Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Plummer
Hello, my name is Mrs. Plummer, and I have been working in childcare since 2015, where I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting young children and their families.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and later completed my Master’s degree in International Education and Globalization at the University of Bath in England. These experiences have shaped my approach to education and strengthened my belief in the importance of inclusive learning environments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Alex, and our children, Aliza and Alden. Reading is one of my favorite classroom activities and ways to unwind! Stories, learning, and family are at the heart of my personal and professional life.
I can’t wait to share my knowledge and experiences with the Primrose team and families.

Ms. O'Connor
Hello, my name is Molly O’Connor and I am excited to serve as the School Director of The Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I most recently worked as a Family Case Manager and began my career in early childhood education as a Lead Teacher in a Young Infant classroom – an experience that continues to inform my child-centered leadership approach. I earned my degree from the University of Kentucky, where I completed a double major in Psychology and Healthcare Communications. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy teaching yoga, reading and spending time outdoors. I look forward to meeting new families and building meaningful connections with each and every child here at Primrose!

Mrs. Moller
Hello, my name is Ms. Ariel Moller. I am an Administrative Assistant at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I have been with Primrose for more than five years and working with children for over ten. I started as a Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten teacher. I graduated from the Ohio Dominican University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family; we like going on mini adventures! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, and having fun watching the children learn and grow!

Mr. Ketner
Hello, my name is Mr. Matt Ketner. I am the Assistant Director for the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field and began my Primrose journey as Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and transitioned to a role in leadership as an Education Coach. My journey with the N&E family of schools began at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown as its Assistant Director and continued at the Primrose School of Grandview where I served as the School Director before taking a role with a non-profit serving the early childhood education field in the state of Ohio. I am excited to return to the N&E and Primrose family back where it all began! As a proud Ohioan I graduated from The Ohio State University with my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing golf.

Ms. Dorman
Hi, my name is Alysha Dorman!
I am the new Education Coach here at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown! I am originally from Navarra, Florida, but moved around regularly as a part of an Air Force family! I began teaching in 2020 after graduating with my Bachelors in psychology from the University of Kentucky. This background fueled my passion for education and helping young minds grow. On the weekends, I enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring Columbus, and relaxing while watching new shows. I cannot wait to get started and become a part of the Primrose Family!

Ms. Walker
Hello, my name is Ms. Walker and I am the Pre-Kindergaren teacher at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I have over five years experience working in childcare; including three years as a preschool teacher. My favorite part of teaching is watching children gradually grow confidence overtime as they grasp the concept of things they are learning. In my free time, I love to bake and read to my children. I am a mother to two boys; Brian and Breyon. I can’t wait to meet all of the Primrose families!

Ms. Amadou
Hello, my name is Aminah Amadou and I am a teacher here at Primrose. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and just recently moved to Ohio. I have 2 years of childcare experience working with children at summer camps. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and going to sporting events. I am most excited to learn fun and new things with all of the children!

Ms. Weber
I’m Ms. Sara Weber and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have been working with children of all ages for three years. During this time, they have taught me more than anything else. I believe children are the foundation of our future. With love, care and respect they can do anything. I think each child has their own insights and opinions and when allowed to express that, they can fully!

Mr. Watson
I’m Mr. Chaz Watson and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Allen, Texas. I attended the University of Arkansas for my undergraduate degree and then Michigan State University for my master’s degree. I love to sit outside with a good book and relax after a long day. I also love to watch movies! I can’t wait to get to know the students at Primrose. I am most looking forward to learning their personalities and spending time with them!

Mr. Schneider
Hello, my name is Mr. Blake Schneider and I am a Infant/Toddler Teacher here at Primrose. I previously worked with Primrose as a Food Service Teacher for four years. I have studied towards my Bachelors of Science at CSCC before pursuing my current studies in Emergency Medicine towards my ultimate goal in becoming a paramedic. I have a passion for children that fills my heart and inspires me. I enjoy all things outdoors, music, technology and many sports including boxing and college football. I look forward to meeting all of the children at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown!

Ms. Burns
I’m Ms. Brandy Burns and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am a teacher at The Primrose School of Columbus Downtown! I can’t wait to help your child grow through play, imagination and lots of laughter. I have been a stay at home mom for two years and am a graduate of Briggs High School. During my free time I like to spend time with my daughter. We enjoy going to the zoo or any local park. When I am not with my daughter I am usually with my plants or doing a fun DIY craft with friends! I look forward to creating a fun and nurturing environment your child can thrive in.

Ms. Arcos
Hello, I am Ms. Arcos and am a teacher at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I am excited to meet all of my friends. I graduated from Columbus Downtown High School in the early childhood program. I have seven years of experience working with children. During my free time, I like to do fun activities with my family. I am looking forward to helping students learn and build relationships with everyone.

Ms. Mohamud
Hello! My name is Ms. Mohamud and I am a support teacher here at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I am originally from Tucson, Arizona and have been living in Columbus for 10 years. I have many nieces and nephews of my own that I cherish with my whole heart. In my free time, I like to listen to music, bake, and draw. I can’t wait to see the children learn and gain their confidence here at Primrose!

Ms. Tils
I’m Ms. Linsey Tils and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Lancaster, California and recently moved to the Columbus area. I have been working in childcare for 3 years now. I have 2 years of experience working with children in various age groups. I love to spend my weekends taking walks or making friendship bracelets. I can’t wait to meet everyone!

Ms. Pritchett
I’m Ms. Ashley Pritchett and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I recently graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design in May of 2024. My main focus was working in children’s art, I even wrote my own children’s book! I have spent years volunteering with my church working with the children and assisting with their family needs. In my free time I enjoy playing video games. I am most excited to meet all of the awesome children and families!

I have four years of previous childcare experience. My favorite food is pasta. In my free time you can find me spending time with my family. I have a daughter who I love to hang out with!

Mrs. Evans
Hello, my name is Mrs. Kristin Evans and I am an Infant Teacher here at Primrose. I am from Ashville, Ohio. I attend school for Early Childhood Education and have two boys of my own. I enjoy helping children learn new skills and grow into their own personalities. I have been married to my husband for three years. We enjoy being outdoors and going camping. I can’t wait for my journey here at Primrose!

Mrs. Barbosa de Oliveira
I’m Mrs. Gabriela Barbosa de Oliveira. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Sao Paulo in Brazil. I moved to the United States and was an Au Pair for a family for a couple of years. In my free time I love to draw and spend time with my family. I am so excited to get to know my new students and spend time with them

Mrs. Hubbard
Hello, my name is Mrs. Ginny Hubbard and I am an Infant Teacher here at Primrose. I have my CDA and have taken many early childhood training courses. I have been working in the early childhood field for over thirty years and I truly enjoy it. In my free time, I enjoy camping with my husband. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown!

This year is my first time working at a childcare center. Although, I have worked with children for many years now. I love caring for people and will eventually be pursuing a career in nursing. Outside of work I live to hike and go thrifting for vintage items. I am so excited to meet new people and expand my knowledge this year!

Ms. Kenya Dumas

My name is Kenya! I am out of High School (early!) and am now going to Columbus State an majoring in Nursing! I am going into my 3rd semester hoping to become a RN! I have been working with kids since I was around 9 years old. I have always enjoyed sports and teaching other about sports. I am excited to create new bonds with co- workers, parents, and the children at Primrose!

Ms. Morrison
Hi! My name is Ms. Katie Morrison. I recently moved to the area and have loved exploring everything Columbus has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy visiting new coffee shops with friends, discovering local favorites, and spending time around the city.
I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family and grateful for the opportunity to help your little one learn, grow, and thrive each day. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with both students and families and creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Ms. Conner
I’m Ms. Meagan Conner. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have completed a three-year internship working with children who have special needs at the Columbus Alternative High School. I enjoy working with children because I love being able to give back to people and help children to grow. Our youth are our future, and we must care for them. In my personal time I enjoy playing volleyball with friends and family and cooking dinner for my family. I can’t want to meet all the students at Primrose and their families!

Hello! My name is Ms. Johnson, and I am so excited to be a part of the Infant 1 classroom!
A little about me—I am from Columbus, Ohio, and I have both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing basketball. My favorite children’s book is Pinkalicious.
