Director

I hold a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Farmingdale and bring more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education. I began my early education career as a Pre-K teacher in New York and have since served in a variety of teaching and leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in curriculum implementation, teacher development, family engagement, and school operations. Supporting children, families, and educators continues to be one of the greatest joys of my career. I also hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, a Director’s certificate, and a Certified Food Manager.

As Director, I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment where every child feels safe, known, valued, and excited to learn. I also enjoy developing teachers, building meaningful relationships with families, and fostering a positive school culture where educators feel supported and empowered to help every child thrive.

I believe children learn best when surrounded by love, patience, consistency, kindness, and encouragement. As a mother of four – three girls and a boy, I understand the trust families place in educators each day. My goal is to help every child develop confidence, independence, strong character, and a lifelong love of learning.

At Primrose, I enjoy bringing the Balanced Learning® approach to life through purposeful instruction, hands-on exploration, and learning through play. Watching children discover new abilities, form meaningful relationships, and reach important milestones is what makes this work so special to me.

My husband and I have proudly called the Aliana community home since 2013. We enjoy supporting local schools, participating in PTO activities at Malala Elementary, Garcia Middle School, and Travis High School, and finding meaningful ways to give back to our community.

I am honored to serve the families of Primrose School of Aliana and grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in helping your child build a strong foundation for future success

Education Coach

I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool with a bilingual specialization, a Director’s License, and a professional degree in International Business. I bring a well-rounded knowledge of child development, instructional best practices, program quality, safety standards, family engagement, communication, and schoolwide educational leadership. I also remain committed to ongoing professional development so I can continue growing and supporting best practices in early childhood education.

As the Education Coach, I enjoy helping teachers recognize their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child. Having worked directly in the classroom, I understand the daily opportunities and challenges educators face. This experience allows me to provide practical guidance, model effective strategies, and support teachers in creating structured, nurturing, and child-centered environments.

I bring the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to life by helping educators blend purposeful instruction with hands-on exploration, meaningful play, consistent routines, and positive relationships. My coaching style is supportive, collaborative, and focused on the individual needs of each teacher, child, and classroom.

As a bilingual educator, I am also able to connect with children and families in both English and Spanish, helping everyone feel welcomed, understood, and included.

What I find most rewarding is watching teachers grow in confidence and seeing how their growth positively impacts children. A fun fact about me is that I am a big cat lover. I am honored to support our educators, families, and children as we learn and grow together.

Chuck and Chichi Ejim

As parents of four young children, we know firsthand the importance of a strong early education, and the challenges of finding the right learning environment.  After extensive research, we became Primrose parents for its proven track record and commitment to nurture the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—through innovative teaching, educational quality, and strong family partnerships.

Our passion for children’s growth, our own Primrose experience, combined with the gaps we saw in other childcare options, inspired us to bring a high-quality Primrose School to our community.

With 30 years of combined work experience in business strategy and healthcare, we bring the expertise needed to run a thriving school. Chuck has helped Fortune 500 companies drive transformational growth, while Chichi, a licensed Clinical Pharmacist, has dedicated her career to pediatric health. Chuck also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member of a K-5 charter school, helping shape the future of young learners.

At Primrose School of Aliana, we believe who children become is as important as what they know.  Our goal is to provide an exceptional early education experience in a nurturing, family-focused environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of these precious first years in your child’s life.  We look forward to welcoming your family!
