That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

Ms. Kennedy Davis
I have been working in childcare for 3½ years and have experience with all age groups, but I ultimately fell in love with working with infants. I graduated from Garfield Heights High School and also completed career school, earning my certification as a medical administrative specialist. In my free time, you’ll usually find me playing with my son, Mason. I also enjoy journaling and spending time outdoors. My favorite Primrose Friend is Benjamin the Bear because I love showing generosity and dressing for all kinds of weather. I can’t wait to get to know all of the families and build strong bonds with the children.

Ms. Jessica Bender
I have been teaching and caring for children ranging from infants to 5 years old since the spring of 2010. I began my career working with preschool-aged children, and over the years I gained valuable experience with younger age groups. Through that experience, I discovered how much I enjoy working with and caring for infants and young toddlers. My favorite part of working with young children is the special bond that develops between teacher and child, along with all the laughs, smiles, and hugs that come with it. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.
