Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff
Kimara McNish
Ms. Kimara has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Braselton family since June 2024 and brings several years of experience working with children of all ages, including experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher. She currently cares for and teaches our Toddler students and also serves as our Wonder Program Mentor Teacher, supporting fellow teachers in providing a consistent, engaging, and nurturing classroom experience. Ms. Kimara especially enjoys creating meaningful bonds with each child and watching them learn and grow throughout the school year. Outside of the classroom, she loves reading and listening to music.
Mya Collins
Mrs. Mya Collins is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler 2 classroom and brings a variety of experience working with children, including coaching color guard at Johnson High School and completing an internship at SISU in Gainesville. Ms. Mya loves helping children learn, grow, and develop new skills, and she especially enjoys building relationships with each child in her classroom. Outside of school, she enjoys watching movies and TV series with her family, and cheering on UGA and the Rams.
Miah Williams
Ms. Myah Williams is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler 1 classroom and has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Braselton family since March 2024. With many years of babysitting experience and as a Primrose mom herself, Ms. Myah brings a caring and nurturing perspective to her classroom each day. She loves watching children grow and develop and is grateful for the opportunity to play a meaningful role in their early years. She looks forward to continuing to encourage, care for, and celebrate each child as they reach new milestones.
Ana Orozco Garcia
Ms. Ana Orozco Garcia is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler 2 classroom. Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, Ms. Ana brings a warm and caring spirit to the children she teaches and is excited to continue growing her experience in early childhood education. She looks forward to learning, having fun, creating special memories, and building meaningful relationships throughout the school year. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Ana enjoys attending church, relaxing, going out to restaurants, and spending time with those she loves.
Mariah Tolbert
Ms. Mariah Tolbert is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler 2 classroom and brings two years of professional experience working with children. Ms. Mariah has a nurturing heart and especially enjoys providing loving care and encouragement while helping our little ones learn, grow, and develop. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys Bible reading, journaling, and spending time relaxing. Mariah is excited to build special bonds with our children, nurture their growth, and be part of the many wonderful milestones they experience at Primrose School of Braselton.
