Mrs. Kelsey Richardson
Hello! My name is Kelsey Richardson, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of Primrose School of West Plano. With more than 25 years of experience working with children of all ages in a variety of educational settings, I am deeply passionate about creating environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
I am also a proud mother of two amazing children who mean the world to me. My daughter, Kailey, is attending Dallas Baptist University, and my son, Mason, is currently in high school. Outside of work, I enjoy photography and capturing special moments and memories that can be treasured for a lifetime. I also love spending time with my family, cooking out, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and making new memories through adventures together.
I believe every child is precious, unique, and deserving of a nurturing and stimulating educational environment. My goal is to provide an atmosphere where children can reach their full potential while growing physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. Above all, I strive to ensure that every child who walks through our doors feels safe, valued, accepted, and heard.
It is truly a privilege to lead the Primrose School of West Plano family, and I am committed to making a positive and lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

Hello, we are Kelly and Marti Davis, proud owners of The Primrose School of West Plano! We have been actively involved in our schools, providing nurturing child care and a strong educational foundation for children in the DFW area for 25 years. After all these years, we still feel the passionate draw to serve parents and children, instilling a love of learning and giving back to the community, with our philosophy of “who children become is as important as what children know.”
We have been residents of Plano for 35 years, and are involved in area churches, charities and athletic endeavors. Our sons, Tad and Sean, graduated from Plano West and are involved in the family business along with their wives, Ashlee and Jessica. Three grandchildren are now proud Primrose students at The Primrose School of West Plano!
After 25 years in the retail business, we decided to give back to the community by offering excellent, educational childcare to the families of the DFW area in a way that was never available when we were working executives raising our boys. As young parents, we agonized over leaving our children in a setting that was less than perfect; it’s the hardest thing for parents to do, and we know that! We take pride in being able to offer exceptional early learning experiences and daycare to children in our community, and we are committed to delivering the best possible experience when it comes to your child’s education.
The leadership team and teachers in our schools are highly motivated, expertly trained, and loyal. They understand the importance of character development and instilling a love of learning throughout a child’s early years. The care they give our students is unmatched and will leave you with peace of mind while your children are in our care.
