Teachers & Staff

Mrs. Saniti
Hello! My name is Mrs. Saniti and I’m the Director of Primrose School of Eden Prairie. After moving down to the cities in the summer of 2007, I began my journey with Primrose as a teacher in the Preschool Pathways classroom (EPS at the time). I knew after a few months that Primrose felt like home to me and I’ve been here ever since!
I grew up in the small farming community of Breckenridge MN. After graduating from Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in Elementary Education I worked for Head Start and had a role in special education. I’ve always known I wanted to work in education and fell into this leadership position, which I absolutely love. I strive to make the entrance into Primrose a positive and inviting experience for all of my families. As a parent I understand the struggle between “mom guilt” and also the importance of not only the educational experience for children at this young age but building social skills as well.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bryan and two daughters Sadie and Sydney. You can find me at the lake on weekends during the summer and cheering on our Minnesota sports teams during the rest of the year!

Mr. Moy
Hello!
My name is Mr. Moy. I started my journey at The Primrose School of Eden Prairie in May 2015. I taught in the Preschool classrooms for three years before transitioning to the Preschool Pathways classroom, where I taught for a year and a half. In February of 2020, I became the Director of Communications for The Primrose School of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen. Recently, I have stepped into a new role as Director of Operations for the Primrose School of Eden Prairie as of February of 2022!
In my free time, I enjoy golfing and hiking with my dog Chase. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
I love early childhood education because I love seeing how much the kids grow and learn in such a short period of time. I love seeing their genuine joy when they accomplish a milestone.
I am excited and honored to grow and learn alongside your child.

Ms. Martin
Hello! My name is Sadie Martin, and I am a school float at Primrose. I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and since then I have always lived in Eden Prairie. I’m currently attending the University of St. Thomas pursuing a double-major in Psychology and Social Work with the goal of one day becoming a therapist or school counselor. I used to be an equestrian summer camp counselor, having fun in the sun with kids aged 5-12 (and horses!) and have been blessed with the opportunity to watch a couple of my younger cousins grow up from the very beginning. I’ve also spent a lot of time participating in programs that allow me to act as a tutor/mentor to kids in elementary school, along with babysitting a couple of young girls. I absolutely love working with kids because of their unique wonder for the world– watching their eyes light up when they accomplish something new or when they laugh truly brightens up my day every time! In my spare time, I love to read my Bible, ride horses, go on hiking excursions with my family and my dog Bella, and spend time with friends doing crafts.

Franchise Owner
Lisa and Benjamin Adams
Benjamin and Lisa Adams live down the street from The Primrose School of Eden Prairie – just can’t get more local than that! They are passionate about Primrose and are at the school daily, so if you are looking for more than daycare, more than corporate owned childcare, then you have found it. When you come in for a tour, Ben will meet you personally and get to know your story, so our team can start building a partnership with your family. Ben and Lisa add that personal touch which makes our Primrose feel like home. Imagine, warm, comforting aromas coming from the kitchen as you walk into a clean newly renovated campus, a friendly greeting from the director whom you’ve known for years, then walking into your child’s classroom, noting the rich diversity that reflects our Eden Prairie community, while watching your oldest child reconnecting with the teacher who’s now teaching their younger sibling. This is the experience our families have, because Ben and Lisa invest in their people and the Primrose experience.
Lisa holds a masters degree in education with a focus on early literacy. She was a first grade teacher in 2003 when she began her quest, touring 63 local programs before expanding her search nationwide. Lisa was seeking more than daycare and more than the cookie-cutter childcare options already established here. As a seasoned teacher and new mother, she wanted a program that would prepare her son to thrive in her own classroom, for comprehensive elementary school preparation. and the only place she found that was at Primrose. She is a teacher at heart and a local advocate for teacher education and development. She’s a nationally certified Professional Development Specialist, coaching teachers throughout the twin cities, Primrose and beyond. This continued work to lift the standards in early education and care earned her Hamline University’s First Decade Award in 2008. You can feel her influence all throughout the school. It’s the full time teachers professionally collaborating together, the small teachable moments with children that aren’t missed, the understanding that children thrive in a classroom tailored to their development, and the high standards that guide every hiring decision she makes.
Ben grew up in Eden Prairie and knowing the area’s long-standing commitment to education, insisted that the first Minnesota Primrose was built in his hometown. He genuinely cares for the people in this community and it shows! When a family inquires, Ben personally reaches out and meets them at the school. Throughout Lisa’s quest, Ben was the student, and now he’s dedicated himself to helping first time parents like he was. In 2012, The Primrose School of Chanhassen was built, minutes away from Eden Prairie, so the two could act as one unified school. This is his vision for how the two schools work-one big family. Leadership and chefs collaborate between both campuses, reflecting that interconnected, homey vibe. As a true foodie, Ben invests in trained chefs and a healthy well-balanced menu. The school’s food program was recognized in 2009 as the largest user of local ingredients, and its Farm-to-Table program was highlighted by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture in 2021. Ben received the City of Eden Prairie’s Excellence in Education Award in 2016 and was nominated for the Eden Prairie Human Rights Award in 2008.
Ben and Lisa have been with Primrose since 2004. They brought the first Primrose to Minnesota and were the 56th in the country (compared to 550 schools today). The Primrose School of Eden Prairie was the first franchised preschool in Minnesota to be awarded the NCA-CASI (now Cognia) Academic Accreditation, and have received multiple community choice awards for “Best Preschool”. They built the school for their son Allen, who attends Gustavus college and is a teacher at The Primrose School of Chanhassen during his school breaks. This multi-generational involvement continues that close-knit, “small town feel” you get when you walk in the door.
Welcome neighbor to The Primrose School of Eden Prairie! We look forward to getting to know you, partnering with your family, and also seeing you around town!
