Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (already designed for you!).
Encourage children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and teammates.
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your teaching skills.

Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices related to early intervention, literacy education, and behavior management.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
Prior experience working with children in private school environments is advantageous.
Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering inclusive learning spaces that celebrate diversity.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Educators: Prior early childhood teaching experience preferred.
