This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Denise Goines

Mrs. Denise has been a valued member of our team since February 2018. She began her career with us as an Assistant Teacher in the Infant Classroom and has since grown into the role of Lead Teacher. Mrs. Denise also brings valuable experience from previously owning and operating an in-home childcare program.

With a warm and nurturing approach, Mrs. Denise excels at supporting infants as they learn and grow, while building strong, trusting relationships with their families. Her educational background includes a high school diploma, one year of college coursework in accounting, two years of early childhood education, and training in computer networking.

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Denise enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren—a joy that mirrors her passion for working with young children each day.

Ms. Miriam rejoined our Primrose team in May 2018 after moving back to Chattanooga, and we’re so glad to have her back! As the afternoon teacher in our young infant classroom, she brings warmth, energy, and a deep dedication to each child’s development.

Ms. Miriam loves watching her little learners grow every day—whether they’re meeting new milestones, exploring during tummy time, or discovering the joy of books and play. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does.

Infant Teacher

Ms. Preeti Yadav is the Lead Teacher in the Infant Classroom. She has a true passion for working with babies and enjoys watching them grow as they reach new milestones. With over three years of experience working with children, each day brings new and rewarding moments.

Ms. Preeti holds a master’s degree in Physics and enjoys sharing her knowledge with older children as well. She brings five years of experience as a tutor and previously worked in a school in India for several months.

Working with children has always been Ms. Preeti’s passion, and she is grateful to continue growing in the field of early childhood education.

 

Abby Martinez

Ms. Abby has experience in caregiving and early childhood education and enjoys supporting children as they learn and grow. She is excited to be a part of your child’s classroom and looks forward to building meaningful connections with both children and families. In addition to her role with us, Ms. Abby is continuing her education to become a flight paramedic.

 

Isabella Gamble

Infant Teacher

Ms. Isabella is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and has always had a passion for working with children. She has three years of professional childcare experience and also helps care for her many siblings.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and doing crafts. She also loves all things dogs, gummy bears, and Dr. Pepper.
