Director

My name is Robrina Howard and for over 20 years I have had a successful career working in the early education field right here in Las Vegas. Unlike other childcare providers here in the valley, Primrose Schools provide the most comprehensive and consistent approach to early childhood education I have seen. From our school’s thoughtful design, to ongoing training and implementation of Primrose’s proprietary Balanced Learning curriculum, Primrose has created a top-quality learning environment for young minds to grow and flourish. Blending purposeful play and nurturing guidance from our skilled teachers, and placing a great emphasis on character development and life skills, Primrose really stands out as the leader in early education and care.

The kind hearted community of people at Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante make me feel warm, comfortable, and part of a bigger family. I am excited for my partnership with the Maria’s and for the opportunity to forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children together with our owners, teachers, and families.

Family is very important to me – I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Jairus Howard. We are the proud parents of three children – Makana, Tahunui, and Jairina. I work tirelessly to make the families at my school feel like part of my family as well.

As your partner, leader, coach, mentor, and extended family member my actions will demonstrate support, motivation, goal setting, success, and teamwork to everyone I encounter.

The future is bright here at Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante and I am so proud to be part of it!

Education Coach
Hello! My name is Ms. Lynn. I’m a mom of four, two girls and two boys, and I’ve been married to my husband since 2015. I’m originally from Hawaii, I moved to Las Vegas in 2000 with my parents and siblings. I am a family-oriented person who loves being active – exercising, fit camps, hiking, and family BBQs at the park. I love cheerleading, and I coach cheerleaders for a rec competition program. My few hobbies are painting, dancing, crafting, and creating digital products.
I have worked in the early education industry since 2010. I started as a 2-year-old teacher and learned through mentors and courses the value of teaching in early education. I grew a passion for helping others and coaching teachers to become the best individuals to nurture and teach our future leaders (our children).
I am filled with excitement to be a part of the Primrose School Team at Aliante as your Education Coach. My role as your Ed. Coach is to empower, coach, and work hand in hand with our teachers to provide a nurturing and loving environment for your child/children.
Here at Primrose, we deliver our Balanced Learning Approach to every family at our school. Our curriculum has more to offer than the basic academic skills; art, math, science, writing, and language and literature. Our Balanced Learning Approach has integrated social, emotional, and motivational skills as well! My favorite part of our curriculum is the Primrose Friends. I can’t wait for your child/children to meet all 12 of our Primrose Friends. My favorite Primrose Friend is Harmony the duck. Harmony is a part of our Harmony & Heart music program. Your child/children will learn movement and rhythm skills with instruments and songs, and by chanting, imitating, and describing music. It’s a wonderfully fun part of what we get to do every day!
Again, I am thrilled to be apart of Primrose School Aliante and I can not wait to meet you all and be apart of your child/children’s education.

Kelly and Alan Maria

When we opened Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante in August 2024, it was the realization of a dream that had been years in the making. As parents and business owners, we have always believed that the earliest years of a child’s life are the most important. We wanted to create a school where children are inspired to learn, teachers are valued and supported, and families feel like they truly belong.

Our journey with Primrose Schools began with a simple vision—to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families through exceptional early education. After discovering the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach and seeing how it nurtures children’s academic, social, emotional, and character development, we knew we had found a mission that aligned with our own values.

We chose to open our first Primrose School in the growing Aliante community because we saw a need for a trusted, high-quality preschool where families could feel confident their children would be safe, loved, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential. As North Las Vegas continues to grow, we are proud to provide a school that serves as a place of learning, connection, and belonging for our community.

Every decision we make is guided by one question: “Is this what’s best for our children?” Whether we’re investing in our teachers, enhancing our classrooms, or building relationships with families, our goal is to create an environment where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to come to school each day.

Since opening our doors, we have had the privilege of watching hundreds of children grow in confidence, independence, kindness, and curiosity. Seeing those everyday moments—first friendships, first books read independently, first acts of compassion—reminds us why we chose this path.

Today, we are honored to also serve families through Primrose School of Green Valley. While each school has its own unique community, both share the same commitment to educational excellence, character development, and meaningful partnerships with families. We remain actively involved in our schools because we believe every family deserves a place where they are welcomed by name, every teacher deserves the resources and support to succeed, and every child deserves the very best start in life.

Thank you for considering Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante. We are grateful for the trust families place in us each day and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children develop a lifelong love of learning. We look forward to welcoming your family into our school community.

Our family would love to meet yours.
