Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Meet Ms. Jazmin! 🌸

Hi, I’m Jazmin! I’ve been working with children for five years and have my CCP, which allows me to work with children from infants through Pre-K. I’m passionate about working with children because every day gives me the opportunity to teach them something new. Seeing them learn, grow, and play brings me so much joy, and making them smile with silly songs is one of my favorite ways to start the day!

The children and families at Primrose School of Winfield are truly wonderful. I’m also grateful to work alongside such amazing and supportive co-workers and leadership team. I’m so happy to be part of the PrimWin family!

With 2.5 years of experience working with children and a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Teaching, and Learning Methodology, Ms. Zhyldyz brings a passion for education and early childhood development to PrimWin!

One of her greatest joys is watching children learn, grow, and reach exciting milestones at every stage of their development.

What does she love most about PrimWin? The warm, welcoming environment and incredible teamwork! She appreciates being part of a school where everyone is treated with kindness, supported, and made to feel like family.

Meet Ms. Carmen! 🌸

Hi! I am Carmen, and I am so excited to be at Primrose. Since I was younger, my mom would teach and take care of children, which made me want to work with them myself. I started working with children as soon as I graduated high school. I’ve been working with children for five years and have earned my CCP, which has prepared me to work with children throughout early childhood education.

One of my favorite parts of working with children is watching them learn, grow, and reach exciting new milestones. I love being able to celebrate their accomplishments and be a part of their journey along the way. I’m excited to continue creating special memories with our children at PrimWin! 💗

Meet Ms. Caroline!

Ms. Caroline brings four years of experience working with children, holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations. She believes working with children is the perfect recipe—50% humor and 50% love! She finds incredible joy in helping little learners navigate the world around them, discover new things, and grow into confident, curious individuals. For Ms. Caroline, being part of these precious early years is truly something special.

Ms. Caroline loves being part of the Primrose School of Winfield family because of the warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. She appreciates being surrounded by a team that genuinely cares for one another and works together to create a positive, nurturing experience for every child. She is grateful to be part of a school community where kindness, encouragement, and a shared love for children shine through each day!

Early Preschool Room

Early Preschool (24–36 Months) Our Early Preschool Program is designed for children who are ready to take the next exciting step toward independence. During this stage, children develop confidence as they strengthen communication skills, build friendships, and begin mastering important self-help skills in a nurturing, engaging environment. Using our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum, children participate in daily experiences that promote early literacy, math, science, art, music, and physical development through purposeful play and hands-on exploration. We also introduce empathy, kindness, and emotional awareness through our Harmony & Heart® Social-Emotional Learning curriculum, helping children learn to recognize emotions, solve problems, and build positive relationships. Our teachers partner closely with families to begin the potty-training journey, creating a consistent, encouraging approach between home and school that helps children gain confidence every step of the way. Little Hands, Big Discoveries!

Our little explorers went on a nature-inspired texture hunt, using their hands to discover the different textures of fall! From rough tree bark and bumpy pinecones to smooth leaves and delicate flower petals, every touch sparked curiosity and wonder. Through this hands-on sensory experience, our youngest learners practiced curiosity, one of the 4 C's of Primrose Balanced Learning®, while building descriptive vocabulary, strengthening fine motor skills, and developing an appreciation for the natural world. 🍎✨ Learning, voting, and counting in our Two's Early Preschool classroom! ✨🍌

Our young two's from our early preschool classroom explored a variety of fruits, shared their favorites, and cast their votes using their picture name cards. Together, they counted the results, compared quantities, and discovered that everyone can have different opinions—and that's okay! Through this hands-on activity, our friends practiced early math skills, communication, decision-making, and teamwork while having lots of fun. We are so proud of these little learners for thinking, counting, and sharing their ideas with confidence! ❤️📊🍇
