Ms. Ali
Ms. Ali is our Director here at Primrose Ken Caryl. She provides support and guidance in all of our classrooms and helps in the successful implementation of our Primrose Balanced Learning Curriculum. She has over 15 years of Early Childhood Education experience. She became a teacher because she loves working with teachers.
In her free time, Ms. Ali enjoys hiking.

Ms. Sue
Get to know Ms. Sue…
I was born in Biloxi, MS at an Air Force hospital and lived in Memphis and Millington, Tennessee, Jacksonville, North Carolina, Great Lakes, Illinois, Deerfield, Illinois, Carbondale, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona. I have lived in Littleton, CO for the last 24 years.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale as well as 24 years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Noisy Nora by Rosemary Wells and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “Cars.”
When I was young I wanted to study and interview serial killers to write books about them.
I became a teacher to help develop the minds of young children and experience the joy of watching them become more independent socially and academically.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me cooking with my husband Matt and spending time with my boys, Luke and Tanner, attending sporting events and concerts and enjoying country music.

Ms. Maddie

I grew up in Littleton, CO.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my High School Diploma and my Primrose Training as well as 6 years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Miss Nelson is Missing by Harry Allard and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “The NeverEnding Story.”
When I was young I wanted to be a teacher.
I became a teacher to make an impact on someone’s life and help little minds grow.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me coloring and hanging out with my family and my dog.

Ms. Cynthia
Ms. Cynthia is our Marketing & Special Events Manager. She has her BA in Business Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. She is active within the Ken Caryl community and plans/attends all events Primrose School of Ken Caryl hosts. She is in and out of the school taking pictures to post to Facebook or out in the community creating relationships with other small businesses in the area.
Ms. Cynthia is a Colorado Native. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her pets, exploring the beautiful Colorado landscape. She also enjoys participating in intermural sports, cooking, reading and running.

Ms. Mallory

I grew up in Pueblo, CO.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my Level 2 ECE Professional Credential, including Expanding Quality in Infant + Toddler Care and Primrose Trainings, as well as 18 years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Where The Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak and my Favorite Children’s Movie is the “Brave.”
When I was young I wanted to be just like my mom. She was my role model
I became a teacher to be part of raising the next generation and give children a chance to grow and succeed starting from infancy.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me spending time outdoors and enjoying movies with my family.

Ms. Michele

I grew up in Littleton, CO.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my Level 2 ECE Professional Credential and my Primrose Training, as well as — years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Books are the Llama Llama series by Anna Dewdney and my Favorite Children’s Movies is “Inside Out.”
When I was young I wanted to be a lawyer.
I became a teacher to build relationships with families and provide care for Infants in an environment where they can learn and flourish.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me on a paddle board in the middle of a lake.
Ms. Yatziris

I was born in Germany and grew up in Littleton, CO.

My Favorite Children’s Book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “Finding Nemo.”
When I was young I wanted to be a soldier in the Army.
I became a teacher to help children grow and learn as well as be a motivate them in their development.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me hanging out with my son, Donovan, crafting or coloring.

My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my high school diploma from Astravo Academy along with my Level 2 ECPC Credential and my Primrose Training, as well as two years experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Fancy Nancy by Jane O’Connor.
When I was young I wanted to be a make-up artist.
I became a teacher to create a fun, encouraging and caring space for children.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me outdoors with my friends and family.

I became a teacher because I have a passion for teaching and helping others. I chose Primrose because I enjoy the cirriculum based learning and community of enthusiasticly driven teachers.
I enjoy reading, hula hoops, and playing instruments.

When I was young I wanted to be an anesthesiologist.
I became a teacher to help mold the minds of the future and enjoy all the laughs they bring.

My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my High School Diploma, Pyramid Plus Approach and Primrose as well as more than five years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Peanut Butter Rhino by Vincent Andriani and my Favorite Children’s is “Up.”
When I was young I wanted to be an actor.
I became a teacher to help my young friends learn new skills.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me shopping, hiking, painting or watching my brothers play baseball!

My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my High School Diploma and my Primrose Training as well as one year of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch and my Favorite Children’s Movies are the “Ice Age” Series.
When I was young I wanted to be an actor.
I became a teacher to gain experience with children while I pursue my goal of become a Children’s Art Therapist.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me relaxing in bed watching TV!

Ms. Whitney

I grew up in Highlands Ranch, CO.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my High School Diploma and my Level 2 ECE Credential, including Expanding Quality in Infant + Toddler Care, Pyramid Plus Approach and Primrose Training, as well as 9 years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “Up.”
When I was young I wanted to be a tattoo artist or a teacher.
I became a teacher to help children grow their minds and to be part of a support system for young kiddos and families.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me playing video games, vacation with my family in Texas or completing online classwork.

My Favorite Children’s Book is The Lorax by Dr. Seuss and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “The Little Mermaid.”
When I was young I wanted to be an astronaut.
I became a teacher to make a positive impact on the children that I work with.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me at home with my dog.

Ms. Diann

I grew up in Fairfax, MO.
My Early Childhood Education background includes my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood + Elementary Education and my Primrose Trainings, as well as over 20 years experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Stand Tall Molly Lou Melon by Patty Lovell and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “Mary Poppins.”
When I was young I wanted to be a nurse.
I became a teacher to help children grow in all aspect of milestones + life skills.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me with my family or working on photography.

Mr. Ray

I grew up in Colorado.
My Early Childhood Education background includes earning my High School Diploma and Level 2 ECE Credential as well as 3 years of experience working with children.
My Favorite Children’s Book is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss and my Favorite Children’s Movie is “Coraline.”
When I was young I wanted to be a judge.
I became a teacher to help grow the minds of young children. It means so much to me to see a child be able to complete a task on their own.
When I am not at Primrose, you can find me with my family taking walks and spending time with my fiancé, our daughter and nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lorenzo
Get to Know Ms. Megan…
I became a teacher because it is something I have wanted to do since I was a child. I love teaching kids and seeing how much they grow. I love the way each day is packed with different teaching tools. I have noticed how the children are always learning throughout the day.
I enjoy watching sports with my fiance, and coloring books. One of my favorite things to do is shop on the weekends!

Ms. Cindy

I became a teacher because I enjoy watching kids learn and grow. I chose Primrose because of the atmosphere behind they represent.
Outside of work I help find rescue dogs find homes from California across the country. I like to work out, read books, and spend time with my ferrets and dogs!

Ms. Morgan
Mr. Jordan is our School Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager. He has over 4 years of cooking experience. Mr. Jordan chose to join our team here at Primrose because he loves to see the children’s smiling faces throughout the day and is happy that he can bring them joy through food.
When he is not at work Mr. Jordan loves spending time with his family, watching movies and playing basketball.

Ms. Megan

I became a teacher because I love kids and love to watch them learn and grow.
I enjoy hiking, riding horses, sewing and cooking when I am not at work!

Franchise Owners
Stacey Alexander, Heather Haugen, + Jeneane Grimes
Mr. Stacey Alexander is the proud father of three young boys and an experienced business owner. His twin boys, Lance and Emmett are 18 and his youngest Nick is 15. Mr. Alexander’s boys attended Primrose for over three years. Stacey grew up in Colorado. He lives with his wife Valerie, loves camping and boating and being a father is his greatest accomplishment.
Dr. Heather Haugen is a mother, entrepreneur, and educator. She currently serves as the CEO of an organization that creates education solutions in healthcare. Dr. Haugen has a passion for teaching and learning. She is married to Tom Haugen and they have two children, Alexandra, 16, and Audrey, 13. Heather is a Colorado native, an avid runner, and published writer. Together this brother-sister team is excited and privileged to work with the quality staff at Primrose of Ken Caryl and is solely devoted to the day-to-day nurturing to the children that attend this school.
Jeneane began her career in Early Childhood Education over 20 years ago. She began her college career to pursue Elementary Education and quickly changed to ECE when she started her family so that it would allow her to spend more time with her children. After teaching for several years she realized that she wanted to stay in ECE because it was her natural passion. She returned to college to obtain her Director’s license and has worked in preschool administration since 2006. She began working with Primrose in 2018 as a Director here at Ken Caryl and, after a few years away, returned in 2023 and officially became partners with Stacey in 2024. She resides in Conifer with her husband, Paul, and enjoys spending time with her grown children, Ayden, 28 and Jax, 28. She also looks forward to becoming a Grandmother this summer!
