Robrina Howard
My name is Robrina Howard and for over 20 years I have had a successful career working in the early education field right here in Las Vegas. Unlike other childcare providers here in the valley, Primrose Schools provide the most comprehensive and consistent approach to early childhood education I have seen. From our school’s thoughtful design, to ongoing training and implementation of Primrose’s proprietary Balanced Learning curriculum, Primrose has created a top-quality learning environment for young minds to grow and flourish. Blending purposeful play and nurturing guidance from our skilled teachers, and placing a great emphasis on character development and life skills, Primrose really stands out as the leader in early education and care.
The kind hearted community of people at Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante make me feel warm, comfortable, and part of a bigger family. I am excited for my partnership with the Maria’s and for the opportunity to forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children together with our owners, teachers, and families.
Family is very important to me – I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Jairus Howard. We are the proud parents of three children – Makana, Tahunui, and Jairina. I work tirelessly to make the families at my school feel like part of my family as well.
As your partner, leader, coach, mentor, and extended family member my actions will demonstrate support, motivation, goal setting, success, and teamwork to everyone I encounter.
The future is bright here at Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante and I am so proud to be part of it!

Franchise Owners
Kelly and Alan Maria
Hello! We’re the proud owners, Kelly and Alan Maria, of Primrose School of North Las Vegas at Aliante!
Our Primrose journey began in anticipation of Alan’s retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps. We were searching for opportunities that would allow us to put down roots and build a bright future for our children, while at the same time giving back to our community. In our time in the Marine Corps, we have been fortunate to not only live in, but become part of, many communities here in the U.S. and abroad. With experience ranging from managing a private school’s business office to working in marketing, event management, and development for multiple nonprofits nationwide, I have had a diverse professional career. Alan’s career has taken our family across the globe and back again, and now we are thrilled to use our experience and passion for the community to help children foster a lifelong love of learning here in Las Vegas.
Our personal philosophies center around giving back. We have found the most joy and personal fulfillment throughout Alan’s military career while volunteering with various organizations. It is through volunteerism that we have been fortunate enough to find community in all the places we’ve lived. When we’re not volunteering in our community, we love the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing, and discovering new and interesting things to do in our town.
We know just how much working families depend on their preschool of choice to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children to learn and grow. We, too, have searched for the perfect place where we feel a true connection to the people we choose to trust with our child, one that also exceeds our educational goals for our most treasured gift. At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families. We love Primrose and we know you will, too!
We are proud to offer the Primrose experience to families in Las Vegas and can’t wait to welcome you to Primrose School at Aliante.
