Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Kari
I’m Kari. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. With 36 years of child care and teaching experience under my belt and having spent a year studying at BYU-Idaho, my passion for nurturing young minds has only deepened. The most rewarding aspect of my career has always been witnessing the incredible journey of learning and growth that each child embarks upon. From the magic of “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” to the joyous spirit of Christmas, every day brings new opportunities to inspire and guide the next generation. Outside of work, my favorite family tradition is spending Christmas day together, surrounded by laughter and love. At home, English is the primary language spoken, and we share our space with Bowser, my loyal dog. During my personal time, I cherish watching movies with my husband, enjoy moments of relaxation and companionship.

Ms. Rosie
I’m Rosie. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. With 3.5 years of childcare experience in Mesa, Arizona, I have loved supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and discover their independence. I especially enjoy watching children express their creativity and seeing their personalities shine through each day. It is truly rewarding to be part of their early learning journey. One of my favorite children’s books is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, a story that always brings laughter and curiosity into the classroom. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and I love experiencing new traditions and activities throughout the season. I also enjoy traveling and trying new pho restaurants in every new state I visit—it’s become one of my favorite personal adventures. I speak both English and ASL, and at home I share life with my black cat named Batman. Outside of the classroom, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband—we love going to a bike trail together, where he rides and I relax with a good book.
