Ms. April grew up in the cow-tipping country of Western MA. She made Southern NH her home back in 2016. April has been working in the education field for 11 years and obtained her Master’s in Elementary Education in 2019. What she loves most is watching infants hit milestones and continue to grow and learn with each classroom. When she is not at Primrose she is spending her days with her daughter. They are most likely shopping or as Persephone calls it, “shopping cart.” When she is child-free she enjoys reading or crafting.

Ms. Rachel is thrilled to serve as the Education Coach at Primrose School of Exeter. She is passionate about supporting teachers, fostering meaningful learning experiences, and helping every child reach their full potential through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction.

Rachel earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Brandeis University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She holds professional teaching licenses in both Massachusetts and Florida and has extensive experience teaching in elementary classrooms, with a strong focus on early literacy, mathematics, social-emotional learning, and differentiated instruction.

Throughout her career, Rachel has mentored new teachers, led curriculum initiatives, and provided instructional coaching in evidence-based reading, writing, and phonemic awareness programs. She is dedicated to helping educators grow in their practice while creating classrooms where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn.

Before becoming a classroom teacher, Rachel spent several years at the Museum of Science in Boston, where she developed hands-on educational experiences, trained volunteers, and inspired children and families through interactive science learning.

As Education Coach, Rachel partners closely with our teaching teams to ensure the highest quality learning experiences for every child. She enjoys collaborating with teachers, celebrating children’s growth, and building strong relationships with the families in our Primrose community.

Ms. Maeve is proud to serve as the Assistant Director at Primrose School of Exeter, where she is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children, families, and teachers. She believes that strong relationships, open communication, and teamwork are the foundation of a successful school community.

Before joining Primrose, Ms. Maeve worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with autism through individualized, evidence-based practices that fostered growth, confidence, and independence. She also gained valuable experience working in early childhood education, where she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of creating positive, engaging learning environments for young children.

Throughout her career, Ms. Maeve has held leadership roles focused on coaching teams, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her calm, compassionate approach, combined with her strong organizational skills, allows her to effectively support both staff and families.

Ms. Maeve is certified in CPR and First Aid and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to connect with and support children and families in meaningful ways. She is dedicated to helping every child feel valued, celebrated, and excited to learn each day while supporting teachers in providing the highest quality early education.

Ms. Lisa was born and raised in Queens, New York, and is a proud mom to a 10-year-old boy. She brings a wide range of experience to her role, having worked as a nanny, in daycares, as a school bus driver, and even as a clown for children’s birthday parties!

Her favorite part of working with children is watching them process new things and learn along the way. She finds it rewarding to be part of those “lightbulb moments.”

Ms. Tristian is an Infant Teacher with more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has worked with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, creating nurturing, engaging environments that support each child’s growth and development. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of New Hampshire.

Ms. Tristian is passionate about helping young children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. She enjoys partnering with families to provide a safe, caring foundation where infants can thrive during their earliest years of development.

Ella Vose is a warm, nurturing infant teacher who brings a calm and caring presence to her classroom. She is passionate about supporting infants during their earliest stages of growth and development, creating a safe, comforting environment where each child feels secure, supported, and loved.

Ella brings extensive hands-on childcare experience as a professional nanny and caregiver throughout New Hampshire. Most recently, she has worked with Jovie Boston–New Hampshire/Massachusetts as a nanny and backup caregiver, supporting families with young children in their daily routines and developmental needs.

Prior to that, Ella spent several years working closely with families in Northwood, Auburn, and surrounding communities. Her experience includes caring for children from infancy through school age, supporting responsibilities such as meal preparation, daily routines, transportation to activities, household organization, and educational support. She also has experience caring for children with additional needs, always approaching her work with patience, creativity, and compassion.

Ella is known for building strong, trusting relationships with children and families. She enjoys creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, early learning, and joyful exploration.

Lilyanna recently graduated from high school and is excited to begin her professional journey in early childhood education as part of our infant team. She previously worked as an afternoon float, where she supported classrooms of different ages and gained hands-on experience in daily routines, classroom care, and helping children transition smoothly throughout the day.

Lilyanna brings a natural ease with children, shaped in part by growing up in a large family with many siblings. This background has helped her develop patience, attentiveness, and a comfortable, confident approach when working with young children in group settings.

She is enthusiastic about building her skills in the infant classroom and enjoys creating a calm, engaging environment where children feel safe and cared for. Lilyanna is eager to continue learning from her team while supporting infants through their earliest milestones with warmth and consistency.

Ms. Jessica is originally from Colombia and holds a degree in Business Administration. When she moved to the United States, she began working as a nanny for a family, where she discovered her passion for nurturing and teaching infants. Jessica loves working with children because every day is unique and offers the rewarding experience of watching them grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. She also appreciates the fun and unpredictable moments that come with working with young children.

Ms. Mary brings several years of experience supporting children and young adults with diverse learning and developmental needs. Her background includes working as a para-educator, where she helped students build independence, life skills, and confidence, as well as serving as a brain injury support professional, providing compassionate, individualized care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Known for her patience, reliability, and positive attitude, Ms. Mary enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and creating an environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. She believes in the importance of kindness, teamwork, and helping children develop confidence through everyday learning experiences.

Ms. Heidi was born on an Air Force base in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She brings valuable experience working with toddlers and has taken childcare courses to further her education and deepen her understanding of early childhood development. What Ms. Heidi loves most about working with children is watching them grow and develop their own unique personalities.

Kachiri Eaton is a dedicated Toddler Teacher with several years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children. She holds her Infant & Toddler Certification and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and explore the world around them.

When she’s not in the classroom, Kachiri enjoys spending time with her two sons, Beau and Oliver. As both an educator and a mom, she values building strong relationships with children and families and helping every child reach important developmental milestones with confidence.

Bubbly and personable, Ms. Taylor is a wonderful addition to our Primrose Infant Team. Hailing from a diverse Italian, Welsh, and French-Canadian background, she brings a cheerful and warm energy to the classroom. Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
Her passion for early childhood education blossomed while working in a preschool classroom before joining Primrose. Ms. Carrie was born and raised in the coastal town of Salisbury, Massachusetts. As a proud and devoted mother to six boys, she brings a deep understanding of family life and childhood development to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Families and Children. Before joining our team, Ms. Carrie worked as a dedicated nanny, where she discovered her passion for nurturing and supporting young children. Her favorite part about working in early childhood education is witnessing the genuine innocence, sweetness, and curiosity that children bring each day. She finds it especially rewarding to earn their trust and affection, building meaningful bonds that support their growth. Samantha Milburn is a warm, dedicated, and compassionate early childhood educator in our Early Preschool Program. As a two-year-old teacher, she creates a nurturing and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.

Sammi brings over five years of experience working with children from infancy through age five, with a strong focus on toddler development. She is especially skilled in supporting children through important milestones such as potty training, developing independence, and building early social-emotional skills. Her classroom reflects her thoughtful approach, blending structure with play-based learning to create an environment where every child can thrive.

Throughout her career at centers including KinderCare and the Plaistow Community YMCA, Sammi has developed and implemented developmentally appropriate lesson plans, used positive guidance strategies, and built strong, trusting relationships with families. She is experienced in daily classroom care routines, including diapering, potty training, and maintaining a clean, safe learning environment, while also ensuring all licensing and safety standards are consistently met.

Sammi is also highly experienced in classroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, and brings strong organization, teamwork, and communication skills to her role.

Ms. Kylee comes to us with a strong background in Early Childhood Education and experience as a paraprofessional in public schools. She discovered her love for working with children at a young age and attended SST in Exeter during high school. She has worked in childcare for eight years prior to having her own children.

Ms. Zeyla is an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Exeter who has a true passion for helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Coming from a large family, she has always enjoyed spending time with children and knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in early childhood education.

While in high school, Ms. Zeyla completed early childhood education coursework that strengthened her knowledge of child development and confirmed her love for working with young learners. She also gained valuable experience as a summer camp counselor, where she planned engaging activities, led group games, and helped create memorable experiences for children.

Known for her positive attitude, caring heart, and energetic spirit, Ms. Zeyla creates a classroom where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn each day. Mary is a kind, creative, and dedicated preschool teacher who brings warmth and enthusiasm into her classroom each day. A proud recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire—Go Wildcats!—Mary combines her strong academic background in Human Development and Family Studies with hands-on classroom experience to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences for young children.

Mary has a strong understanding of child development and classroom management, supported by her coursework, internships, and direct teaching experience. She is passionate about fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore new ideas. Throughout her experience as a Child Development Intern at CSDC in Durham and as an Assistant Teacher at Ste. Marie’s Childcare Center, Mary has worked closely with children of various ages, supporting lesson planning, behavior guidance, and developmental milestone tracking. She has also built strong relationships with families through open communication and consistent support of each child’s individual needs.

Mary’s background as a private nanny further strengthened her ability to adapt to different learning styles and create nurturing environments tailored to each child. Ms. Bell has experience working with children in both educational and behavioral support settings. Most recently, she worked as a Behavioral Health Professional and Education Technician III at Kittery Kids Academy with Connections for Kids, where she supported children with individualized education plans, helped teach social-emotional skills, and used positive behavior strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment. She also worked at LearningWorks in Portland, where she led classroom activities, supported lesson planning, and helped students stay engaged and successful in their learning.

She is passionate about building strong relationships with children and helping them grow in confidence and independence. Ms. Bell brings teamwork, patience, and enthusiasm to her classroom each day and enjoys creating a positive environment where every child can learn and thrive.

Go Dover, Green Waves! Ms. Elissa has always been a huge cheerleader for her children, and all the other students she comes across. She lives for those “aha moments,” while teaching students new skills in mathematics, language, and creative play. She joined Primrose School of Exeter after spending six years in the public kindergarten school system. She joined Primrose with the mindset of helping students become developmentally ready to succeed in kindergarten, and be prepared for their educational growth. Ms. Elissa achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College, while maintaining Deans’ List and graduating with Summa Cum Laude. She has been working in Early Childcare for a decade and has experience working with children infancy through grade 2.

Ms. Halle is a dedicated teacher who has been with Primrose School of Pickerington since January 2022. Recently, she and her family relocated to New Hampshire. Before joining the Primrose team, Ms. Halle worked at a Navy Child Development Center and volunteered extensively with youth sports, Sunday school, and Scouts.

A proud mother of four children—Lydia, Sparrowe, Leonidas, and Iris—Ms. Halle’s family embraces the dynamic lifestyle of military life. As self-proclaimed “giant nerds,” they enjoy anime, Star Wars, traveling, and cosplaying.

Ms. Karina is a dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Exeter who brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and compassion to the classroom. With more than 20 years in education, she has taught preschool, elementary, English language learners, and children with diverse learning needs in both the United States and Costa Rica.

Karina earned her bachelor’s degree in Education with a concentration in Special Education and is certified in English as a Second Language (ESL). Throughout her career, she has served as a lead teacher, school owner, and special education educator, helping children of all abilities build confidence, develop independence, and discover the joy of learning.

In addition to teaching, Ms. Karina is an accomplished children’s book author and illustrator. Her published books celebrate creativity, kindness, diversity, and imagination, reflecting her belief that stories and art inspire children to become curious, compassionate learners. She continues to illustrate books for publishers and independent authors while pursuing studies in Digital Media Communications and Fine Arts at Great Bay Community College.

As a bilingual educator fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Karina enjoys connecting with families from diverse backgrounds and creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels welcomed and valued. She believes that every child is unique and thrives in an environment filled with encouragement, creativity, and meaningful relationships.

When she isn’t in the classroom, Ms. Karina enjoys reading, writing, illustrating, photography, exploring nature, traveling, and learning about new cultures. Ms. Danielle is a valued member of the support staff at Primrose School of Exeter. She is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed, ensuring that classrooms are running smoothly and that children and teachers have the support they need to enjoy a successful day.

Before joining Primrose, Ms. Danielle spent more than 20 years in the culinary and hospitality industry, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Executive Chef. Her experience managing teams, organizing daily operations, and creating efficient systems has given her exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills that she brings to our school each day.

Ms. Danielle earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Baking and Pastry from Johnson & Wales University and has a passion for creating welcoming environments through teamwork, attention to detail, and thoughtful service. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and dependable nature make her an invaluable part of the Primrose community.

Ms. Danielle enjoys building relationships with children, families, and staff, and she takes pride in supporting our school in any way she can. She is committed to helping create a warm, caring environment where every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Ms. Tara is a treasured member of the Primrose School of Exeter team, serving as one of our trusted support teachers. Whether she’s stepping into a classroom on Fridays, covering for a teacher’s well-deserved day off, or lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed, Ms. Tara is someone our children, families, and staff can always count on. With more than 20 years of experience in education, recreation, and youth programming, Ms. Tara has dedicated her career to enriching the lives of children. She has served as a Pre-K teacher, Parks and Recreation Director, Assistant Recreation Director, Program Coordinator, Recreation Supervisor, and Conservation Business Manager, leading programs that supported hundreds of children and families throughout New England. Her leadership experience, combined with her hands-on approach, allows her to build meaningful relationships with children while supporting teachers and classrooms with confidence and care.

Ms. Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Allied Health, Physical Education, and Sports Management, along with an Associate of Science in Small Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Lyndon State College. Throughout her career, she has mentored staff, developed innovative youth programs, managed large community initiatives, and always made it a priority to know every child by name and help them feel seen, valued, and encouraged.

At Primrose, Ms. Tara brings energy, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to creating positive experiences for every child. She believes in leading by example, building strong relationships, and making every classroom a place where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Chef Chris brings over a decade of culinary experience to our program. He’s worked in high-end kitchens across Portsmouth, explored the public school food service world, and even spent time cooking for a local retirement community. A graduate of the Atlantic Culinary Academy, he also holds up-to-date food safety certifications.

Chef Chris is the proud father of two sons and thrives on the energy and joy that comes from working around children. His presence is felt (and heard!) the moment he walks into a room — even when he’s just collecting dishes, students cheer for him with excitement.

Outside the kitchen, you’ll find him playing paintball from spring through fall, rocking neon green and pink gear. His teammates affectionately call him “Melon” — and yes, he owns it proudly!
