacher for the Konrad Schools / Serving children ages 18–24 months | Joined in 2023
Ms. Jennifer Barron brings warmth, energy, and dedication to our Early Preschool classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2023, she has been a nurturing and dependable presence for our 18- to 24-month-old learners. Jennifer is passionate about supporting young children as they take their first steps toward independence and social development.
Her classroom is a place filled with curiosity, music, and joyful learning moments—from story time snuggles to singing and dancing through the daily routine. Jennifer believes in fostering a sense of security while encouraging exploration, helping toddlers grow through consistency, love, and play-based learning.
We are so grateful to have Ms. Barron as part of our team—her calm spirit and genuine love for children shine through every day.

Ms. Melissa Flores brings joy, patience, and a deep commitment to our Early Preschool classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2024, she has created a warm and engaging environment for our 18- to 24-month-old students to explore, grow, and thrive.
Melissa is passionate about early childhood education and finds special joy in the little milestones—whether it’s a new word, a confident step, or a shared laugh during circle time. Her classroom is a space where toddlers feel safe, loved, and encouraged to discover the world around them through hands-on learning and meaningful connections.
