Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Sizemore
I am a mom of three kids! I love 90’s grunge and country music. I love to read fantasy books and play animal crossing! I love the brutal honesty of kids and their sweet ability to love! I enjoy being outside with my kids swinging in the breeze! My favorite season has to be the summer! I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!

Ms. Salyers
I graduated high school from Amanda Clear Creek and Eastland Career Center. I would love to continue my education at Columbus State as an Early Childhood Education major with a focus in Special Education. In my free time, I enjoy attending conventions, playing video games, hiking and taking photographs. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the families and students here at Primrose. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Teacher Andi
My history in childcare is extensive. I began babysitting at 13, worked for many years in the NICU at Children’s, and I’m raising two kids of my own. I graduated from Pickerington North in 2007. I like working with kids because I get to see them grow and learn as individuals at their own pace. At home, I love spending time with my family, cooking, making music, and cuddling with my kitties. Over the next year, I look forward to providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for all of your little ones.

Ms. Saylor
I moved to Columbus in 2015 from Bowling Green. I have a dog named Aspen. I love what I do, and I am so excited to be working at Primrose! I come from a large family so working with children is basically in my blood! I am so excited to learn and grow with Primrose and your children!
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Ms. Wagner
I love working with our littlest learners and getting to spend my days giving lots of smiles, snuggles, and love to our sweet babies. There’s nothing better than watching them learn something new or seeing their little personalities start to shine! Outside of Primrose, I absolutely LOVE animals and could probably talk about them all day!

Ms. Johnson
I helped care for my younger brother, which gave me valuable experience and taught me responsibility at a young age. I previously worked for another Primrose location for nine months where I l gained experience working in a professional childcare setting! I graduated from high school in 2025 and technical school with a diploma in Criminal Justice. I truly enjoy watching children learn, grow, and build confidence in who they are! Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and traveling with my boyfriend.
