Our Infant Classroom

We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Let’s get to know each other!

I’m Amanda, and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I grew up in Kettering, Ohio, and graduated from Centerville High School. I’ve been taking care of babies most of my life but officially began a career in childcare in 2006. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching so many kiddos. Watching them learn new skills is incredibly rewarding!

With over 17 years of experience in childcare and teaching, I have developed a deep passion for working with children. My educational background includes a high school diploma. One of my favorite aspects of this profession is the bonding experience and the joy of watching children learn and grow. I absolutely adore the children’s book “Goodnight Moon,” and Halloween is my favorite holiday.  In my personal time, I enjoy relaxing and spending quality moments with friends and family.

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Let’s get to know each other.

I’m Cintia. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I bring four years of experience working with children, along with an associate degree in business and a cosmetology degree. My favorite part of working with children is watching their development and seeing their smiles each day. My favorite children’s book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, and my favorite holiday is Christmas. One of my favorite family traditions is going to the movies together—we love watching films while enjoying popcorn and candy. Portuguese is my first language, though we primarily speak English at home. I have two cats named Arie and Kit Kat, and in my personal time, I enjoy crafting, spending time with my family, going on dates with my husband, and watching my sons play sports.

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Let’s get to know each other.

I’m Swathi. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I’ve been a teacher for eight years, with experience as both a substitute teacher and a lead Pre-K teacher. I’ve worked in preschool and infant classrooms and truly enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn and grow. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and love bringing creativity and care into the classroom.

My favorite children’s book is Pete the Cat, and I especially enjoy celebrating Thanksgiving. At home, we also celebrate Diwali and take part in Hindu rituals, which are meaningful family traditions. We speak Tamil in our home and have a pet fish. In my personal time, I enjoy painting, sewing, hanging out with friends, and going to fun places with my two kids, Ava and Colton.

I’m excited to be part of the children’s educational journey and look forward to creating joyful, engaging experiences for them every day.

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Let’s get to know each other.

I’m Camila. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I have extensive experience in child care, having worked in a variety of roles including as an au pair, teacher assistant, and lead teacher. These diverse experiences have given me a strong foundation in supporting children’s growth and development. In my free time, I enjoy walking, working out, coloring, and knitting. What I look forward to most is seeing what children are capable of on their own and stepping in to help when needed. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch their confidence grow as they learn and explore.

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Our family would love to meet yours.
