Mrs. Stauffer
Mrs. Stauffer
Vice President of Operations

Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Cameron
Mrs. Cameron
Regional Director

Hi, I’m Ms. Cameron and I am a Regional Director at Primrose. I’m excited to be part of the Primrose community and to support the children, families, and educators who make each school such a special place to learn and grow.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including 18 years as a school leader.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Counseling, and I am deeply passionate about early learning and the lasting impact it has on children’s lives.  I truly believe that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong success, and I feel honored to play a role in shaping those experiences.  Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong school cultures, supporting educators, and partnering with families to ensure children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.  I lead with a collaborative, supportive approach and believe the best outcomes happen when we work together.

I am originally from New York and moved to Ohio in 2005.  I am married to my husband, Ryan, and I have 3 sons, all grown now, as they like to remind me, along with 3 goldendoodle fur babies.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, shopping, traveling and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.  I’m proud to be part of Primrose, and look forward to continuing to support our schools as we maintain the high standards and exceptional care that Primrose is known for.

I’ve been working in the child care field since 2008, working mainly with infants. I received my Associate of Arts Degree in IT in 2014, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering. The Primrose character I most relate to is Benjamin. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, doing crafts and spending time with my family. I also love traveling to visit our families in Michigan and Virginia.

I’m Ms. Veppert and I was a Pre-Kindergarten teacher here at Primrose for over ten years before becoming the Assistant Director.  I’m originally from Rootstown, Ohio where I lived until moving to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University.  After graduating in 2012 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I began working at the Primrose School of Johnstown Road and have been here ever since!  I love teaching and it’s really become my passion.  My favorite part is getting to know the families-even teaching multiple kids from each family!  I know that going to work each day, I’ll never have a dull moment! In my spare time, I love reading, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

I moved from Arizona to Ohio after I got married in September 2019. I was an elementary teacher in Arizona and really missing being in a classroom, so when I heard about Primrose, I jumped at the chance! It was a big leap from 5th grade to Pre-K, but I have loved every minute of it. These kids show so much love, it brings me back every year. When I’m not hanging out with my Pre-K kids, I enjoy playing with my 2 dogs, Flash and Walle. I also enjoy photography, cooking, and traveling back to Arizona to visit family!
