Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Ms. Salyers
I graduated high school from Amanda Clear Creek and Eastland Career Center. I would love to continue my education at Columbus State as an Early Childhood Education major with a focus in Special Education. In my free time, I enjoy attending conventions, playing video games, hiking and taking photographs. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the families and students here at Primrose. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Mrs. Reno
I’m Mrs. Reno and I am an infant teacher here at Primrose. I have worked in childcare for over 28 years now with children of all ages. My passion outside of work is music and singing. I am a member of my church choir, a female barbershop chorus, and a barbershop quartet. I also love to hang out with my group of friends. I enjoy reading, kayaking, and hiking when the weather is nice.

Ms. Shonk
I’m new to teaching in a preschool, but I already love it here. I have four years of babysitting experience, and I’ve discovered that the infant classroom is where I feel most fulfilled. I enjoy working with all age groups, but caring for our tiniest learners brings me so much joy. When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family and friends.

Mrs. Sizemore
I am a mom of three kids! I love 90’s grunge and country music. I love to read fantasy books and play animal crossing! I love the brutal honesty of kids and their sweet ability to love! I enjoy being outside with my kids swinging in the breeze! My favorite season has to be the summer! I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!
