Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Ms. Diane V.
I’m Diane. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I’m a 20 year old, who loves travelling, going on walks with my dog, and eating out. I got to visit Puerto Rico twice, is a very cultural and tropical island. The vibes there were amazing, I also visited multiple times my parents home country, which is Mexico. One of my favorite plate is Tacos, although I do enjoy any plate of food. I recently a year ago started working with younger kids. My first job was at a gymnastic school, so I got to work with hands on. I taught groups of 3-4 year old kiddos, taught them to do basics like jumping, crawling, etc. From there I started enjoying working with little kids, I started exploring many other jobs like after school programs which led to my growth in my career. I’m a very open person, I will accept any tips. So feel free to let me know anything.
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Ms. Zahra S.
My name is Zahra. I was born in Iran and spent most of my life in Tehran. I first earned a diploma in Mathematics before studying Civil Engineering. However, my passion for human development and psychology led me to change fields, and in 2018 I completed my Master’s degree in General Psychology at Tehran Science and Research. Since then, I have worked as a psychologist in several schools, applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to support children and their families in achieving better developmental and educational outcomes. In 2021, I began my Ph.D. studies in General Psychology while continuing to work as both a lead teacher and counseling psychologist at schools and universities. I have also submitted two articles to psychological journals. I am delighted to now be collaborating with the Primrose team in California, a professional community dedicated to supporting infants and toddlers with updated protocols that foster growth in both developmental and educational skills.

Ms. Arianna
Hello! My name is Ms. Ariana, and I’m so excited to be joining the Primrose family!
I have about three years of experience working with children as both a nanny and a daycare teacher, caring for children from four months to 12 years old. I am currently pursuing a degree in Child Development. Working with children has strengthened my passion for early childhood education, and I love helping young learners grow, explore, and build confidence each day.
My favorite part of working with children is watching their unique personalities shine and seeing the joy on their faces when they discover something new. One of my favorite children’s books is Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed because it’s fun, engaging, and always brings smiles and laughter.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy baking sweet treats, coloring, and spending time with my family. One of my favorite traditions is having dinner at my parents’ house every Friday evening. My favorite holiday is Christmas, and I also celebrate Nowruz, a special holiday that is very meaningful to my family. At home, we speak English, Spanish, and Farsi, and I share my home with three dogs—Penny, Luna, and Bella—four cats—Lilo, Sage, Spoon, and Baby—and a bunny named Princess.
I look forward to getting to know each of our Primrose families and creating a warm, nurturing, and fun learning environment where every child feels loved, supported, and excited to learn!
