Chuck and Chichi Ejim
As parents of four young children, we know firsthand the importance of a strong early education, and the challenges of finding the right learning environment. After extensive research, we became Primrose parents for its proven track record and commitment to nurture the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—through innovative teaching, educational quality, and strong family partnerships.
Our passion for children’s growth, our own Primrose experience, combined with the gaps we saw in other childcare options, inspired us to bring a high-quality Primrose School to our community.
With 30 years of combined work experience in business strategy and healthcare, we bring the expertise needed to run a thriving school. Chuck has helped Fortune 500 companies drive transformational growth, while Chichi, a licensed Clinical Pharmacist, has dedicated her career to pediatric health. Chuck also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member of a K-5 charter school, helping shape the future of young learners.
At Primrose School of Aliana, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our goal is to provide an exceptional early education experience in a nurturing, family-focused environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of these precious first years in your child’s life. We look forward to welcoming your family!
Ola and Abi Oladele
For nearly two decades, we’ve been driven by one unwavering belief: every child deserves a safe, loving, and inspiring place to grow. As parents of two wonderful children, we know the joy of watching children discover their unique strengths and the peace of mind that comes with knowing they’re cared for in every way. With professional backgrounds in business strategy, healthcare, and technology, we bring a unique perspective and a shared commitment to fostering growth and innovation in everything we do.
As parents, we’ve experienced the transformative power of an environment that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and character in children. That belief inspired us to join the Primrose family.
Primrose’s approach goes beyond academics, focusing on building strong foundations for life—encouraging critical thinking, resilience, empathy, and creativity. It’s about shaping well-rounded individuals who are ready to take on the world with confidence and compassion.
At Primrose School, we are dedicated to providing families with a warm, enriching community where children thrive and parents feel secure. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future—one child, one family, and one community at a time.
