Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff
Alexis Bellamy-Robinson
Alexis is a proud mother of three wonderful children: a five-year-old son, a nine-year-old son, and an eleven-year-old daughter. Her youngest son, Royal, attended Primrose School of Braselton in the Private Pre-Kindergarten program and graduated in 2026. She has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Braselton team since September 2024. Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her family on the weekends. This school year, she is especially excited to watch the babies in her classroom learn, grow, and reach exciting new milestones.
Lesley DeLaTorre
Ms. Lesley has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Braselton family since February 2026 and is a caring teacher in our Infant program. She has a special gift for providing loving, nurturing care to our youngest Primrose children. Her warm smile, gentle spirit, and compassionate nature help create a safe and comforting environment where babies feel loved and secure as they learn, grow, and reach new milestones.
Lori Doster
Ms. Lori has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Braselton family since October 2025 and is a caring teacher in our Infant program. Her love for children comes from a lifetime of caring for others, including raising three sons and spending cherished time with her grandchildren. Ms. Lori enjoys building meaningful connections with her co-workers and providing loving, nurturing care to our youngest Primrose children. Outside of school, she loves spending time with her grandchildren.
Jennifer Horist
Mrs. Jennifer joined the Primrose School of Braselton family in December 2025, bringing with her an incredible 30 years of Primrose experience. After retiring from her role as a Primrose Director, she chose to continue doing what she loves most—caring for and teaching children. Mrs. Jennifer shares her experience, nurturing spirit, and love for early childhood education with the babies in our Infant program. Primrose has also been an important part of her own family’s story, as both of her now-grown daughters are proud Primrose graduates. We are incredibly fortunate to have Mrs. Jennifer’s knowledge, dedication, and many years of Primrose experience as part of our Braselton family.
Nevaeh McCree
Ms. Nevaeh McCree brings a caring, family-centered background to her role at Primrose School of Braselton, with experience caring for children through her family. She is excited to continue gaining experience in early childhood education while getting to know the children, families, and fellow team members at Primrose.
Abigail Garcia
Ms. Abigail Garcia brings a variety of experience working with children to the Primrose School of Braselton. Before joining our team, she worked as an Assistant Teacher at another Primrose school, gaining hands-on experience with children in classrooms ranging from Infants through Pre-Kindergarten, as well as the school-age summer program. She also has experience babysitting and serving as an Assistant Teacher in her church, where she helped create lesson plans, crafts, games, and other engaging activities for children. Ms. Abigail is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
