Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Emily Mcinnis
Let’s get to know each other!
I’m Emily, and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I graduated from Springboro High School and have experience working at local childcare centers in their preschool programs. I also hold a CDA for preschool. My husband, Kasch, and I have two children named Elena (5) and Sophia (2). I have a large, adopted family, including six sisters and three brothers.
I look forward to building bonds and engaging with your children while helping them to learn and be creative. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!
I have 14 years of experience in childcare and teaching. My educational background includes a high school diploma and a CDA. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing their imagination come to life. I absolutely love the children’s book “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” and Christmas is my favorite holiday. Our favorite family tradition is watching “Christmas Vacation.” At home, we have two pets: Luna, our dog, and Hema, our cat. In my personal time, I enjoy going shopping and taking naps.

Ms. Deanna Bush

I’m Deanna. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Family Studies, and early experience in social services with the Department of Job and Family Services. For over 20 years, I’ve been a stay-at-home mom to three children, actively volunteering in classrooms and youth activities. I’m passionate about family, education, and community, and enjoy beach vacations and spending time with loved ones.

Ms. Abby Alderton

I’m Abby. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have one year of experience working with children and also spent two years volunteering in a kindergarten classroom during high school through the PEERS program, where I gained hands-on experience supporting young learners. I’ve completed some college coursework and continue to enjoy learning and growing in this field. My favorite part of working with children is the love and joy they bring each day. One of my favorite children’s books is The Three Little Pigs, and my favorite holiday is Christmas. A special family tradition I look forward to every year is attending the Cheese Festival in Illinois. At home, we speak English, and I share my space with two lovable dogs, Lexi and Leo. In my free time, I enjoy reading my Bible, listening to music, hanging out with friends and family, and, of course, eating good food! I also love playing basketball, participating in youth group activities, and cheering on others.
