Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Scheuss
Hi everyone! My name is Mrs. Scheuss, some of you may know me as Ms. Ziggy. I was born in Guatemala and moved to a small town in Northern Minnesota called Pequot Lakes when I was 6 months old. I graduated from Pequot Lakes High School in 2018 and attended University North Dakota, completing my Criminal Justice degree in 2021. I moved to Eden Prairie at the beginning of May 2022.
I worked at Head Start when I was in college and absolutely loved it and made me decide to take this career path for now!
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, playing board games, going fishing and binge watching Friends. I have a dog name Winston and a cat named Oliver.
I am so excited to be here at Primrose and getting to spend time with the kids!

Ms. Ray
Hello, my name is Ms. Ray! I am so very excited and happy to be your teacher! Teaching children and helping them grow, especially at this wonderful age, is such a fun filled and exciting job. I have a deep love for art so being able to lead the children in various art projects is so special to me.
I look forward to walking with you and your child through our Pathways class!
