Mrs. Brandy Tindall
My name is Brandy Tindall and I’m the proud Director here at Primrose School of Crystal Falls!
I started my Primrose journey in 2004 in Bedford, Texas as an assistant Pre-K teacher before moving back to the Leander area in 2006 where I continued my journey at Primrose School of Cedar Park West. Throughout my years at Primrose, I have taught Pre-K, Preschool and for the past several years I have been in a leadership role. My passion has always been in Early Childhood Education!
I have been married to my husband Chris since 2010. We both grew up in the Austin area and now live in Hutto, Texas. We have a son named Logan. Logan turned fifteen this year and attends High School in Hutto. He keeps us busy with his love of football and the outdoors.
I thoroughly enjoy working with young children. I feel that early childhood education is one of the most important fields to be in because the children we encounter are like sponges: their minds are eager to learn and absorb all we have to offer, and Primrose has a phenomenal way of being able to educate their young minds while having a balance of nurturing guidance and purposeful play within our classrooms.
I look forward to partnering with each one of you in your child’s educational journey with us at Primrose. You can always reach me via email at Brandy.Tindall@PrimroseCrystalFalls.com I am beyond excited to get to know you and your family!

Mrs. Kelly Stewart
Hello! My name is Kelly Stewart and I love being a part of the Primrose Management Team as the Assistant Director of Admissions. I was the Lead Toddler Teacher here from 2015 – 2021. I have worked in childcare and education since 2000. Prior the that, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and worked in banking and finance for about 10 years. In 2000, I began working in the nursery at my church with children (infants to 12 years). It was during this time that I realized I had a passion for children and decided to make a career change. I went back to college, while still working in corporate finance, and earned my teaching certificate. I started working for Leander ISD in 2003 and taught Kindergarten for 8 years, 1st grade for 2 years, and 4th grade for one year. I resigned from full time public school teaching to focus on my family. My husband, David and I have both lived in Texas our whole lives. We have three wonderful children. Our son Dakota is a firefighter in Pflugerville and our daughter Kacey just graduated from Texas State University. Our daughter Madison will graduate in 2026 from Liberty Hill High School. In my free time, I like to crochet and watch movies. Our family loves being outdoors and going camping (or glamping) in our RV.

I have been in early education as a teacher for 16 years being a teacher is the most rewarding job. Nothing brings me greater joy then to be on the receiving end of their smiles and hugs each day and watching them learn and grow is priceless.
I am excited to be a part of their learning and being able to encourage them each day on all the things they are capable of.

Ms. Rebecca Kitt

Ms. Paula Arnold
My name is Paula Arnold, and I’m delighted to be your child’s preschool teacher this year. In the classroom, I go by Ms. Arnold, and I’ve had the pleasure of working in early childhood education for just over seven years. Throughout this time, I’ve found that each day brings new opportunities to learn, laugh, and grow alongside bright, curious young minds.
I’m a proud San Diego native, and my background is rooted in a love for stories, language, and discovery — passions I now bring into the classroom through books, conversations, and playful learning. My goal is to create a classroom that feels like a second home: safe, joyful, and full of opportunities to grow, explore, and be themselves.
When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll likely find me at the park with my dog and a good book, cooking up new recipes at home, or diving into a PC game for some fun. I’m also a lifelong book collector — I believe there’s a perfect story for every moment and every child.
In my teaching, I focus on connection, kindness, and curiosity. I believe children learn best when they feel seen, heard, and encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and celebrate their wins (big or small!). I also value open, ongoing communication with families — we’re a team, and I’m here to support you and your child every step of the way.
I can’t wait to meet each of you and kick off a wonderful year together. Here’s to a preschool year filled with laughter, learning, and lots of new adventures!”

Mrs. Leah Stokes
My name is Leah Stokes, and I am so excited to have joined the Primrose family as the Lead Preschool 2 teacher! I’ve been working in Early Childhood education for over 3 years and have spent most of my time in the 2-3 age range. I absolutely love this age! They are so unabashedly themselves, and hearing their thoughts and ideas is just the best!
I firmly believe in curriculum at school, with a nice mix of fun activities! I think having that balance is so important for their growth and I just love the way Primrose handles that in their curriculum plans.
A little about my personal life: My family moved here from SoCal on February 18th! We are loving it so far! I have 3 kids of my own at home, and we are a huge sports family! My daughter plays club soccer, my two sons play baseball, and I play slow pitch softball twice a week! We also love the water and are very excited to check out the local lakes. We love staying busy!
I already adore the kiddos so much, and I look forward to continuing to get to know them throughout the year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! Thank you for all you do to help foster the education of these littles. It makes all the difference in the world! I’ll see you at school!

Mrs. Hailey Tramel

Mrs. Laura Bernal
Hello, I’m Ms Laura Bernal, Pre-K One teacher here at Primrose and loving it!
My hometown is Torreon, a small city up north Mexico where I was born and raised. All of my family lives there. Being the one in the middle sometimes gives you the itching to leave the nest and see what else is out there, so after college, I moved to Canada and then to Liverpool, NY. I’m the proud mother of two teenage boys, Nicolas and Santiago, who currently attend high school here in Leander. Since the three of us arrived to Texas in 2016 I started working as an educator for dual language programs. Eventually I had the opportunity to work for a friend’s company for 3 years in something more administrative, but all that time I missed the children. Working with children is more fun than working with spreadsheets if you ask me. You get to be silly, play while teaching, hear their endless adventures and see their big eyes wide open when they understand how things happen around them…and you get paid for it!
I’m glad life brought me back into this field and I am even happier that I get to share this job with amazing people. In April I will celebrate my 3rd Primrose anniversary. There’s this quote that I read once and have adopted: “Your life is made out of two dates and a dash. Make the most of the dash!”.
Your children, and my own, are a huge part of my dash.
I am thankful for that.

Mrs. Maylin Caballero

Mrs. Stephanie Johnson
Hi My name is Stephanie Johnson and I am proud to serve the Preschool families at Primrose School of Crystal Falls.Coming from a family full of educators both immediate and extended, teaching has been in my blood since before I was born. So, it naturally made sense that I fell in love with working with children as I got older and had been exposed to it for the better part of my childhood. Once through highschool, I began working in the Early Childhood field, actually teaching at the
Preschool I attended as a child, for the next 6 years, where I would eventually complete my CDA. Following my CDA, I was able to obtain my bachelors degree and teaching certificate in EC-6th, with an ESL certification as well. 21 years total in this field now, I can definitely say I do what I love!! Outside of the classroom in recent years, I have also had the privilege of being a head teacher
as well as an assistant director for other schools in the area and when I wasn’t teaching in the classroom, I loved mentoring fellow educators and connecting with the families that I served in a different role. Inside of the classroom curriculum pumps me up and gets my heartbeat going and what attracted me most to Primrose was the AMAZING hands on, inquiry based, child led opportunities for learning. I believe that at the preschool level, play should always be at the forefront of any great program, and I absolutely love that Primrose embodies the same beliefs I
have. When I am not teaching in the classroom, you can find me splashing in a pool, four wheeling, or skiing down the mountains in Colorado with my husband and our daughter. I also love to shop, relax, and read!

Mr. Corey Thompson
Hello, I’m Corey! It’s been a few incredible years since I joined the Primrose team, and each day has been a rewarding chapter in my journey as an educator. Working with children has not only enriched my life but has also taught me numerous invaluable lessons.
The most gratifying aspect of my role at Primrose is witnessing the magical moment when a child learns something new for the first time. Their eyes light up with excitement and curiosity, and it’s a privilege to be a part of these transformative experiences. These moments are not just milestones for the children but are also deeply inspiring for me as a teacher.
Seeing the joy on the children’s faces when they grasp a new concept or skill is what fuels my passion for teaching. It’s these moments that continue to motivate and inspire me every day. Being able to contribute to their growth and development is a profound responsibility, and one that I embrace wholeheartedly.
Working with children at Primrose has been more than just a job; it’s a calling that has truly enriched my life. The impact of witnessing and nurturing the joy of learning in young minds is a gift I cherish deeply. Here’s to many more years of inspiring and being inspired by the bright young minds I have the pleasure of teaching!

Mrs. Ellen Saccone
Hello my name is Ellen Saccone. I have been working with Primrose Crystal Falls for 8 years as the Kindergarten teacher. I love everything about my school from the children, parents, and staff to the curriculum, daily schedule, and special activities! Teaching kindergarteners is a joy for me as I watch them learn and grow and as they teach me something new everyday!
I began my early childhood career after graduating from Texas Lutheran University. I have been an instructional assistant, substitute teacher, coordinator of a childcare program and pre school teacher. I was also very involved in faith based education in my home congregations. My faith is very important to me because I know that all I have been given is a gift and I want to share my gifts with others.
Outside of Primrose I spend my time enjoying my beautiful family. Phillip is my husband of 38 years. Together we raised 3 wonderful children who have given us the 5 loves of our lives! We enjoy traveling long distance and day trips and family time!
I look forward to each new school year and the opportunity to teach your little ones!

Franchise Owners
Steven and Heather Elliott
Hello! We are Steven and Heather Elliott, the proud owners of the Primrose School of Crystal Falls, as well as the Primrose School of Cedar Park West and the Primrose School at Rancho Sienna. As parents, we understand how difficult it can be to find both a safe and educational environment that would provide the exceptional level of care we expect for our most precious gifts. We are beyond excited to be a part of the Primrose family and to share this amazing school with the Liberty Hill/Georgetown communities.
We first discovered Primrose, in 2007 when Heather was looking to continue her career as a preschool Director, as well as find a high-quality preschool for our son, Jack. We fell in love with the curriculum, the focus on character development and the partnerships formed with parents. We added two more amazing boys, Cole and Luke, to our family and all three absolutely loved going to Primrose every day, playing with their classmates, making beautiful works of art, singing songs, and learning new things. The entire staff at Primrose did such an exceptional job in helping our children grow, learn, and strengthen their social skills. We could not have been happier with our decision to become part of the Primrose family.
It wasn’t long after seeing the positive impact that Primrose had on our boys; socially, emotionally, and intellectually that we decided we would like to open our very own Primrose school.
Prior to becoming Primrose franchise owners, Steven, an IT Consultant, worked in the corporate world in a variety of Information Technology leadership and process-oriented positions. Heather has a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development and has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for almost 30 years—the last 19 of those years she has worked for Primrose Schools in the Cedar Park and Georgetown area as both a Director and an Area Director. When an opportunity to own a Primrose was presented to us, we jumped at the chance. We are absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a beautiful community.
Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
We are excited to meet you and your family!
