Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Mrs. Eggleston
I was born in Queens, NY, and was raised in Richmond, VA. I now live in Columbus, Ohio with my husband and our two daughters. I’ve been working in the child care field since 2008, working mainly with infants. I received my Associate of Arts Degree in IT in 2014, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering. The Primrose character I most relate to is Benjamin. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, doing crafts and spending time with my family. I also love traveling to visit our families in Michigan and Virginia.

Ms. Blevins
I have five years of experience working as a nanny and am currently in school working toward my degree in Social Work. One of my favorite things about working with children is getting to watch their progress each day, whether it’s learning a new word, trying something independently, or even helping clean up! I relate most to Ally the Bunny because I love being helpful, caring, and encouraging others, and I Spy is one of my favorite books to enjoy with little learners. I’m most excited for a year full of learning new things, growing alongside the children, and making lots of fun Primrose memories together!

Ms. Grosse
I am an Older Infant Teacher here at Primrose! I love the Older Infant room because we get to help them strengthen their crawling and walking skills, teach them new words, and introduce new foods! Along with that, I have been able to create a great relationship with my amazing co-teacher! Outside of work, you will find me doing my nails, going shopping/thrifting, spending time with friends and family, doing photography for my business MGLife Photos and visiting new towns/areas. One of my goals in life is to visit Greece or Switzerland! I can’t wait for the new to meeting new families and watch our little ones grow!

Ms. Baldwin
I have two siblings, ages 12 and 6, and I have been babysitting off and on since I was 12. I enjoy taking my younger brother outside a lot, and we both enjoy the outdoors. It doesn’t matter how much sleep I’ve gotten the night before — I run on caffeine! I go hiking every other weekend with my best friend or boyfriend. I love to travel and have been to eight different states. My favorite thing about being around children is seeing them smile and hearing them laugh!

Ms. Lumbi
Hi, I’m currently studying at The Ohio State University and have four years of babysitting and childcare experience. My favorite part of working with children is seeing their curiosity come to life as they explore, ask questions, and discover something new! I definitely relate to Og the Bookworm because I love getting lost in a good book, and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is one of my favorites to share with little learners. When I’m not at Primrose, you can usually find me with a good book, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a cozy day at home. I’m so excited to learn, laugh, and make special memories with our Primrose friends!
