Mrs. Kathy Rosso
Hello, my name is Kathy Rosso. My hometown is Corpus Christi, Texas. I have had over 19 years of childcare experience. My first job was at a drop in Child Care Center. Through this experience I made the decision to be a Child Care Professional. I was hired as the Assistant Director at Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch in March 20, 2006….a day I will always remember. In February of 2011 I was promoted to the Director of Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch. This is an exceptional school because of the strong team work that we experience together.

Mrs. Anna Perina
I’m Anna Perina. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. My family and I moved to San Antonio in August of 2016 and have made this city our permanent home. My husband and I have been married since the year 2000 and we have one daughter and two dogs. My hobbies include reading, spending time with my family and experiencing everything that San Antonio has to offer. Moving to San Antonio has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as a family and we absolutely love living here. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Mrs. Cecilia Ramirez
Hello, my name is Cecilia Ramirez. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas. I am married and I have 4 children (3 girls and 1 boy) and one grandson. I have been cooking for the children and staff at the Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch since October 8, 2014. In total, I have over 18 years experience working as a Kitchen manager. I look forward to cooking for your child and introducing the to new flavors and food. My personal favorite is Chicken Alfredo. My favorite children’s book is “Charlotte’s Web”. I love the friendship between the pig, Wilbur , and the spider, Charlotte. In my free time I enjoy reading up on new recipes and relaxing.

Mrs. Dibya Das
I’m Mrs. Das. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I am married and have one lovely daughter who is currently working on her Master’s degree. My husband is a senior IT consultant for the federal government. I have a bachelor’s degree in Education and Political Science. Before Primrose, I served as a Pre- K volunteer for many years. The staff and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. I am fortunate to be a part of the Primrose family and watching the children grow and learn everyday. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Mrs. Olga Longoria
Hello, my name is Olga Longoria. I was born and raised in the San Antonio area. Prior to coming to Primose School at Sonoma Ranch in the spring of 2010, I worked in the Floresville ISD for seven years. I worked as an assistant in the Pre-K and Kindergarten Classrooms. I can’t wait to learn about you and your family.

Mrs. Ariel Rios
I’m Mrs. Rios. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I have two awesome children!I love playing board games and collecting little mermaid items! Spending my day getting to know children and helping them grow and learn is my passion! I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Mrs. Elizabeth Muth
Hello, my name is Mrs. Elizabeth Muth. I am the assistant teacher in our Preschool 2 Classroom. I am married and have a daughter who is in her Junior year of high school. I enjoy working with the Preschool age children and watching them become more independent as the year progresses.

Ms. Angelic Talamantez
Hello, my name is Angelic Talamantez and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor High School. I have three years experience working with young children. My favorite thing about working with children is watching their minds work and seeing how creative they can be. My favorite children’s book is “The Rainbow Fish” by Marcus Pfister. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family and baking. What I am most excited about this year is being able to bond with my students and experiencing many fun activities with them.

Mrs. Bree Franco
Hello, my name is Mrs. Bree Franco. I am the lead teacher in our Pre-K 2 classroom. Before coming to Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch I was a Lead Teacher in a Preschool Classroom at Primrose in Ohio. I love working with the Pre-K curriculum and the students. It brings me smiles to see the student’s personalities grow throughout the year.

Ms. Diana Palacios
Hello my name is Diana Palacios. I have over 5 years professional teaching experience. I also have cared for children my whole life, as I am the oldest of my 4 sisters. Once I complete my degree in Child Psychology, I plan to specialize in play therapy. My favorite thing about working with children is watching these tiny humans achieve big milestones, as well as becoming the best versions of themselves. My favorite children’s book is “The Rainbow Fish”. It is my favorite because it teaches us about the importance of being kind and how to treat others the way we would like to be treated. In my personal time, I enjoy learning new things and I am always looking for new ways to grow personally and professionally. I also enjoy being with my family and friends. My favorite time of the year is Christmas time, because my entire family gets together. We play board games, go shopping and play soccer. One more thing … I LOVE spending time cuddling with my little nephew.

Mrs. Taylor Manriquez
Hello, my name is Mrs. Taylor Manriquez. I am the Lead Teacher in the Preschool 1 Classroom. I am married and have a daughter who is 1 1/2 years old. Teaching at Primrose the last few years has been a wonderful experience and I enjoy getting to see the imaginations of my three year olds.

Ms. Priscilla Balderas
Hello, my name is Ms. Balderas. My very first experience working with young children was when I was in middle school, caring for my baby cousins. When I was old enough to get a job, I knew I wanted to work with young children. I started teaching as a camp counselor at the Jewish Community Center. Later that year, I moved into a 4’s and 5’s classroom. I love working with young children and watching them grow into themselves. Just knowing I had an impact on their growth makes me smile. I also enjoy being apart of all the silly moments in the classroom. The connection I make with my students warms my heart. My favorite children’s book is “Where The Wild Things Are”. I love the style of art used in the book’s illustrations. In my free time I enjoy going ”thrifting”, going out to eat, local events and I am always trying some new hobby.

Mrs. Preethi Chinta
I have my degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. I have spent several years working with children at The San Antonio Christian Family Fellowship Church teaching children from ages 3-11. Children are precious and I enjoy being a part of their learning process. I especially enjoy doing crafts with the children and watching them create. My favorite children’s book is “Pete The Cat” because the author navigates through the story in such a creative and fun manner. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, shopping and reading gospel books.

Ms. Katherine Moreno
My name is Katherine Moreno. When I was a little girl, I would pretend to be a teacher to my stuffed animals. It is obvious that my dream since that time has been to become a teacher. I have been teaching for 29 years. I attained my Child Development Associate certification from San Antonio College in 2018. My favorite children’s book is “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”. I have loved this book since I was very young. Our Toddlers love to sit and hear about everything the caterpillar ate and how it turns into a beautiful butterfly. In my free time I love being with my family. I have two sons, which are 30 and 23, a three 3 year -old grandson.

Mrs. Shauna Stevens
Hello, my name is Shauna Stephens. I have over 8 years of experience working with young children as a nanny and a preschool teacher. My favorite thing about working with young children is their pure innocence. I also enjoy watching them learn new things and the joy it brings them. As far as my favorite children’s books, I love Dr. Seuss. I love the rhyming of the words and the illustrations. In my free time, I typically spend it with my family. We enjoy going on vacations together, cookouts, watching basketball and going to high school football games. On the weekends I am always surrounded by my family.

Ms. Janeth Gomez
I’m Ms. Gomez. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I have been married for the past 27 years, and together we have 2 kids, my daughter Janeth and son Felipe. I was born in Chiapas, Mexico and I have been living in San Antonio for 11 years! I consider myself a very positive person and love to see the bright side of everything. I also love all kinds of food and spending time with my family. I’m to I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Hello, my name is Amberlyn Talamantez. I am the Lead Teacher in our Afterschool/ Summer Camp program. I am 22 years old and I am originally from San Antonio. I am currently attending UTSA working on my degree in Marketing.

Mrs. Lucia Garza
Hello, my name is Ms. Lucia Garza. I have my degree in Electrical Engineering from Mexico. I love working with you children and helping them learn. I have over 3 years of experience working in the classroom with young children. My favorite book is ”The Little Prince” because I remember reading this book when I was a little girl. I am originally from Mexico city and speak Spanish fluently in addition to English. I especially enjoy celebrating Day of the Dead and Christmas. On Christmas Eve we travel to Mexico to have dinner with all of my family. I have two beagles, Figo, who is 16 years old and Camila, who is 10 years old. In my free time I enjoy being with my husband and our two children. My daughter is 14 years old and my son is 10 years old.

Ms. Shirley Rios
Hello, my name is Mrs. Shirely Rios. I am originally from Venezuela. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have my Masters degree in School Administration. I have 19 years of teaching experience in the Upper levels and 3 years in Early Childhood Education. While in Venezuela, I taught Biology. I enjoy caring for children with respect and affection. I also take account for their individual needs and encourage them to join in our classroom activities. My favorite part of teaching children is seeing how they enjoy learning new things, celebrating their achievements and seeing them shape their unique personalities. My favorite children’s book is “Charlotte’s Web”. My favorite holidays are Christmas and New Year’s. I especially enjoy celebrating Three King’s Day. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading and traveling. God is a very important part of my life. I also enjoy spending time with our little pet monkey named Pepita.

Ms. Angela Driver
Hello, my name is Ms. Angela Driver. My professional education has been in two different areas. I have my Child Development Associates Degree. I have over 15 years of experience working with Preschool and School age students. Earlier in my career I also worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant for over 15 years. My favorite thing about working with children is when they learn how to do something for the first time that they thought that they would not be able to do. I enjoy encouraging the children to use their imagination and seeing the results of their creation. My favorite children’s book is ”Where The Wild Things Are”. In my personal time I like to work on writing books, fishing, swimming, traveling. gardening, baking, eating popcorn while watching movies and going to concerts. I do enjoy music of all types. I also enjoy connecting with other women and helping to support them emotionally.

Mrs. Allysa Sullivan
Hello, my name is Mrs. Sullivan. I have 2 years of being a support teacher and 7 years working in children’s hospitals as a Certified Child Life Specialist. I have my B.S. from the University of Iowa in Child Life Studies with minors in Spanish, Psychology and Human Relations. My husband at I moved from Iowa to San Antonio in 2020. Now we have 2 little boys. One is almost 2 and a newborn. In my personal time I enjoy taking my toddler on adventures around town (different playgrounds, stores and Sea World), trying new restaurants, reading, yoga and spending time in the sunshine.

Ms. Amaya McDonald
Hello, My name is Amaya McDonald. I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor’s in elementary Education in December 2024. I have taught in a charter school, at a Montessori and I conducted my student teaching at the 1st and 4th grade levels. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them achieve milestones and come out of their shells. My favorite holiday is Valentine’s Day. My favorite children’s book is “Miss Nelson Is Missing”. In my personal time I like to go shopping, try new restaurants, play Roblox with my siblings, watch wrestling, cooking, playing on Nintendo Switch Mario Kart.

Hello, My name is Mrs. Amanda McMahan. I’ve have over 8 years of experience in the field of early education. I also have a certificate in American Sign Language. My favorite thing about working with children is listening to all of the stories the children make up and being able to experience their excitement with learning something new! A little bit about me – I am from the small town of Bruni, Texas. I have two beautiful girls and an amazing husband. We have one dog and his name is Milito. He is an Australian Shepard. My favorite holiday was Christmas, until my daughter was born on Halloween. Now this is my favorite holiday to celebrate. My favorite children’s book are “Happy Birthday Moon” and “Piggy and Elephant”. My favorite things to do with my family are camping, fishing and staying home watching new shows with my husband.

Ms. Rebecca Leven
Hello, my name is Ms. Rebecca Leven. I have over 25 years of teaching experience, with 22 years of those being with Primrose Schools. My favorite thing about working with children is teaching new concepts and watching them learn throughout the school year. My favorite traditions are baking Christmas cookies / bunuelos and gathering as a family for Easter. I have one dog and her name is Coco. In my free time I enjoy reading crafting, watching sports and spending time with my sister.

Ms. Lauriz Soto
Hello, my name is Ms. Lauriz Soto. I am currently working on my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. While I attended Brandeis High School, I was able to participate in a few internships as well as assisted with VBS. My favorite thing about working with children is getting to know them and seeing their unique personalities. My favorite family tradition is celebrating our family birthdays by waking up the birthday person. May dad will play the guitar and we all spend the morning together. I have a dog named Pepper. In my personal time I like to relax by watching movies with my family.

Ms. Alyssa Flores
Hello, my name is Ms. Alyssa Flores. I am 24 years old. I am excited to join the team at Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch. I recently moved to San Antonio in August of 2025 from Austin. I have over 7 years of experience working with young children ( Prior to moving to San Antonio, I taught at two Primrose Schools in Austin). My favorite children’s book is “The Little Red Hen”. My favorite holiday is Halloween. My favorite family tradition is camping every summer on the lake. In my personal time I like to watch movies with my friends, paint and go swimming.

Ms. Cadence Davis
Hello, my name is Ms. Cadence Davis. I want to tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Midland, Texas. Before moving to San Antonio, I taught at the Primrose School of Midland and tutored elementary aged students. I have 2 years of experience working with young children. I earned my Associates Degree from Midland College. I am currently attending UTSA and I am majoring in Public Health. I enjoy being involved and participating in student organizations on campus. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing all of their different personalities. My favorite book is “Substitute Creature” by Christ Gall. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. During Thanksgiving my family will do some kind of community service project together. In my personal time, I like to see new movies, build with legos and try new foods. I look forward to getting to know your family.

Mrs. Gloria Martinez
Hello, my name is Mrs. Gloria Martinez. I am originally from Eagle Pass, Texas ( yes, where the casino is located!). I have 2 grown daughters and 2 dogs. I have been teaching kindergarten for 24 years. In the past, I also taught at the 1st and 3rd grade level. I graduated from Sul Ross University with a B.A. in Education. My favorite thing about teaching young children is seeing that spark in their eyes when they “got it!” My favorite children’s book is Dr. Suess’ “Green Eggs and Ham”. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. We watch the parade on TV, eat turkey and watch the Dallas Cowboys. At Christmas time the family also enjoys celebrating the holiday with tamales. We also open Christmas presents in the morning and then take our annual trip to Disneyland. I speak English and Spanish fluently. In my personal time I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my daughters.

Mrs. Evelyn Zarazua - Valdes
Hello, my name is Evelyn Zarazua-Valdes. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. For the last 5 years I worked for the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout. I began my journey as a floater, then an Infant Teacher, then a Toddler Teacher. After 2 years I stepped into the role of Administrative Assistant. During those five years, I learned so much about early childhood education, leadership and building strong relationships with families and staff. I am excited to bring everything I learned to The Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch and continue to grow as a Curriculum Coach. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husband and our daughter, who also attends Primrose. There is no better education than the one she’s receiving here.

Mrs. Satarupa Dutta
Hello, my name is Mrs. Satarupa Dutta. My experience working with children has been as an assistant in a special needs program. I have been able to support students with a variety of different needs. This experience helped me to understand how every child learns in their own way. I believe children learn best in a positive, caring and encouraging environment. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and I’m currently working on my Masters degree in Sociology as well from UTSA. My favorite book is “The Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle. The book is colorful, fun and easy for children to understand. The story also helps children learn about numbers, days of the week and the life cycle of a butterfly. My favorite holidays are Holi and Christmas. Being from Bengali my family celebrates the biggest festival of Durga Puja. We also celebrate Rakshabandhan, Bhai Dooj and Janmashthami. I enjoy spending our Bengali New Year with family doing all our religious ceremonies. At home we have one dog and her name is Muffin. In my personal time I love to read journals, listen to music and cook.

Hello, my name is Lexie Kinsey. Prior to teaching at the Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch I had to opportunity to work with school age students in an after school program and an additional year teaching at a licensed childcare facility. I am currently pursing my degree in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development. One of my favorite children’s books is “Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse” by Kevin Henkes. My favorite holiday is Christmas. One of my favorite family traditions is baking together during the holidays and sharing homemade treats. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, reading crafting.

Monica and Terry Snow
Monica and Terry Snow opened the Primrose School at Sonoma Ranch on January 30, 2006. Both are committed to making their school the premier educational childcare facility in the area where children come to learn and grow. Monica brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, having taught for 5 years in a private preschool and serving as an Assistant Director for the Primrose School in West Allen, TX. She has a wonderful passion for children and early educational child care which that is reflected in how she leads the school. Monica earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Having served on the Board of Directors of a private preschool in the Dallas area, Terry began to realize his calling to provide a valuable service that gives back to the community. He left the corporate world and has embarked on a wonderful journey. In addition to his responsibilities as an owner, Terry is an active leader and a volunteer in various youth organizations in the Helotes area. Terry holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
